The Raddison on Interstate 4 and State Road 535 is the place to stay if you are looking for luxury AND economy. The staff was helpful, friendly, and warm. The room was very clean, very nicely decorated and had all the ammeneties you would need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any one. Two Queen beds (sleep number beds), flat screen, wireless internet, fridge, micro, coffe maker, pool, jacuzzi, workout room, and free shuttles to where you need to go.

Booked this hotel on a Travelzoo special.  Wow!  What a great hotel for the price.  We had a jacuzzi suite and it was great.  Very quiet, refrigerator and microwave in room, sleep number bed, free wi-fi and located right next to a Waffle House!!!  We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place for the price.  Very clean, very affordable.  The location is great for Disney World or Universal, right across the street from downtown disney.

Sleep Number Beds suck, 4.5 because I couldn't sleep on those things.

From the moment we entered the radisson, I found the place to be an amazingly run hotel and the service was 5-star!!  I know it may sound crazy, but I am dead serious.
First, i made a mistake in reserving at a different radisson.  they changed the reservation and made sure i was not double charged and they took care of it immediately and without attitude or hassle.
The room was spacious and clean and had a SLEEP NUMBER bed! We had no problems whatsoever with the room or the location.  The staff was amazing and friendly. What else do u look for in a hotel!?!?  Thanks.

You'd think with the service they provided and the general appearance of this hotel, that it would be a 5 star resort!

Our room was spacious and clean and the service here was great. The location is perfect for those who are in town for the parks, though it does suck that you have to u-turn into the hotel every time you visit the shopping center right next door. They should look into making a separate entrance to the hotel.

All in all, a great hotel for a great price.

This was a great hotel and at a fairly descent price. The room was clean, modern and spacious. It was also very centrally located with easy access to I4 and many local restaurants are in walking distance. It offers free shuttle service to several parks as well.

When going on a work-cation you don't usually expect to stay at such a fabulous hotel. After spending five nights at the Radisson hotel, I only had three gripes. One being the sleep number bed, while it was awesome and I was excited to use it, after the fifth night my back and neck were killing me because of the difference between the sleep number and my bed at home. My second gripe is that the food was overpriced and under quality for being "hotel" food. I only ate here once but I did not enjoy the food, however the service was excellant. My third and final gripe, was that we were in a room that was right next to the service elevator. Even though, I was only "in" on one morning while housekeeping was making the rounds, I still could hear it loudly if anyone used the elevator.

If I travel back to Orlando area again, I will try to stay with them but preferably in a different hotel room. All in all, they deserve four stars maybe even five if my back didn't still bother me.

Exactly as advertised. Free parking. Free wifi, which is spotty but it's free... Room was very clean. Nice two queens with a couch and 37" tv. Mini fridge came in handy. Location was great- we went to Downtown Disney almost every night for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place.

This is the first of three hotels we stayed at. I am a fan of this place. The lobby area is nice. The room was pleasantly decorated.   They have sleep number beds. We had a room with bed that came out to the bed. They have free Wifi!! That is a huge plus. The only thing I can complain about is that the sink with the bowl. That is cause I am short. It was located close to the parks and we were able to get to everything we needed.

My kids kept asking to come back here after we left until we got on to Disney property.

They do have free parking too.  However, they do have a rigid cancellation policy.

A good deal off the resort, but maybe not worth the money saved because of a lack of shuttle service.

Nice hotel. Friendly service. The beds, TV's & bathrooms were above average. I don't care much for the sleep beds since I had it on a pretty "hard" setting. Free parking, free internet and fitness area is 24 hours. The pool and spa were constantly used and it was next to a eating center, so you could walk to get some cheaper food than what the parks offer.

