Very nice resort.....there is much to do for the whole family...and the rooms are very nice too.

The hotel itself was really nice.  Unfortunately the front desk staff and concierge were very rude.  Also the maids never cleaned the rooms.  They came in made the bed but didn't bother to straighten up or clean the bathroom or vanity areas so the room got worse as the week went on.  our room had one tiny trash can so we couldn't even clean up ourselves.  Even though the facilities were really nice I wouldn't stay here again because the bad service really brought us down

Awesome food, good service.  The food was extremely creative, well paired, and absolutely delicious.  Service was attentive and well thought out, though we helped correct a couple of communication details.  Ambiance very chic, quiet, and cool.  For a hotel restaurant, I will definitely return.

We stayed here 3 nights for only $59, but had to attend a 4 hour, high pressure time share presentation. The best food was at the pool side bar. They had awesome burgers! The worst was at the way overpriced breakfast place setup like a cafeteria. The room had a good view and was nice looking with a reasonable HD tv. It included a mini fridge, but no microwave. The beds were a little firmer that I like. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The lazy river was fun, but shorter than I was used to. Overall, for less than $20 a night, awesome value.

I recently stayed at this resort during a convention I was attending.  It's located very close to Disney World and other attractions.  It's a beautiful place and well-kept.  The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, for the most part.  The pricing in the restaurants was absolutely ridiculous, where a cup of coffee ran $4.  I ordered room service the first night I arrived; a simple salad and some quesadillas, and it totalled $35.  Since there was no time to leave the hotel for meals, it is needless to say that I overspent on my food budget,  but at least the food was pretty decent.  I enjoyed watching the fireworks over Disney each night before I climbed into bed, and speaking of beds, mine was very comfortable.  I would probably stay at the Wyndham again, but eat somewhere else and save a little on the food bill.  Wi--FI was available, once the password was obtained, and once I had to call the internet guru there for help getting connected.  It was quick to get connected and painless.  Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and I had a shuttle service waiting right at the front door.  There is a beautiful pool and lounging area, but because I was in classes almost the entire trip, I didn't get to take advantage of that.  Nice place; I would just recommend some tweaking of the menus and prices!

One of the deciding factors to to book at this hotel was they are located close to downtown disney area and they offered a dicount for florida residents. When i checked in i was hit with additional daily fees. $15 for the parking and. $16 for use of the facilties. I expressed that I was staying here for work, not leasure to the receptionist so I would not be using hotel services. She seemed  indiffernt adout my issue and expressed its a maditory fee that all guest are charged.  Its not like I had a choice so I checked in.
I will rate the hospitalty I recieved slightly below Best Western. Not to say anything negative about Best Western but I expected a little bit more from the Wyndham staff.
To top everything off...
I had to cut my stay short due to a stroke my brother incurred over night in miami.
With my bags in hand, I went to the check in counter to express my situation to the front desk. The repersentive expressed that the fee that I would be assesed to the bill is equelent for remaining days left on the reservation. There was no "sorry for you brother" or anything of the sort. I was sicken with the lack of concern.I signed and left. During my travels to Miami I glanced at the statement and noticed they charged me for the usage of their facilties for the days I was not there.
I shouldve gone with my gut feeling and stayed with one of the Signature Disney Resort.

We wanted to spend some time in the Disney area with our family. We stayed at a 3 Bedroom villa overlooking the pools. We had plenty of room for everyone and my 10 and 8 year old girls loved having some space to themselves. The pool stays pretty loud even late at night, but the noise didn't keep us awake. The resort is so close to everything Disney, and is really convenient for the Orlando Airport, and The Universal Parks and Wet n Wild, too.

Beautiful hotel, pools, spa, Starbucks served and outstanding restaurant called Deep Blu. Try the crab cakes (all meat no breading). Cioppino was great. I would return to eat here again.

Loved this place! Luxurious and kid friendly! Our kids had a blast with bunk beds in the room, 4 swimming pools and the lazy river. We really enjoyed the clean amenities and fine details. Top notch.
The buffet in the Tesoro was average and not economical if you are on a budget. The restaurant by the pool had good burgers etc. We did not eat at the finer options.
Really friendly helpful staff,  all around a great experience.

This hotel is amazing!  It was just built in October 2011 and it is truly state of the art.  There are roughly 6 pools to choose from which made my son very happy! In addition, they have a kids club for $12 an hour which gave me the opportunity to sneak down to the spa while he played.  The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, and if you stay there you must try the chicken and waffles at the Teresoro Cove restaurant across from the pool.

This place is AWFUL!!!  First they gave us a "lake view" first floor room that had no view.  It was a cave with a screen in front of the patio that totally blocked out all light and all views.  Now we have a second floor suite with a view of the parking lot (even though the second, unused bedroom looks out on the lake and pools -- who planned this?")

We left for dinner with the airconditioner running to cool the room and when we come back it is off and will not turn back on.

Rooms are old-fashioned, service is minimal and the overall accommodations are not what one would expect from a resort of this type.

We live in the area, but stayed here for a romantic couples night while grandma watched the little ones.  Great resort, plenty to do, and nice areas to relax or continue playing away from the parks.  We ate a Deep Blu and while expensive it was truly a memorable meal.

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand over the thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is new and the rooms were modern and clean(just like the photos). But their service was extremely poor. We reserved a king room. We were given a handicap room where the closet was really short and even I had to bend down to use it ( and I am only 5 2"). The shower in the bathroom was also very low and had no bath tub. my husband is 6 3' and he had trouble using the shower. When we called to ask for a normal room, we were told that it was not a handicap room and all king size rooms are like that and that these rooms have no bathtub. The manager was very rude and told us we got exactly what we asked for.

The food options were also very limited and very expensive yet the service was bad. The shuttle to Disney does not come every 30 mins. They only a few different times which were not convenient for us. Our rooms were not cleaned when we returned from the parks every day around 4pm. We had to call to ask housekeeping to clean the room. There is a resort fee of $16 a day that is supposed to cover the wifi. The signal is very poor.

The hotel seems to be trying to compete with the luxury hotels with the decor and accommodations but has not thought about the service side of it. We will not be staying here again.

Awesome hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. This is a relatively new resort with easy access to all the WDW parks. Our room had a nice balcony with a nice view although we never used it due to all the attractions in the area and time spent at the pool. The Wyndham had a beautiful pool that was well maintained. The restaurant on the main level at the hotel had excellent food and I would recommend the mac and cheese as a side with your meal.

Tips:
- Call and book via the Wyndham, They will beat any online deal.

Next time I go to WDW I will be booking with the Wyndham Grand again. A+

Stayed here just a couple of days ago while in Orlando for the Capital One Bowl. I was less than thrilled. While the price was right (~$90/night) I definitely got what I paid for. The place was very simple, no frills, but seemed nice enough. To our dismay, housekeeping did not bother to come in and change bedding/towels while we were gone, so after a very long day, we came back to a dirty room and no towels. Quite annoying. Not to mention that we were lured in right after checking in with the promise of a "welcome packet", which contained a bunch of pretty useless 10% off and/or free drink/appetizer with the purchase of $25 type of coupons, and were suckered into listening to a sales pitch for 3 hours. We were informed during said pitch that this particular resort will be undergoing renovations soon, but I certainly hope they get their act together on the housekeeping front regardless! I would not recommend this place in the meantime.

