This is a hotel for a Time-share property...great layout, nice staff, and it's close to everything.
I wish they had orange juice at the front desk in the morning, but it's cool. The beds are king-size and they have a few suanas and a pool on the property also.

I stayed here at the Kingston Reef Resort Orlando Fl on International Blvd. I must always start with the positives and then share the negative. For the most part, my stay there was very pleasurable. I was there for a week with 3 other people for a convention.
Pros: There was plenty of room (2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room). The accommodations were beautiful. There were even 3 pools near our room that had mechanical chairs that you sat in and would gently place you in the water. There was 1 chair at all 3 of the pools. Unfortunately due to a rainstorm, I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a TV in each room which was great. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. I hated getting out of mine everyday. The staff was very nice and for the most part very accommodating. They also provided washers and dryers free of charge so you could do your laundry before you left. That was really nice.
Cons: I was extremely disappointed to find out some of the crazy policies that this resort has towards there guests. First off, we stayed at the very back of the resort (last building) and it is quite a distance from the front office (unless you cut through the pool area). Unfortunately if you are disabled or have a hard time walking, you may need to pace yourself. Because unfortunately, the resort does not provide a ride or shuttle at all. (Even though I found inconsistencies with this policy. Some of the staff provided me with a golf cart ride to the front, and the other staff said this isn't permitted). If you didn't bring a car with you, if you wanted to take public transportation, you would have to go across the street to catch the trolley (i-ride) ir the bus (Lynx). So after a 5-7 minute walk to the front office and then a brisk walk across the street (through traffic), it's kind of challenging. But I would have to say, the most disturbing policy they had (which is why I wrote this review) was the fact that this resort for some reason, even though it has room service) said that in order to get clean towels, toilet paper or more soap, we had to bring all of it to the front desk to get new items. So if you had a big load of towels, you had to gather them all up and walk them to the front desk. Again, no assistance from the front desk at all. Major disappointment on that part for me. But overall, I would give this resort a B- on the rating.

Very nice resort. As in all of World Mark resorts, it is a very nice place to stay. Has a small kitchen, but is equipped with all of the amenities you will need to prevent you from having to go out for meals during your stay - this is something that my family, and I, really love.
Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven/stove, pots & pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, and a dishwasher. All you need is the groceries you need to make your meals. Right next to the kitchen is a table with 4 chairs.
Bedrooms are a very good size. The master bedroom is the smaller one and has a king size bed and detached bathroom. The other room is very large with 2 full-size beds, a table, large bathroom, and a balcony.
The living area is also a good size with a single seat, coffee table, and a fold out bed in the big couch. It also has an access to the other balcony - yes, that's 2 balconies!
Overall, I really liked the place, but did not like how you have to pay for the internet where most other places have it included. It has 2 prices that I can remember. One is for 1 day ($4.99) and the other for 10 days ($9.99), but who is going to spend 3 days there?
Also, if you plan to go to Disney World parks, just pay the money to park at the parking lots. The resort has a shuttle, but you have to pay about $10 per person. The all-day parking fee for Disney is $14. A lot cheaper when you are traveling with a family.
Like I said, a very nice place. You will enjoy your time at the resort. The campus has a lot of other cool things on it too.

Service was fantastic with the exception of the concierge (she should consider a different line of work). Desk was very helpful. Rooms are very clean and worth the money. Great resort