Now my only complaint is the limited shuttle service. Downtown Disney is about 1 mile away (20 minute walk) so you can walk, but it's a little out of the way. There are about 4 shuttle times to Disney/Universal before 12 noon and 4 shuttle times back to the hotel after 5 PM. The problem is you basically have to stay out the whole day AND the drivers have a tendency to leave early. That means if you're not there about 5 - 10 minutes early, they leave you!!! (We found that out the 1st night and had to beg another shuttle to drop us off at our location) Note too that Downtown Disney is NOT convenient to the park in terms of buses. If you leave from DD, you end up going to a resort to catch other bus to where you want to go. Give yourself about 20 - 30 minutes to get from place to place.

I don't have many negative things to say about this hotel, but next time I'd spend the extra money to stay on a resort hotel since they make it much easier to transport to and from.

CLEAN. Great value, the sheets, towels, everything was 4 star quality.
The place was much fancier than you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.
Lots of parking.
Free shuttles.
No resort fee.
Number beds.
Big rooms. Nice a/c system compared to other hotels we experienced while we were staying in Cocoa Beach and Melbourne.

After doing lots of research and reading reviews, the Radisson seemed to be the best option as far as value, location, and comfort.  I booked it on Priceline for around $79 a night.  The only room available was the two queen beds but that was fine.  One bed for me when the mister was snoring.  :)  They have sleep number beds which was cool.  Room was very pretty big...had a separate sitting area.  Bathroom could have been a little bit bigger though.  Free parking and free shuttle to Disney but we didn't take advantage of that.  Free Wi-fi. Waffle house and McDonalds is just on either side of the hotel in case you want a cheaper breakfast than going into Disney.  Overall good location, good value.  I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back.

On a recent vacation down to the Orlando area, I checked on Yelp for hotel reviews, as I was looking for the best hotel for a good price. The yelpers recommended this place, and man, oh man, am I glad I checked. While most of the other hotels in the area had JACKED up prices being so close to Disney, this hotel offers rooms at around 130-180 dollars, depending on the level of luxury. Since I was staying with my girl for a special occasion, I booked us a jacuzzi suite.
The first thing I noticed pulling in, is that the place looks like it had JUST been renovated. The outside of the hotel was freshly painted and clean, and they had just finished redoing the entire parking lot with stone. The trees were well-manicured, and it just set the tone for the entire experience.
The lobby is especially clean, organized, shiny and polished. Check-in was a breeze, and the young ladies at the front desk were very professional and courteous. The bar by the lobby is very modern, very cool looking, but doesn't seat many people, although I'm sure for this location they don't get a lot of business. There's also a great waiting area, if you're with kids and you're checking in, they have a lot of couches and a big screen tv to keep them entertained.
The room itself was immaculate. Big screen HDTV on the wall, a Sleep Number bed, and of course I had the jacuzzi tub which was near the refrigerator and within great view of the TV. The room also came with a iPod alarm clock (very cool), and the bathroom was awesome- the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Seriously.
The only minor complaint I had with the entire experience, was that there was a somewhat weird smell when I walked in the room. It went away after a few seconds of walking in the room, but it was noticable. So after I checked out, I received an e-mail asking me to fill out a satisfaction survey about my stay at this Radisson. I filled it out, mentioning how great the place is, and also mentioned the smell. About a day later, I got an e-mail from the general manager of the Radisson telling me they would check on the smell, and also thanked me for staying and for the high ratings. The fact that he would even CHECK what people are saying means he takes pride in his hotel, let alone email someone back. Nice work by all the staff here.
Overall, this is a GREAT place to stay, especially if you're going to Disney with the family. It's RIGHT off the freeway. There are TONS of grocery stores and bars / restaurants in the area, so you will be able to eat different places at all times, and it's only 5 minutes from Disney and Universal. If you're not traveling with a family, it's still a great place to stay, as the rooms are fantastic, and quiet enough where you don't hear all the families out and about. You cannot beat this place for the price, and I recommend it to ANYONE staying in the area. Top-notch.

I picked this hotel because it was close to Downtown Disney.

The room was huge! It came with two queen beds and a couch. The room was nice and clean when we checked in, room service was friendly and they deliver food to your room (a very big deal when I stay at a hotel)! The food? Delicious!! I was obsessed with their broccoli pasta dish all three nights I was there!