THIS HOTEL IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE AND CLEAN!!! When you turn onto Chelonia Pkwy, you are greeted with gorgeous palm trees, time shares and hotels.
The hotel was sparkling clean and smells fresh. The staff was just so nice and always had a smile on their faces!! The DECOR!!! OH my goodness, I absolutely LOVE the decor throughout the entire hotel!!!!

My coworker and I used just the spa amenities for $5.00!!! Which was great because we did not want a massage but just to relax. The steam room, robes and flip flops were furnished, fresh towels, private jacuzzi, and we used the body scrub!!! ALL FOR $5.00 BUCKS!!!

Downtown Disney is literally 5 minutes away, where you can choose from a variety of restaurants and night life, by the way was very very convenient!!!

I stayed at the Grand Resort for two weeks, and the staff treated my coworker and I like royalty!!!  I will defintiley visit the area and hotel again for vacation!!!

Amazing and elegant.  The rooms are beautiful and the service is great.  The bathrooms were spacious and pretty.  Everything is clean, stylish and open.  The gym was great and the walk around the lake was relaxing. I liked how this resort was tucked away and didn't scream Disney.  Even though there were kids and a lot for them to do, the hotel is great for singles and couples as well.   I had an impressive mahi mahi sandwich at Bach Bay Pool Bar and Grill.  If you don't have a car, this hotel could be a hassle. And look for deals because the rooms can be pricey.

I would love to come here again.

The facility is fine. Amenities are nice and the lazy rivers are relaxing. All the restaurants are serviceable, which adds to the experience. However, the concierge and the help staff are really terrible. We asked several times for assistance traveling to and from Disney/MCO and each time we were told the only way to get there was an expensive taxi. Come to find out there is a shuttle that runs back and forth to the park. We found that out after the fact and were actually on the shuttle when the bus driver asked us for our vouchers, which you guessed it, must be purchased at the concierge desk. In all, every time we've asked for help we were told they didn't know/had no service when that was clearly not the case. You have to ask yourself if that is done intentionally because they want to help their vendors make money or they're simply just incompetent. Either way we consonantly find ourselves playing 20 questions with these people to try to find the right answers. Luckily that game is right in my wheelhouse so we've won more than we lost.

Mmm... That new hotel smell.

I think this Wyndham should sue the other Wyndham on International Blvd for tarnishing their name--because when I heard I was staying at the Wyndham I was NOT looking forward to the experience.

However, this hotel is really quite awesome.
Sometimes it's the little things: all the lobby chairs have handles so when you want to pull them in/out, it's REALLY easy to do so. Such a small touch that takes care of the teeniest inconvenience, but makes a big impression.

Wi-fi was free, the rooms were clean and nice (my boss had a bunk-bed for kids in his. A bunk bed!). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The coffee shop in the lobby was open early and late and had ice cream.

I mean, what more could you really want? This is definitely in the upper echelons of the Wyndham family of brands. Now if they could just do something about that one on International. . .

As hotels in the area go, this one is really nice. Located about 5 minutes from the Disney parks, this location is brand new, and really huge. It's a part of the Wyndam hotels located in a circle around a large pool area.

The building itself has so many eminities, you really wouldn't have to leave if you don't want to, though the room service and restaurants are pricey, but worth the spend if you have the budget for it.

The breakfast buffet is great, as is the brand new gym facing the pool. I really enjoyed myself, though the Regular rooms are a bit small. I got a deal, so I barely spent anything, but still.

First of all we received an amazing room rate for this hotel so look around their are deals to be had! Upon arrival we were impressed by the private entrance and the close proximity to the theme parks. Check in was a breeze and we even got upgraded to the executive king suite! The hotel is beautiful and such a pleasure to look at all the unique furniture pieces. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our view from the room was of MGM studios fantasia hat, tower of terror, and Mickey! Not to mention a beautiful lake and pool oasis! The grounds are a pleasure to walk around and the pool area has fun for all ages. One night they even had a DJ playing fun new music by the pirate ship! I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

We loved this hotel...very clean and modern, not very kid friendly though, it's better suited for couples. There is transportation provided to the parks since it is located within the Disney property but we never used it since it did not run very frequently. If we can manage to find a babysitter so we can go to disney alone we would def stay here again.

I will first start by stating this was my first time staying on the Disney property.  That perk alone was FANTASTIC.

I checked in late and that process went smoothly.  Our room was clean, modern and spacious.

The grounds of the hotel was beautiful.  I loved the fact that when I enter the hotel during the day , there was cold water with lemon and  lemon an water with lime at the front entrance.  My family as a whole was appreciative of that.

On Sunday we had lunch at Back Bay Pool Bar.  The fact that they had all football games available to watch was awesome.  I was able to see my Ravens win and my hubby was able to watch his Redskins win.  The food and cocktail wasn't bad either.  Our waitress was great and the bartender was not stingy with the alcohol ( two thumbs up).

My only gripe would be the resort fees and taxes.  For three nights, those fees alone totaled a little over $100.  Shux, that's almost another nights stay.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our family met two other families for a long-weekend at Disney with the 10 kids.  We were able to reserve a room that comfortably slept six people (a rarity) for under $90 with an amazing AAA rate (before tax, resort fee and parking fee).  Check-in was very easy and the staff up front were extremely inviting and helpful.  The lobby coffee bar was a great meeting spot.  Our room was very spacious and, along with the remainder of the hotel, was obviously new.  The bed and linens were very comfortable and we really appreciated the separate 'nook' area with the bunk beds.  The bathroom was a bit tight, but the convenience of having an additional sink in the room area was welcomed.  Our view was of the roof and parking garage, which I am sure was related to the great rate we got, so I am okay with the trade-off.  Most rooms had a resort view.

This hotel is part of a larger vacation-club type property.  I believe there are five other towers that all surround the same lake.  While the pool area felt somewhat cramped, compared to the expansive pool area at the neighboring Hilton/Waldorf, the property offered about six different pools, including two lazy rivers and multiple water slides/kids play areas.  We cooked out on the lakeside BBQ one night and it was very easy and relaxing.

We did go to the casual buffet breakfast restaurant one time and it was very satisfactory.  Prices were about $18 for adults and $9 for kids, which seemed reasonable.

The one issue we had was the responsiveness of the staff to request.  Everyone was very kind, but when we requested linens for the sofa bed (which were not in the room), they never came.  Our kids ended up sleeping on another blanket thrown over the sofa bed.  We have to request three times, and the finally came the following day.

Overall, this was a great hotel, especially for the money.  Last time we stayed at the Hilton Bonnett Creek, which is also very nice.  Both hotels are a solid four stars, and it really just depends on who is offering the best promotion.  The Hilton did not have a resort fee and offered 'kids eat free' during our last stay.  Wyndham does have a resort fee and kids do not eat free, but their rates were significantly lower.  The Wyndham has a more spacious room, hands-down, comfortably sleeping six people.  Either, you can't lose.

