We stayed at this place when we went to see the STS-135 launch July 6-9, 2011. I only gave it 4 stars because it's NOT a 5 star Hotel, but in it's catagory, it's definitely 5 stars. The suite was roomy with a work table(with LAN & wifi) and a small kitchen table. It had a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. This would be a great place if you were on TDY. There was a sheet of items that they had in their pantry so you could list what you wanted and they would bring it to the room. The best part about the place was the breakfast buffet every day and the supper buffet on Monday through Thursday.
For breakfast they had eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, toast, rolls and two waffle irons with a pitcher of pancake mix. They also had fresh fruit, cereal and three kinds of fruit juice along with milk. For supper there was one meat, one veggy, potatoes or corn and rolls plus a salad with all the fixings. Pretty good meals considering that they came with the room. I would certainly recomend this place.

Got relocated here after my disastrous experience at the Best Western East. The experience was night and day. Not only did I have a clean room/hotel, I felt very comfortable hanging out by the pool in evening or on Sunday grilling a steak. This place is definitely at the top of my list when I'm traveling to Orlando for business.

Okay, this is a great place. 5-7pm they have a "welcome home" with full dinner beer wine & salad (only M-Th tho)! Add breakfast, and the fact they still have smoking rooms... Six stars!!!

This place is just great, stayed here when we moved into the area and always recommend it to visiting friends & family.
Clean, friendly, modern, reasonably priced if you can fill the rooms (we are a family of 4), what more do you need?

As a trusted brand of Hilton,I look for a Homewood anywhere I travel. The staff here is beyond friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served complimentary every morning, and dinner is served Monday through Thursday nights (also included with your stay). The rooms are very spacious and nice.

It's centrally located near UCF and other corporations in the Northern Orlando area, and not a far commute from Orlando attractions and places to dine. The price seems a bit high, but for all that's included and the amenities, it's worth the stay.

It's a great place to stay, especially for extended durations on business. I highly recommend.

This hotel is on par with other Homewood Suites I have stayed in.  What gives this an extra star is the free beer and wine happy hour, free hot breakfast, and free dinner.  Yes, FREE DINNER.  It's not extravagant, but it is free.  While I was there, we got chicken tortellini with cream sauce and stuffed green peppers.

Considering my first dinner in town was $35 (incl drinks), I can quantify that Homewood Suites saved me approximately $70 on per diem.  That's almost enough to pay for entry to Epcot, and that's worth the extra star!

One thing to note-the hotel sits short end facing Alafaya Trail, and as a result, the rooms stretch far back from the front of the highway and can be quite far from the front lobby/eating area.  If you have walking issues or are handicapped, I recommend specifically requesting a room near the lobby.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years Day. We wanted a room that had a separate bedroom from the living room area. We brought my teenage daughter and niece so we knew that we would all need a little privacy. The hotel could use some updating but it wasn't too bad. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff gave us ideas of local places to shop, dine and eat. The housekeeping staff did a nice job of keeping our room clean during our stay. Teenage girls can be messy!  The breakfast isn't too bad. The usual scrambled eggs and waffles. The only drawback is to see the rude people who overload their plates and have no consideration towards the other guests who are there to grab a little breakfast. They should have a rule that kids should be accompanied by an adult. They have a nice dinner service Mon-Thurs. It really saved us some money through the week to not have to take the girls to restaurants. They also have beer and wine for the adults. The ladies that run the breakfast and dinner service run around like crazy trying to keep everyone happy, it wouldn't hurt to give them a little tip. They aren't allowed to put out a tip jar which is ridiculous. Overall it wasn't a bad stay.

If you want a quiet night on your business trip this is the place to be. Plus, complimentary full hot breakfast and fast easy access to the research park via Science Drive.

I'm a bit confused by the positive reviews. Mm very disappointed with this property. The check in host/clerk seemed put out that I had arrived to check in. I had specifically asked for a king bed, no smoking room away from the elevators.

I'm in a smoking room with two
Queen beds next to the elevator. I had specifically called Hilton to make sure I didn't end up with a smoking room. The guy at the desk told me not to worry - they clean the rooms very well. Not only does the room reek of smoke... It smell like there is a sewer problem as well. The bedding seems old and warn... The bed covers are dingy. The sink doesn't drain properly in the bathroom (perhaps the source of the sewer smell).

Also when a colleague of mine and I checked in a few minutes after 7pm we were informed that we missed dinner service.
When I asked if anywhere close by delivered, I was told that I could try calling some places. When my colleague inquired she was give a list and told she could try
        calling place on the list.

I'd call my experience thus far an epic failure. Thankfully I'm only here one night. If by chance need a second night, it won't be here. This is really unexpected and disappointing because I'm pretty loyal to Hilton because in general I get constantly good service.

Their slogan is "Make yourself at home!"

I think this is an interesting and thought provoking approach. I was going to (section redacted for your protection) and then (OMG! you don't want to read this either) and finally (I'm pretty sure this is illegal in most states) but then, I decided to save this for my real home. Have a great stay but consider carefully how you interpret the slogan!