Downtown Disney is about a mile and a half away walk. You can see the Downtown Disney sign from the hotel but don't be fooled! You still have a mile walk after that sign before you actually get to Downtown!

If you decide to venture straight instead of crossing the street to the sign; there's a plaza with a grocery store, Taco Bell, Micky D's, Sweet Tomatoes and a few other shops and restaurants. If you really don't mind walking, there's the Premium Outlets which is about a three mile walk from the hotel (or a $7 cab ride depending on your driver).

I would definitely stay here again!

Whereas the hotel itself is nicely located and have everything you expect for its price rance, I would not recommend staying there. We had several items stolen from our room. While they do tell you to keep stuff locked away in the safe, you can't put everything in a tiny safe - besides, you do pay for a certain safety in your room.

When I found out this was not an uncommon happening at the hotel, I decided that we'd go for a Disney hotel next time. And have been happy with that choice since.

Best kept secret in Lake Buenavista!  I was surprised by this hotel.   Super clean, nice rooms, sleep number beds, and just about free everything when it comes to Wi Fi and parking.  I could not find dust anywhere in this hotel including the elevators!  This place was spotless!  Quiet and enjoyabke, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.  This comes real close to my #1 spot, the Parc de Soleil, but sorry Radisson, you can't beat them.  Ultimately, great hotel!

I wasn't able to get into the conference hotels (Hyatt) so I ended up here. I actually enjoyed my stay. My room was very quiet despite have a window next to the freeway. The A/C unit worked liked magic to fight the nasty Orlando heat and humidity. The beds were clean and comfortable (not as nice as Marriott but still good). The tv was not HD but ok and there was free parking (and plenty of it).

The only downside not really related to the hotel, but the restaurant food was pretty nasty. The buffet and $12 meal lure seemed good, but the bacon and sausage were super oily, and the eggs were dry. I also had the burger and fries were average to below average HOTEL food. Fries were frozen and the burger patty was low graded ground chuck, but what should I expect?

One other notable annoying thing was entering the hotel---you can only enter one way! So  if you are going south on 535 you have to do a U turn on 535 and enter northbound on 535 into the hotel! Uggh!

Despite these quibbles still good value hotel.

Stayed here for a conference and turned it into a family trip.  We got up early went down to the restaurant and ordered breakfast.  Just as breakfast arrived my three year old needed to use the bathroom.  I took her and came back to find the f----ing waiter had cleared our breakfast BEFORE we had a chance to eat a single bit of it.

The food was left sitting at the table with nothing touched.
Nothing eaten.
No tip on the table.
No check on the table.

I asked the waitress what happened to our breakfast?

She had no idea.

I had a hungry 3 year old that did not understand why her pancakes were in the trash.  She was just hungry.

The waitress wanted to know if we wanted to order another breakfast.  We had a bus to catch to Disneyworld and did not have time to sit around while they decided to cook another  breakfast like the one f----ing waiter threw out.  We got up and left without having eaten a damned thing.

Then as we were leaving she handed me a check.  A check I put on the cashier's table without paying.

I wish I could give this place minus numbers.  How upsetting was this experience?  It happened 23 years ago and I still get angry.

If you want a good mix of price, location and cleanliness you should check out this Radisson.  Located roughly a mile north of Downtown Disney and really just minutes from all the major theme parks, you're not going to compromise your time or convenience compared to an on-property Disney resort if you have a rental car.  For those expecting to take advantage of the free shuttles...well, you get what you pay for and it doesn't cost.  The shuttle won't be on your schedule, it will be on its own schedule so keep that in mind and don't expect to get to the parks when they open.