Opened in October '11, this is the newest hotel in the Disney area.  Being in town for a work conference, we decided to give this place a try.

After a week, I am pleased to say that Wyndham Grand Orlando is really a great overall hotel.

PLUSES:
+ Nice, modern facilities
+ Awesome 24-hr Gym with wide selection of Cybex equipment
+ Large pool area with 2 hot tubs open till 11 p.m.
+ Convenient poolside bar with atypically good drinks
+ Free access to entertainment room with an actually nice full-size pool table
+ Video game arcade great for kids (& certain adults)
+ Well-stocked onsite sundry store
+ Option of $12 daily self-park or $16 valet
+ Spacious guest room with nice array of amenities (Free WiFi, iPhone-compatible dock, LCD TV, HBO, Bath & Body Works toiletries, valuables safe, mini-fridge, coffee maker, sofa, desk/work area)
+ Efficient housekeeping service
+ Friendly & accommodating staff
+ Tesoro Cove $18 Breakfast Buffet is well worth it (dramatically better than the $28 buffet at the Waldorf across the street)
+ 5-min from Magic Kingdom/Epcot

MINUSES:
- Limited dinner dining options (Deep Blu Seafood Grill serves up average food that does not command the prices charged)
- Guest room king bed is extremely firm (polar opposite of Westin's Heavenly Bed)
- Concierge not too familiar yet with theme park-related info

Overall, you can see that the pluses heavily outweigh the minuses.  Given this, I definitely would recommend this hotel in the Disney neck of the woods.

If you want to stay in a nice hotel in Disneyworld that ISN'T one of the exorbitantly priced Disney resorts, this hotel is perfect. Since it's technically in the Disneyworld resort area, you can get deals on a room and Disney passes. Which is what we did. And it worked out really well. However, it's probably best to have access to a car because Disneyworld is HUGE and I don't know if any of the Disney shuttles stopped at the hotel.

It's closest to the Downtown Disney area, which is nice for shopping and eating, and isn't too far from most of the parks.

It's a new hotel so everything is still really nice and up-to-date. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom area was spacious, and all of the rooms have balconies. (Ours just looked out at the parking garage, but that's what you get for getting a deal on your room) The room also had a mini-fridge, which was nice when we would come back from dinner with leftovers that we wanted to keep.

We ordered room service pizza one night and the delivery was prompt, the lady who delivered it was polite and nice, and the pizza was hot and delicious.

All of the staff that we came in contact with were polite, courteous, and helpful. The maid service was prompt and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to Disneyworld without paying ridiculous Disney prices!

We decided to select this hotel since the price for the Disney themed hotels was outrageous (400/night vs 120/night). For the price this is a great hotel. Do remember there is a $16/night resort fee. They have a spa, 3 restaurants, a coffee shop serving Starbucks, a bar, nice pool, and jacuzzi. Service was good and the staff was helpful. The good thing is that the hotel has a bus service to and from Disney daily (ask the concierge for schedule when you check in). The only downside is that if you are a minute late you have missed the bus.

Room amenities include bath and body works toiletries, coffee maker, small refrigerator and laptop safe. Complimentary water is provided (2 bottles) and wifi is free (included in the resort fees).

When you check in ask for a lake view room (even low floors have a nice view of the pool and lake). We did not get a balcony but the view was great (can see the Epcot fireworks). Some balcony rooms face the parking lot so make sure you ask for the lake view (without the parking lot in between).

All in all a great stay and a good experience. If I had to return and the price of a Disney hotel was affordable, I would consider that (as the services they provide are better), but if I had to be on a budget I would look at staying at Wyndham Grand again.

Tip: They have a time-share program where they give you discounted tickets to Disney OR some $$ on a prepaid card to use (you can inquire when you check in).

HIGHLIGHTS:
-Wireless is WyndhamGuest, Password is wyndham2012
-The room was better than I had expected. There are two full size beds, bunked bed and an additional sink outside.
-There is a wall mounted tv in the 'kids' room.
-The bathroom is stocked with bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
-The towels are soft and plentiful.
-The elevators are fast
-Staff overall are better than Hilton.
-I like the Wyndham more than the Hilton.
-If your middle name is danger, try the Tribulation pirate water slide. It is pitch black and you travel fast! So much fun
-There is mini golf but the course is mostly flat. There are playgrounds and one more water slide but it's not as great.
-Cabanas can be rented for $50 (whole day until 11pm)
-The gym is decent sized with lots of machines and free weights. I love the ample clean towels stocked and a hot and cold water dispenser.
-The sidewalk around the lake is 0.66 Miles (1K) which is great for jogging/running

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! everything from a rude lady at check in. I don't even know where to begin.
First- stayed here three years ago and it was amazing. This was is longer the case.
We came as a couple for a corporate event and was given a room with two full size beds, when asked can be moved we were told, " you can get what you get and what we have left".. Awesome requested a manager she was great and at least have us a king size room.

Second- room service or lack there of. I asked the lady to come back in an hour while we were getting a massage she was nasty, but said on. 4 hours later, we get back to the room it's still not done. I call down again. She comes pounding at our door at 5pm when we had to shower and get ready for an event. The house cleaning lady tried to get my boyfriend to sign a sheet saying we declined cleaning, we refused and her supervisor had to come up. Her supervisor was amazing and when we came back today, the room was amazing.

Third and I feel most important was room service. I have a bad FOOD allergy and informed the in room dinning people 10 times since I didn't want to have to use my Epi pen on vacation. The food comes, I take a bite.... Within 10 seconds my throat feels weird, and was forced to make myself get sick! When my boyfriend looked, what I said I was allergic too, was all over my food.

Now we decided to take a mellow night in and rent a movie so we can go to the parks earlier. And movies weren't able to be ordered, at this point I just laugh because I don't know how much worse things can get.   Well, wrong again. They try to reset the TV and now we have no tv, unless we pack up and switch rooms at 12:23 am.

I will say a few managers did try to go above and beyond to get things fixed, but every good thing they would do, the other people under them, or other departments just messed it up worse. Engineering was also amazing and even tried to bring us another tv.

My tip to management would be to check on the staff that's dealing directly with your customers. We love Orlando, but I don't think we can overlook all that we experienced.

This resort has it's ups and downs. We stayed in one of the two bedroom units. It was very nice, the kitchen was great and it was very nice to be able to make our own food as eating out can get expensive! The bad part was that it seemed like they tried to put a queen fitted sheet on our king size bed! The sheet kept coming off and it got very annoying after a while. I would have loved to have seen the staff try to get it on. Other than that the room was nice.

I would give 1 star for the food. We tried several different places on site and the food really lacked. I was disappointed with most of the dishes we ordered, they were just bland. Also they are very stingy on the alcohol if you order a mixed drink. I got a piña colada and my boyfriend got a mudslide and I couldn't taste the alcohol in either of them and they were very watery.