Our room was large enough for two queen beds along with a fold-out couch without causing people to bump into each other too much.  The bathroom was clean and the water hot and endless.  The one negative was the in-room safe which would only be large enough to hold a perhaps a medium-sized hardcover book standing up, and that's if we could figure out how to use it.  Although none of us were strangers to hotel safes, none of us could figure out how it worked and we inadvertently set off the safe's alarm three times.  The alarm itself is probably meaningless as it sounds like an alarm clock and it's doubtful that anyone would come and investigate.  The safe itself was made in China as evidenced by the company branding which was half in English and half in Chinese.  Here were the instructions posted on the door--you figure it out and PM me:

1. Please input your set number.
2. Nixie tube display " --- "
3. Dial " # " for sure,display " --- " (sic)
4. Turn the crossing key, the door "open"

Our interpretation was to close the door, type in a code and turn the lock.  Haha, sucker!  That won't work of course!  You're not told how many numbers are required or if there's a min or max amount.  We tried codes of varying lengths but never got the nixie tube display to display "---".  We did get enough annoying alarms prompting us to turn the crossing key of the closet door to "close" and the dial on my frustration scream to display "[Eff] this [crap]!" (censored)

A fridge and microwave rounded out the room which proved really useful to hold (and reheat) the extra Earl's sandwiches we picked up from Downtown Disney.

The hotel has a generously named gym on the bottom floor between the front desk and pool.  It's seriously about the size of my office, which is to say tiny.  Inside is crammed some treadmills, bikes and a single all-in-one gym for home use.  It's there if you want to use with water and towels provided too.  The hot tub came in real handy after full days of walking, standing and enjoying ourselves.

Some other nearby conveniences round out this spot.  A Micky D's sits nearly across the street to the west.  There's also a Starbucks east of the freeway as well.  The average price including taxes and such came out to about $150/night on average and it was well worth it.  I'd recommend friends to consider this hotel if they were in the area.  Just remember to bring your own safe.

The hotel is close to Disney World, but I do not think it is within a reasonable walking distance. Maybe less then a 10 minute drive to Downtown Disney.  The rooms were pleasant enough, the beds were both sleep number beds, which were amazing, except one of them didn't work properly.  Do not stay in a room next to an elevator or the maintenance room, you will hear squeaking all day/night long.  Also some of the rooms have a sideview of Disney World, and some people are able to see fireworks at night. They do have a free shuttle service from the hotel to either Universal or Disney World, but it  is not consistent with their times, and they also go to different destinations.

Radisson hotel is 20mins drive from Amtrak ORL station. We managed to grab a Amtrak shuttle bus charging us $35/2pax to Radisson. It's quite reasonable as upon checking with the hotel, it will probably cost us min $55 for a taxi. So try to look for a mini van from Amtrak. The driver hand us a name card to dial in case we needed him to ferry us when we are due for departure. Perfect!

The checking in was a breeze at the reception. No greeting at the door but Lisa greeted us with a warm charisma. She has been very helpful and joyous, so infectious. But the staff at the Disney counter in the lobby was somewhat cold and less enthusiastic, I thought they should be very upbeat and take pride in serving their reputable organization? Anyway, they still did their job in answering queries.

The room is very spacious and clean. I was amazed by the floor area in my superior room with 2 queen size bed that equipped with 4 cuddling soft pillows on each. The most impressive gesture is the "Find your SLEEP number"  ability gadget that connects to your mattress foam. Just adjust to the level of firmness that u desire and I slept so well! I finally get into deep sleep after 1.5months of traveling around Canada & US. It's a god send, I mean the bed!

I realized I am not the only poor soul who tried to meddle with the pathetic safe box! The instruction wasn't clear enough to educate me and so when I pressed the red tiny button inside the safe box near the hinge the second time, it triggered the ALARM and sounded like a burglar has broken in!!! I was about to escape like a thief as the siren was so loud and unbearable. As I opened the door and about to signal to the housekeeper for help, the siren went off! Phew!! So, please ask for demonstration. Anyway, the safe box is too small to place any expensive gadgets in, but small valuables are manageable.