I would give maybe 2 stars for customer service. Several nights into our stay a family checked into the room next to us. It was midnight and both my boyfriend and I were disturbed because their kids started banging on the walls. You could hear doors slamming and kids screaming in their unit and the adults were talking very loud! Quiet time is between 11 and 7 seeing as it was midnight and there was no sign of the noise dying down we called security. However we had to call them 3 times before they did anything. The third time I finally told them I would be waiting outside our room so they could come into our unit to see how loud it was...15 minutes after that someone finally showed up! I will say the noise stopped, and I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they probably didn't realize how loud they were being because we didn't hear anything from their room for the rest of our stay. But still it should have been taken care of the first time we called.

The resort itself would get 5 stars for ambiance. The pools are great and the grounds are lovely. The pool staff were very kind and helpful. The spa staff was also very nice and professional. We both got a 15 minute chair massage by the pool and our therapist was wonderful. Her name was Olga and I would highly recommend her!

A quick tip though to save you some trouble. If you need groceries do not go to the Walmart!!!! It was crazy busy (I mean like you would have thought it was Black Friday) even at 1 am. If you do need groceries go to the publix it is much easier to get to and not anywhere close to as busy. (And there is a liquor store right next to it)

When people say something is on the Disneyworld property, that means different things to a mostly Disneyland family.  We knew that DWorld was big, but the scale!  Disneyworld is truly enormous.  Keep in mind that staying at the Wyndham Grand may be technically on the DW property, but it is still across the river and through the woods, including a lengthy bus ride on the freeway, from Epcot, the Magic Kingdom and other attractions.

The Wyndham Grand is a nice facility located by a manmade lake, and its a new, very pretty hotel with nice amenities.  It reminds me of Southern California, complete with new Tuscan colored construction on a manmade lake.  On one other hand,  its a good spot to be in, away from the crowds and with decent amenities. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, a trying to be NYC-chic vibe in the decor, a great pool with rentable cabanas, nice, quiet grounds surrounding a lake filled with other Wyndham properties, and a free shuttle going all day long to DW, Epcot, etc.

In all, a nice hotel.

On the other hand, if Disney World is a focus of your visit, at these prices you may want to try one of DWorld Deluxe Resorts connected by boat service or Monorail to Disneyworld.  They feature Disney meal plans for purchase, free shuttles, easy Monorails to the park, charming water boat service, and themed ambiance.  After eating in a few resorts this trip, I'd say this is the way we would have preferred to go.

The Wyndham Grand is a fine option.  While it is technically on the property, it is essentially a world away from the DWorld crowds.   But its not all that convenient.  They really should try to make getting to the park easier, as there are far too few shuttles to some of the ancillary Disney properties, including 2 hours in between return times for Epcot, so you are basically cheesed if you happen to miss the bus and have kids in tow.

Thanks to a friend who works for the company, he was able to get us a 2 bedroom room for a great price.  So usually you think 2 bedroom is like a suite, right?  One room has a bed, the other has a pull out couch, share a bathroom. done.  NOT HERE!  We had 2 full bathrooms, a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with 2 full size beds, a living room with a pull out couch, a full kitchen, dining room table for 6 and a large deck.

We were there for less than 48 hours so I did not get to enjoy all of the pools and their features, but the staff was super nice and I got to save money by cooking breakfast and bringing in dinner.

I really like that they only allow a select # of pizza vendors to deliver to the property.  I also like how close they are to Downtown Disney and the parks.  It took less than 10 minutes to park @ the Magic Kingdom.

Oh, FREE WI FI!

This place is so nice. The room is amazing with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps six people easily. A full kitchen, a nice balcony, and spacious living room. The pool is huge and has a lazy river in it, along with a big water slide. There's a nice gym to work out in as well, and all the staff are very friendly.

Gorgeous hotel and seemed very family friendly.  I love the decor, landscape, and layout of this hotel.  You can also see the fireworks from afar during the weekend. Amazing restaurants inside the hotel with one being at the top of my list of places to eat!  Food and service are close to perfect.  I plan on coming back next summer with the kiddos.

We came in in the middle of the night. This is a huge complex. After searching for the lobby for 20 minutes, we had to call for directions. It's the first time in my traveling life it was impossible to find the lobby because the signs are terrible. Parking is also a nightmare. We had to park far away from the lobby to register and far from our room making unloading the car to get luggage to the room a difficult and time consuming process. When we arrived 1/2 of the floor was very damp. Given the miserable parking there was no way I was going to change rooms. This was by far the worst experience I'd ever had with a hotel. I would never return here even if I could stay for free.

If I could give this 0 stars I would , worse experience in my life . Let me tell you some of the bad things I've had . 1- cockroaches everywhere , I killed two on my hands , one tried to get on my leg and one was in the bags , they tried to send me someone to do stuff but he didn't do shit they kept on coming . 2- bad internet , seriously internet is so bad everywhere in the room except the dining table , on which a cockroach tried to get on my leg. 3- comfy beds? they don't know the meaning of comfy . Bed makes a sound everytime you move , imagine having sex on that bed , yeah it would be a lot of noise . Only good thing is that it is close to disney . 1/10

I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. The place is brand new. It is clean with decor of modern elegance. The staff is very friendly always greets you. Whatever you need, they'll bring it to you without complaint. The rooms are very decent including the bathroom.

What make this place 5 star is that it is inside Disney and it is also pet friendly. It made the trip easier for the family and I especially that we are now traveling with a dog.

They do have buses to transport you to all the theme parks including water parks and Downtown Disney.

Oh and did I forget to mention that the prices are amazing? First time we stayed, it was priced at $97! Amazing or what?

The next time there is another family trip to Disney, we are staying here.

This place was SO hit and miss (in the one night I happened to stay there). I was in Orlando for a conference, and would be staying for less that 24 hours. This was a crazy trip and I was not at all thrilled to be making it.

The front desk was super nice and accommodating. After arriving to they Wyndham earlier than expected, they held my bags while I went to grab lunch and get a manicure. After finally checking in, I made the short walk to my room. It was filthy and smelly. It looked like the sheets had not been cleaned, the bathroom was gross, and it smelled like mildew. I tried to call the front desk but BOTH phones in my room were broken. So broken, in fact, that  I picked up the receiver and the bottom half of the phone came apart. Really, Wyndham?

After calling the hotel on my cell phone, I was moved to another room. I was given a renovated room that was absolutely WONDERFUL, and met my Wyndham expectations. But then getting to my room was an ordeal. I was told to wait in the lobby for a bellman to drive me (in a golf cart) to my room. I waited for over 45 minutes for someone to take my and my one suitcase to a location that I assumed was "miles" away. In fact, it was a short distance, and I should have walked.

I finally arrived in the new room, which smelled wonderful and had clean sheets, and  started working on my presentation for the next day. When I wanted to order some room service, I found that the phone was, once again, broken. REALLY, Wyndham?

So would I stay here again? No. I would not want to risk a smelly room, and dealing with broken phones. But the experience in all was definitely two stars. I survived my 20 hours in Orlando, and lived to tell the tale. I guess that's good enough.

...
Oh an something that should be noted: wifi is not available is all of the rooms. My first room did not have wifi but only a LAN connection. My second room had wifi. Considering we are living in 2013, I found this hugely disappointing.