The most valuable find is the Coin-operated self laundry located on the 2nd floor, next to room 201, far end on your left when u exit the lift lobby. 3 washers & 3 dryers. Each load requires $0.25x8, that add up $2 each for a washer and then another $2 for a dryer. If u need small change, get from the reception. The machines are clean with no odor. The laundry room requires room card key so please don't forget to bring it with u. Laundry wash sachet can be bought at a cost. I don't know the cost but the huge Giftshop adjacent to the hotel sells for $1.40(single use) and u judge who to buy from. I brought my own since I am traveling for 2months.

The housekeeper did a good job in replenishing all the amenities and towels and topping up the mini coffee bar. It has a neat single cup Cuisinart coffee maker with 2regular & 1 decaf coffee sachets each time. Deplete? Just ring housekeeper to replenish, they are delighted and give u plenty of it even I try to refuse, it's too many to keep! 10s!!!? Then they have a microwave as well. Pop vending and ice cubes dispenser is located next to the lift landing. Daily papers are avail for pick up at the lift area too.

They provide free shuttle bus to various Disney theme parks, mostly depart like 8-9am and return will be 5.30-10.45pm. We went to magic kingdom and there's only 1 trip each day: depart hotel at 09:05 and leave theme park only at 22:45. Be sure to be at the lobby 15mins prior to schedule time or u risk not boarding. They also have shuttle to Orlando Premium Outlet with 2 schedules each day and to LakeBuenaVista Factory outlet. To Disney Downtown, u could take a taxi if u don't drive, it will cost $10 on average and u may walk back in the evening when it's cooler, takes u 20mins on foot. It closes at 2am daily.

Generally, this is one of the good choices if u want to see Disney yet not staying at their property. Enjoy!!!

I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews.  I was disappointed before I even got inside because the hotel is next to a giant T-shirt store and Waffle House.  The lobby is ok, but nothing fancy.  The rooms are dirty.  The first room I was put in had a destroyed chair--like, shredded up--and black mold in the bathroom.  There was also stains on the sheets that I noticed without looking for them upon entering the room.  In the replacement room, I just tried to ignore the stains on the carpets--everywhere.  And my wake up call, yeah, it never came.  It was enough that I would never stay in any Radisson hotels again.

- bathroom - big, nice , clean :)

Wi-Fi worked good and it was free of charge

Parking free and lots of parking spots

The location is really good, i was looking for a hotel close to Disney, Universal and not that far from the airport. So Radisson was a 10 minute drive to Disney, 10 minutes drive to Universal and 20 minutes drive from Airport.

Also, close to the hotel they have lots of food options and outlets near

$20 a day resort fee. Non-refundable.

Best thing about this hotel is that it is very close to all of the parks. It literally took les than 10 minutes to get to all of the parks. We wet to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom.

The 'resort' is set up more like housing projects. Thats the feeling I got from them. All the buildings are separate. We stayed in the 3000 building. It was very clean. There were lots of towels and wash cloths. The tub was clean.

There is a coffee maker in the room. Nice sized table to eat at. There was a lounge chair where someone else could sleep. The rooms are nicely sized.

Near the hotel are a ton of restaurants. Drive thru panera very close by. I loved it! We drove the 9 miles or so just for Zaxby's. Mmmm delicious!

I would recommend this hotel but make sure you are aware of the $20 fee a day. It is CLEARLY stated on their website

Stayed here with my family for a week during my brother's spring training and really enjoyed our stay! Overall a great place to stay at a good value, compared to other hotels we had considered.

-Hotel staff were all very friendly and quick to address any issues. The employee who checked us in was not only fast in doing so, but also very friendly and welcoming, asking us where we had traveled from, welcoming us, and telling us about all of the hotel amenities. Whenever we saw cleaning people in the hallways during our stay, we were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly "hello's" which I really appreciate.

-We had to request additional blankets and towels during our stay and called the front desk several times. They were always very polite and sent staff up to our room with the requested items very quickly.

-Rooms were very spacious, updated, and comfortable.