Hotel is great.. Beautiful sight area.. For what we payed for not the best hotel but what can you do.. The reason it went down 2 stars is Parking staff. Considering you have to pay $22 for valet or $15 self park is horrible. On the day we left, we found GUM all over our keys.. We called the hotel and talked to assistant mangers Christian who try to blame it on us.. My wife doesn't chew gum and I hadn't chewed in a week.. They said it was us and decided to maybe It was your children(we don't have any children) and was very rude.. No one took the blame. He then asked if we had gone to McDonald at night cause the check in check out said we did and we didn't. Which means someone there used our car for their own pleasure.. Also they said it happen when we checked In which was a lie because we both drove and didn't feel out hand sticky. This guy was horrible... All my wife and me asked for was a apology.. But Mr Christian was super rude and refused. So we will be doing a cooperate complain plus BB of Orlando.. Hope they learn a lesson about being polite.. So hotel is nice.. Alittle expensive.. Parking staff and manger is horrible.. Better to self park..

As a Wyndham owner, I plan on visiting several of these locations and I am super happy about this.  We stayed one night because we were taking a cruise in the morning, and I was wishing we had more time to stay.  The suite was beautiful.  All three rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.  The main living area was HUGE and the kitchen had a peninsula overlooking the living room so you could entertain there if you wanted to.  Somewhat petty, but my biggest complaint would have to be that for the tremendous size of the living space, the TV was too small to see from anywhere but the nearest seats.  That would definitely not stop me from returning and staying at this beautiful resort, hopefully next go'round, with more free time to really explore the facility and enjoy all the amenities.

The GF got a great deal on the rooms through Expedia. The Staff was awesome, the rooms were awesome and the hotel was awesome.

The minute we arrived they hooked us up with (2) Free breakfast coupons for the next morning even though we paid a discount service like Expedia. That soothed our pain on the $22 / night Valet ticket that we each paid since we drove separate.

The room was very nice and clean and new.

We were crazy tired from running a race that morning so we just went to the bar downstairs and drank and ate. They were able to make me some gluten free lobster/crab mac and cheese. Awesome. I then buried myself in (4) Woodford & Cokes.
The only downside to this is that they serve Pepsi, but my bartender asked catering to grab her a couple cokes to accommodate us. Based on like $10-$12 per drink I think they could manage. Between our 2 apps and (8) drinks the SO and I had a great time. Our bill for food/dink/valet was nearly double the cost to stay in the hotel but that was because were ordered (8) top shelf drinks to celebrate!

Our free Brunch style breakfast the next day was a great way to recover form the Hangover!

Awesome place, we will definitely stay there again if we go to the Disney Parks again.

Pros:
Nice & Friendly Staff
Pools are great
Pizza is really good
Room was clean and comfortable
Got to see Fireworks from Epcot every night
Free Shuttle to Disney
They have a work-out facility & Spa

Cons:
Resort Fee is $18 each day you stay
Parking (if you have a car) is $16 + Parking Tax = $17.40 each day
Total = $35.40 which is in addition to whatever your room rate is
Food & Drinks are pricey, but expected at a 5 Star Resort
They will try and take you on a Time Share Tour for discounted tickets.

Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel was really nice. It's part of a time share property but is close to all the Disney attractions. If you can, go get drinks at the Hess Gas Station Convenience store because they are much less than anything on the property.

Well just checked in here and I can't say I'm too pleased.   I should have known when they told me they'd waive my valet fee there was something up with this room.   I was told it was just one queen bed when in reality it was a freaking cot.  Same mattress my ass.  I have two stars because they did at least change my room.  But not before the receptionist made sure to tell me it was the same mattress again..  LAST time I book from hotel tonight that's for sure.   If they ask you to take the room with one queen, trust me, say no thank you.

Had a nice stay at this hotel (great pool, nice spacious rooms, expensive breakfast and parking but that is the norm around Disney World). After leaving the hotel and getting home about an hour later, I realized I left some clothes hanging in the closet. I called at 3pm and was told to wait and call back around 7 when the housekeepers bring items found in the rooms to the lost and found. When I called in the evening and spoke with the manager Maris, she said my clothes were not submitted to lost and found and they couldn't help me further that evening because the night crew was much smaller than during the day (Which is why I originally called in the day). When I called in the morning, the manager Nick never apologized for the inconvenience and instead just reprimanded me that the clothes were my responsibility and not their. I understand this would be a lot easier if I hadn't forgotten the clothes, but it should not be such an ordeal to get my own belongings back. He assured me that they have a process for left behind items, but for some reason my clothes didn't get submitted in that process. He told me to again call back between 1-3, but so far the clothes are nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, the poor customer service at this high end hotel has soured a nice vacation, and I will not be back.

I spent 5 summers working with Orlando hotels to do conferences, so I've had a fair amount of experience in the world of Orlando hotels. I've also stayed at the timeshare Wyndham next door to this property. So when we got this booked through the Hotwire Hot Deal for a last minute Disney trip, I was excited.

When we arrived we got a room with 2 queens, even though we had been told we would have a king bed a few days before. The front desk manager was incredibly gracious and allowed us to move to a king room.  My wife was 5 months pregnant at the time of our visit, so the extra space in a king bed is helpful. The bed was uncomfortable for us, so much so that we both were extremely sore the next morning. The sofa in our room had bleach stains on it, and there were a few red stain spots on the carpet. Since my wife was pregnant, the bad mattress made her more uncomfortable. We were able to cancel the reservation and move to a hotel with a better bed.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was well designed, and it's very close to all things Disney. But the $18/day resort fee + $16/day parking fee on top of the room rate make this a pricey option. The limited transportation schedule means more planning is required for the parks. Oh, and when I asked for more towels at the front desk, the housekeeping staff entered our room while my wife was in the shower and I was not in the room. Nothing happened, but that's a pretty uncomfortable situation

If you're going to Disney, book early and stay at a Disney resort. They run a fair amount of discounts when you book early, and it's hard to beat the convenience of staying at a Disney resort. If it have to stay off property, look around. There are a number of other hotels in this price point and cheaper that are better selections than this. This is a better business conference property than it is a vacation property.

Fantastic hotel - around $20 for valet (which we did) we rented a high end mercedes convertible from SixT rental out at Orlando Airport area (try them out for car pricing they were pretty good).  We used to live in Florida so forgot to use our residency discount there.  If you have a FL drivers License or ID you get discounts at the hotels etc (and even the outlet mall).

Hotel is beautiful and big.  It was cold when we were there so we didn't go outdoors much but were meeting friends. We treated them to a suite at the hotel and they enjoyed the hotel also.

Pools: lots of them
Jacuzzi: 2 main ones that we could see but one smelled highly of chlorine
Open Fireplace: always busy (during the cold weather) the kids can make schmores (I seen children enjoying this - and great idea to keep them entertained when cold outside)
Buffet Breakfast: excellent and staff are amazing
There is a seafood restaurant - I had the Kale salad  (it was fantastic), the others had sushi and a few other things which were also very good quality.