-TV in room is a larger flatscreen and is on the wall, so doesn't take up any space

-Is a mini fridge in every room

-Hotel grounds and pool area were kept very clean

-Hotel lobby bathrooms were well-decorated, updated, and always very clean

-Great location with plenty of parking and two entrances, which was very convenient.

-Fresh chocolate chip cookies were set out every afternoon, which my family appreciated, as it was nice having a little something as a snack between baseball games, since we weren't able to eat supper until late at night

-Beds were Select Comfort air mattresses that come with controls, allowing you to adjust each side of the bed. My husband and I found these very uncomfortable and usually woke up with a stiff or sore back. My side always started out rock-hard, and though I adjusted it every night to a softer setting/lower number, I always seemed to wake up to it being extra hard. Normal mattresses would be much more comfortable.

-Pool isn't heated, and was very cold from the mid afternoon throughout the evening, which was the only time my family had free time to swim. Wanted to enjoy the pool on vacation, but water was always ice cold, so only used the hot tub

-We were unable to get hot water (or even warm water) from our shower on mornings when we would use the shower around 7:00am-10:00am, which was quite disappointing, as I'm not a fan of ice cold showers.

-Due to the hotel's location, you are only able to enter their parking lot if you are headed a certain direction. If you are going the other direction, you have to drive quite a ways down the road to make a U-Turn to allow you to go the way you need to go in order to enter the parking lot. We found this to be an annoying inconvenience.

-Cleaning staff only changed bedding if a certain tag (from bathroom) was placed on top of the beds. Otherwise bedding was not changed. Wish we would've known this was their policy, as we didn't get new bedding until our last night stay. I understand making environmentally friendly decisions, but believe bedding should be changed daily, which should be the standard, and people can place the tag on the beds only if they choose NOT to want their bedding changed that day.

-No free breakfast. However, there is a Waffle House right across the parking lot.

-The light fixtures in our bathrooms were covered in rust-very noticeable and visually unappealing.

-Bathrooms were very small. Could barely open the door without it hitting the toilet.

We paid $119 for one night and were very happy with the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and a concerned caring staff. I'd pay as much as $150 for a hotel like this. Close to everything Orlando has to offer and priced right.

That's my meat and potatoes review. Here's my rant.

This is not the Ritz Carlton. I don't know why someone would complain about it being next to a Waffle House. I've stayed at places next to high end restaurants that were way worse. We are very happy with what we received in relation to what we paid for. When we want luxury, we'll probably look to spend more and we would also expect more. On our current budget, we'd come back any time. I'm not sure how much better it gets at this price.

I would like to give this place 3.5 stars.

Good: looks nice on the inside.  Staff is amazing and super great customer service. Beds were comfy and fun. Rooms were nice with cabinets for food, fridge, microwave and a little tiny countertop.  Coffee maker. Free cookies in the evening, but store bought. Nice televisions. Maids were great.

Not great: shuttles to Disney ran after the park opened. Pool is okay. Complimentary snacks in super early morning run out super fast, esp. Coffee. But thats extra bonus, so cant judge that. The souvenier shop next door looks promising but is super cheesy.

They put me next to the laundry, and did not turn our fridge on. But they were super kind and accommodating and gave us free buffet breakfast to make up for it, but then charged us and we had to call to get it off. Breakfast buffet was not great... Although veggie omelette was good.

Really, when you are going to WDW  you are almost never in your room, but when you are you want to veg. So its good... Utilitarian.

Hot tip: park at dt disney and walk to Saratoga Springs on sidewalk to catch the shuttle.

This hotel is nice and seems to be mostly maintained well. We sat on our bed and the bed broke, found a very cheap
Plastic piece broke so the bed was crooked but I called maintenance and they fixed it promptly. They have sleep number beds in the room. Unfortunately BOTH beds were not changing the firmness so we were stuck in two extremity hard beds! I'm sure they would have attempted to fix them but we didn't discover this until all kids were asleep. Highly recommend checking the beds before putting the kids down!