When you arrive - there are a couple of bottle of waters waiting in your room (nice touch after a long flight)

I highly recommend this hotel - concierge was responsive only one day they forgot our valet car quickly (but mistakes happen - no worries).

Room Service: was fantastic - we really enjoyed the room service at this hotel - the kitchen does a good job.

Fireworks: you can see the Disney Firework Display from this hotel - absolutely fantastic.  You can even pull up a chair outside and watch your own personal display as you enjoy a beverage.

All in all this hotel was very good - I give a 4.5 stars.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every time I ate room-service which was the first day I got their I either had diarrhea or I threw up. If I could have stayed at any other hotel I would have. The food is absolutely terrible including the service. I had a waiter lastnight that was picking her teeth while getting my order. I was so disgusted I just had to leave and cancelled my 4 day stay. I hope this review helped. Trust me go anywhere else.

Also if you were to take a tour of the kitchen you would be in utter disgust. The kitchen Manager is more concerned in food output rather then cleanliness. When my group walked through we knew immediately we had to leave this hotel. Dead roach legs laying on the ground, the grout was black and looked like it had been caked up  grease for years. My daughter actually threw up because of the amount of bacteria infested kitchen that they had. I myself about gagged because I had some food on the back deck. Even without the gross food amenities the food it self was grotesque typical hotel food it tasted bland and lacked quality ingredients. If possible I would definitely suggest staying at any other hotel. The place and kitchen is filled with ROACHES!

Beautiful hotel! It's a part of the Wyndham resorts which also include timeshare properties.
Request for a lake view room as you will get a spectacular sight of Epcott illuminations every night at 9pm. The rooms overall are clean, the lobby is grand & the staff is extremely friendly. Overall a good experience!
Only downside: not too many eating options.... only the bar serves appetizers till 11:00pm which also has limited choices.

Was surprised that this is actually within the Disney property. So close to everything! 5 pools, two water slides, two lazy rivers, miniature golf, sand volleyball, large lake with walking path. Very nice overall. No complaints. TIP: look for the donation boxes by the door when you leave. Place unused non-perishable items in the box when checking out so the resort can donate to the less fortunate.

Last minute 2.5-day business trip in Orlando, early March this year.  Our meeting was at the Walt Disney Dolphin & the room block there had sold out by the time I was booking, so off to Yelp I went to research options.  Since I traveling for work, I preferred somewhere suitable for business travel, over the Disney-themed vacation hotels/resorts.  Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek looked to fit the bill.

I arrived late evening, 9pm.  I immediately liked the feel - contemporary and lux.  The Front Desk was busy and there were 2 other parties ahead of me.  One of them, it seems, had been waiting a while as their room wasn't ready when they arrived earlier, and was still not ready at this point in the evening.  They were cordial but I could sense their impatience.  I shot them a sympathetic look as I took my turn but soon found myself in the same situation with my room not ready.  The Front Desk offered me a glass of wine in the bar while they finished preparing my room though, personally walked me to the bar, and asked my server to take good care of me.  I was prepared for a wait, but by the time I'd finished my wine, staff had come back with my room key.

I loved my room.  Standard non-smoking king that was spacious, clean, and decorated in modern lines and colors (mahogany furniture with muted blues/creams) and a beautiful stencil on the walls that I made a mental note to copy and replicate in my own home.  Comfortable bed, full size sleeper sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, and desk with ample workspace.  Wi-Fi and TV signal were sketchy but not too problematic.  There was a little niche space with countertop, refrigerator and coffee maker (Wolfgang Puck coffee).  Well-lit bathroom, good-sized shower.  Balcony with view of the parking lot, but I think other rooms have a nice view of Epcot.  I saw on their website that they have suites here with bunk beds which would be great for the kids or groups.  After seeing how nice my room was, I kept this in mind for possible future stays at Disney.

There aren't any restaurants within close walking distance (close meaning a mile or less) so I had room service, and ordered a pizza.  Room service was quick, the pizza was good (nothing great), and I was able to store leftovers in the fridge.

The next night I had dinner in Tesoro Cove, one of the onsite restaurants. Service was friendly, food was good (pasta), dining space was comfortable, and leaned more on the casual side with a nice view of the outdoor patio/lake around the resort.  This is where the morning breakfast buffet is and while I didn't get to try it out, I walked past in the mornings and the spread looked pretty good.  Wyndham also has a poolside bar, and the more upscale Deep Blu seafood restaurant.

I took a walk around the resort lake one night and ran a few laps around the next morning.  One lap's a little over 0.5 miles.  The pool area looks amazing and I wish I had more time to enjoy it.  One area was pirate-themed complete with pirate ship that I know my kids would love.   The Fitness Center is nice and modern too, clean, maintained, with plenty of machines.  24-hour biz center where you can print boarding passes, and a small onsite arcade for the kids.  The resort offers kids activities throughout the week (crafts, poolside games).  The gift shop is well-stocked and pricey, but what you'd expect in a hotel gift shop.

It's one of the few non-Disney owned properties in the area and seems easy enough to get to/from the parks.  They offer shuttles to the parks which I didn't use, but seem to run frequently.  I didn't like that they push town car service on guests.  I wanted a simple taxi to get to-from my mtgs at the WDW Dolphin, but on the 2 mornings I was here, they told me taxis would be harder to hail w/over a 30-min, so I had to take town cars to the WDW Dolphin.  I didn't seem to have any issues hailing taxis from WDW Dolphin though, to come back to Wyndham, and the fare was almost twice the price in a town car than in a taxi for less than 1.5 miles.

Overall though, I enjoyed my short stay at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek, and I will remember this resort when I come back with the family.   Room rate is comparable to the Disney resorts and it seems much less hectic here.  Good for families and business travelers.

The bed was so hard we had to leave.

I booked a 14 day stay here but ended up staying only one restless night due to the hard uncomfortable beds. Management was understanding and allowed us to leave early, earning them back a star.

Here are my overall impressions:

The Wyndham Grand Orlando is the hotel style portion of a huge sprawling timeshare condo property. Guests are allowed to use all of the resort amenities. It is important to note the lazy river pools are pretty far away on the timeshare side. If the lazy river is the biggest draw for you, I would recommend staying at one of the timeshare properties.

My family decided on the hotel because we like to have daily housekeeping and room service available when we are hungry.

Pluses:
Rooms and lobby are very nicely decorated in a classy modern style.

Lobby bar live entertainment both days we were there was amazingly talented.

The lazy river looked nice and the pools were open until 11pm.

They brew Starbucks coffee in the lobby grab and go cafe.

The location is pretty good. On Disney resort property.

Minuses:
The bed was like a cement slab. I was advised the same beds are used chain wide so I will be avoiding Wyndham from now on. The only possible remedy they had was putting a comforter under my sheets. The comforter was not soft either. We gave up on it.

I asked for more hangers because I was planning on staying two weeks and had to make the request 3 times before I received them.

Room service is available only until 11pm.

There was no bathtub in our executive king balcony room.

The floor 12 and 14 view rooms which require key access do not offer any special amenities. The only thing you are paying for is the view. The concierge lounge has been closed.

The Internet connection was terrible. Our party needed to conduct business and do school work so this was a big drawback for us.

We stayed here last year in September and absolutely loved it. They had activities going every day and the on location resteraunts were good. The pizza joint was really good. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We are staying here next week to and spending more time at Disney. Last year they had free bus/shuttle service to the parks, but it looks like they started charging this year. Disappointing that they started charging but I think it may be $5-$6 round trip which is cheaper than parking I'm sure at the parks.

Went to a birthday party here this past week. The picnic area around the lake is very nice. They had plenty of grills and some picnic tables, with a children's area to play.

The room was clean and nicely arranged. You walk in and step immediately into the dinning area and kitchen. Kind of tight space in the front room since there is a sleeper sofa and a chair.  Had a laundry area inside the unit also.

The common areas were well kept and quiet.

Greetings from Orlando, where I can pretty much guarantee that while being dragged around Disney World by a semi-lunatic in a princess dress isn't exactly the equivalent of the Bataan Death March, there are times when you find yourself standing in a rain soaked plastic poncho and it feels, from your perspective, similar.

Enter the Wyndham Grande, which managed to restore my take on humanity not once but twice today. This likely means two things, namely, that I spend comparatively less time in fine hotels these days (true), and also I tend to back hotels these days out against the Triage Unit Hospitality Suite we endured on a recent last minute jaunt to South Padre. That, a story for another time.

For now, suffice it to say that it is indeed a grand property and the exploring isn't complete. I'd love a more regular (slash often) shuttle schedule, but then again, if I had a magic power and I could deem it so, every hotel in the world (including the sketchy ones -- maybe even especially those) would include a swim up bar. Other than that, the Grande has largely been aces.

You really appreciate aces when you've seen a few jokers along the way.

Had a pleasant stay here for 3 days and 2 nights in July for a work trip. Arrived early for check-in (1PM) and room was already ready. However, I asked to be moved to a room on a higher floor and they honored my request just had to wait one hour more.

Our room was clean, nicely decorated, well insulated (didn't hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms or hallway) and comfortable. The hotel overall is quite nice and the grounds are beautiful with a true resort feel. Staff was very accommodating to every request and always pleasant and friendly.

Parking was fast and easy and never had an issue getting a space.

There were plenty of food options! I am a pescatarian with a gluten allergy and was provided a good selection. Back Bar Pool Bar  & Grill offered gluten-free buns and made all my food separately. It was a 20 minute wait but worth it to have tasty food without the horrible effects of gluten!

Even their "fine dining" restaurant, Deep Blue Seafood Grille, offered a lot of gluten-free options including a super yummy dessert!

Definitely enjoyed my time here and would stay again.

Loved it.  Beautiful calm lobby and rooms with the feel of luxury.  Tasteful modern decor.  Pool area is nice but a bit small.  However, there are multiple (5?) pools and a lazy river along the boardwalk so it was not crowded.   Stayed at the Disney Swan during the same trip and FAR preferred the Wyndham.

This hotel is definitely more than I expected. It has very helpful staff, a huge variety of pools and fun centers like the arcade. It is a great place for kids and adults alike! The rooms are very spacious and offer great views from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable. So now a few negatives, the walls are thin, parking is not included, and there aren't many nearby restaurants. Besides those things, the hotel is beautiful and a great stay and definitely worth the money!

This review is long overdue. My sister, her family and I stopped by for a visit to Disney World before driving down for our brother's wedding. WGORBC was our hotel of choice because it
*could accommodate everyone in our family in one room comfortably
*met our budget
*was close to Disney World
*was on the free shuttle route
*was newly remodeled
*had a pool

The kids loved the pool. In fact, I have a sneaking suspicion that we could have saved the outrageous prices at DW altoghether. The kids would have been perfectly happy spending all their time in Orlando at the hotel. In fact, the pool may have been the only thing that restored the kids' moods after a melt-down at Disney.

We got the family executive room with 2 queen beds and a separate alcove with a bunk bed. The only complaint, the mattresses in the bunk beds were too firm. There was a sink in the hallway so everybody could brush their teeth, do their hair and makeup at the same time without vying for the use of the bathroom. The bathroom itself was pretty small in relation to the rest of the room. I guess they stole square footage from the bathroom to carve out the alcove for the bunk beds.

This resort is huge with a beautiful pool. The amenities are great. There's free wifi, dress shuttles to the Disney parks as well as Universal and Sea World. For people who love working out, they also have a good gym with well-maintained equipment. The only bad thing is their dumbbell a don't go over 50lbs, so you'll have to get creative.

So far the food at the restaurant have been well above expectations. Most of the hotel restaurants we've been to before we're just well decorated with mediocre (and overpriced) food. But this place had some very delicious seafood (but the steak was mediocre).

We will definitely be coming here again!

Beautiful hotel! Super clean and friendly staff, the concierge upgraded our room to a king size bed and balcony because it was our anniversary.
Gorgeous, clean and spacious room. No complaints about it. Bed was amazing!
When we went for dinner at the italian restaurant downstairs, the staff surprised us with a slice of cheesecake and "happy anniversary" spelled in chocolate sauce. Very nice gesture!
Grounds and pool area are wonderful, we made use of the hot tub and the large pool towels.

My only complaint is that parking is expensive and we had to pay for it every time we came back from somewhere.

A little bummed because as soon as I checked into the room, I noticed how dirty it was. I was here a few months ago and had a better experience. Hair on the shower walls and stains on the lamp shade. Makes me wonder what else isn't clean.

Don't have a car?

This is our second stay at Bonnet Creek.  We came for a second stay because of the pools and the location to Disney.  The shuttle to Disney is now $6 per day.  We also took the hotel shuttle to Universal which was around $50 for three people.  It made several stops but I bet a taxi would have been outrageously expensive.  My only other tip would be to checkout Garden Grocers if you don't have a car.  They delivered groceries to our room.  We did eat at the resort some but we enjoyed having our own breakfast, coffee, beer, and snacks.

The rooms are also improved. This year.  They've upgraded to granite and to a white duvet in the bedroom.  The bathrooms are starting to show some wear but we don't really spend that much time in our room so it works out.  The pools are amazing!  They have two lazy rivers and multiple themed pools.  They also have a walk in pool and a kiddie splash pad for the little ones.

I ran the lagoon again this year, ten times around.  Also did about 50 pullups per day while sipping a cocktail of choice by the hottub.  #AWESOME !!!

I arrived for a convention being held at the resort about seven hours before check-in. The front desk had me in my room within three hours, without a fuss.

Room 1029 in the main tower of the hotel offers a fantastic view of the resort's "lake", pool, and the nightly Epcot fireworks. Pro-tip: Unless you are a heavy sleeper, do not try to sleep before the 12 minute firework show goes off!

My only complaint with the resort is the extremely steep pricing for food that is average at best. Eating at the resort? Stick to the burgers, you cannot go wrong there!

My wife and I booked this hotel with reward points and we were not disappointed.   The hotel decor is great and it is very clean.   We had a Grand King deluxe room.  It was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed, and a great balcony view. They had shuttles going to to Walt Disney world and downtown Disney, but they didn't run very often so we just drove because it was ten minutes away.  They do charge resort fees and parking fees but so does every other hotel in the area.  Pool area, bars, and gym were all nice.  You can see the fireworks from Walt Disney world from the lobby every night!!!!!