No real complaints.  The price was good, Kyle (reception) went out of his way to give me an upgraded room (king bed) at same price (105) as my regular room (2 full sized beds)  Clean and bed was fine. Can adjust the firmness of the bed.

I will return when in same area.

It really is a great hotel. Don't let the outside mislead you. The rooms are big, the beds are sleep number beds. They have small fridges in the room and they are well maintained and very modern looking. The location right next to the highway is convenient. They give you free chocolate cookies anytime. If you want an affordable family vacation then stay here.

NPS = 5

So I learned one very important lesson while staying at the Radisson Hotel in Lake Buena Vista...and that is that Sleep Number beds are not comfortable!  I was planning on purchasing a new mattress soon and I was between a Sleep Number bed and a Tempurpedic.  Thanks to my stay at this Radisson, I now know which bed I will buy.

The reason I say this (in case you have not picked up on it yet) is because the beds in this hotel are all Sleep Number beds.

I was very excited about that once I walked into the hotel room but my illusion was burst once it came time to go night night.

Even if you put the same number on both sides of the bed, one still feels a little off more than the other.

Breakfast is about $11.99 and it is a continental buffet.  However, I recommend saving your money ($12 for breakfast? ....pshhh) and if you can stomach eating at a Waffle House, there is one next door.

Something nice is that there is free parking and you do not have to put a tag on your car to recognize you are staying in the hotel.

The hotel is also very close to Disney Parks.  More likely than not, if you are staying at this Raddison it is because you are going to one of the parks.  It is a fairly close to the parks and the hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from the parks.

Overall, I probably would stay here again if I can get a GREAT deal.  Other than that, I was not too happy about the Sleep Number beds.

We first made a reservation at quality inn hotel when we got there the room was horrible, it smell very bad and the walls look that people would have kill small animals in there, we end it up booking another hotel the same night and we found this hotel. It was way the opposite of where we were before. This hotel is very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The area was very nice too and it was very close to most attractions. If we go again for a vacation to disney we will definetly stay at raddison hotel again. My whole family did love this place.

Arrived here late at night to meet up with our family.  Our son had already checked us in and told us our room number.  When we tried to pick up keys they gave us a different room on a different floor than the rest of our family.  When we got to the room, we found someone else's garbage pamphlets and fork on the counter.  We went into the bathroom and found an already used soap by the sink and used bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower.  I called the front desk to let them know and they said to come down they would check us in to a different room.  Picked up all our stuff and went downstairs again.  Now a different person tells us there are no other rooms but that she can go with housekeeping and clean the room.  We wait about 20 minutes downstairs for our room to get cleaned.  When we finally go upstairs again we find a dirty glass with stains and crumbs.  My husband told a lady from the front desk about this and she said, "Oh.  Okay.  I'll see you in the morning".
We decided we were going to rough it and just stay because we were so tired and were only staying until the morning anyway and many hotels were already sold out.  We did not expect to find crumbs on the bed also. When we pulled off the covers that's what we found.  At this point we shook them off and figured no one at this hotel cares anyway.  Obviously will never stay here again.  We will speak to manager in the morning.
Very disappointed with hotel , lack of cleanliness and staff!

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend.

It was much closer to Disney (ten minutes) and Downtown Disney (about five minutes) than it looked on Map Quest. Parking was easy as there were lots of good spots. Our room was ready two hours before check-in and we received a Disney passholder discount.

My friend had mentioned when booking that it was my birthday, when we walked into our room I was surprised by an awesome birthday balloon and card signed by the staff! The room was extremely clean and spacious. There was even a sitting area with a sofa, a mini-fridge and the TV was large. In our bathroom there was even an elephant made out of towels!

There were two things though, our sleep number beds were not working and were very firm. Granted I'm sure if I had said something they would have done something about it but I was too tired to bother. Also, it didn't disturb me while falling asleep but when I woke up during the night I could hear the cars on I-4. I would recommend  getting a room on the side away from the Interstate.

I would stay here again if I made sure about the above two things.