The only compliant I have is the walls are really thin, we stayed in room 818 and I could hear everything the guy in 816 said.  This was annoying since the guy woke up at 7 am to talk all morning.

We would stay again, but it can be pricey.  I don't mind paying for a clean hotel though!!! Cheers!

We ended up checking this hotel out due to construction work over at the Hilton and I am glad we did.

A massive sprawling resort awaited and was a real treat to my 4 year old who loved the lazy river, multiple arcades, splash park and pool area. We stayed on the hotel side and staff was very polite, beds were comfortable and view was amazing. They brew starbucks downstairs and offer snacks and lots of pizza and burger foods outside.

I enjoyed getting up in the morning and walking around the big 1 mile circle and found the stay very enjoyable. Upon our checkout we received a call about a 'special offer' which was too good for me to turn down so I will be back very soon.

Overall a great stay and place to unwind after spending the day at Disney.

This is a very nice place if you're going to the parks at a fraction of what it would cost at Disney.  They have 2 and 3 bedroom suites with full kitchens which is very nice when staying with the family.  You can easily do breakfast in the room.  They also have independent restaurants on site as well.  The pools are terrific with a pirate ship and many other cool design themes.  There are 5 pools in all.  You can see the Disney fireworks from the balcony in the rooms with even numbers from almost any floor.  The place is guard gated and has security.  Overall, a great value.

This hotel is the worst hotel ever... And to think we were considering on getting a timeshare with Wyndham.

We checked in during check in time and Chris from reservations tells us our room is not ready. The lady next to him tells us that she will see what she can do. He shows her the screen while looking at her. She says that there are rooms available but the view is not that good and doesn't want us to stay there. So we asked how long do we have to wait. He said he didn't know. He will call us when it's ready. After a two hour wait in the lounge area, he calls us.

When we arrived to the room, we had a room with bunk beds!! Wtf? We don't need a room with bunk beds. This is our honeymoon, which they knew.

The bathrooms suck. My husband took a shit and the toilet pressure is so bad, nothing flushed.

We woke up at 3am because we just came back from Thailand and our sleep time is off and we are super hungry. We called the front desk to see if any of the 5 restaurants are open cause we want to eat. Rudy says the only option is room service. We called room service and they said they don't open until 6:30am. Isn't room service suppose to be 24hours?

Shit! We have another 5 days here. In 3 weeks we stayed at 6 different hotels and this is the worst one ever. There is a Hilton and a Waldorf Astoria near by. If you need to book a hotel in this area, I would highly recommend those other hotels.

I used a timeshare here a year ago through a family friend & would've given it 5 stars. My bf & I are back, this time for the hotel, & the view is incredible. There is a free shuttle service to to Disney parks which we will be utilizing at least 1 day of our 2 day stay. We are Florida residents so we're used to overpriced food & drinks. The friendly staff, view & amenities are all worth it. I will continue to refer this place to couples and well as families.

We have stayed here the last 4 years for a event in Disney and it has been great !

The furnishings are lovely and the design very different ! The service has been very good . My only complaint is the restaurant upstairs in the lobby "Blu" is overpriced . We could not get a reservation till quite late , but we ate  down at the Tesoro cove and it was excellent . Farm to table... fresh pasta all the salad you can eat was very reasonable . Breakfast there was excellent also . We had a wonderful visit !

Having read up on severely opposing experiences based on previous reviews, I wasn't quite sure what to expect.

Our take? The resort itself is pretty fantastic. Two adults and two kids, we stayed in a two bedroom suite fully equipped with two bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything we would need to cook, warm up food, a full-sized fridge we took complete advantage of. We made ourselves at home pretty quickly.

The resort has several different pool locations that honestly, if it hadn't been for Disney, we would've been more than content never leaving the grounds at all.

The service from gate to front desk to food staff could not have been better or friendlier and it made for an amazing trip all in all. Only minutes away from Disney Parks, we rented a car for our own convenience, but a shuttle shuffles you to and back frequently from what we picked up on.

My single and only gripe would be the limitations of food within. There's only so much pizza, burgers, and dogs you can consume. For the future, I would go grocery shopping on the way into the resort. Short of that, I would recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek to anyone and if ever we find ourselves back in Orlando, I hope to return.

It's a joke that this resort would be anything but 5 stars.  It's incredible.  There's 6 "towers" of resort lodging and one hotel lodging.  There's basically a pool and hot tub beneath every tower.  The food at the pool restaurants is really good.  There's entertainment and activities all day and all night.  They had live music by the pool below our restaurant 2 nights out of the 4 I was there.

I wasn't overly impressed with the food at the Italian place, but that same place has a breakfast buffet which is pretty good.  All the staff at this resort, especially the activities staff are exceptional.  There's so much to do at this resort, whether you're a kid, adult, teen, even elderly.

On top of everything aforementioned, this resort is extremely safe and secure and it an absolute perfect location if you're planning to be around Disney.

The only con was that our dryer made a deafening squeal but the maintenance people ended up coming up and fixing it.

Wow wow wow! This place is amazing and we'll definitely be back.

Check-in was fast/easy,  deluxe 2 - bedroom suite was so spacious, had everything we needed in fuply stocked kitchen, several pools to choose from, activities for kids/adults, onsite restaurants, fireworks display from 7th floor presdential suite, etc. The list goes on!

Very clean, updated decor, and overall wonderful experience!

I booked this hotel on Expedia as part of package and I had no idea I will be going to a mediterranean-inspired escape. I watched Disney fireworks from my balcony. Relaxed at the hot tubs. Enjoyed the free WiFi. Very clean and peaceful resort.  Love it and Will stay there again!

Love this hotel. Well deserving of 5 stars, great rooms, great service and great view from my room. I am here on business and how lucky am I except I cannot enjoy the beautiful pool area. Book it, stay here and you will not be sorry.

What a great hotel - I traveled on business instead of most reviews who are here for Disney.

The staff are above and beyond excellent. Hands down the friendliest and capable hotel staff I have ever experienced.

Bar service ( Paige and Ti) were excellent and friendly.

I did get a chance to walk the grounds and they were very clean and well maintained. The pools / hot tubs were nice. Great atmosphere.

Even made a silly mistake of leaving something in the room safe. Their security called both my work and personal phone to arrange for me to come back and pick it up.

We booked it for our 2nd leg of Orlando trip. For its price it is great hotel.  Pool, restaurants , bars on property . Near to disney. Warm water in the pool.
Restaurant's on property were bit pricey but worth not to go out of resort.
Staff was friendly.
We lost hot water during night. Problem was fixed in 30 min.

Check in: was great. Super early check in (730am) , only thing is that there is a resort fee $18 a day plus a $18 daily parking fee not included.
Room: nice size,  comfy bed, able to hear down the hall, shower pressure was awesome, little fridge in the room was a nice feature to have.
Pool: nice, super shallow (about 3'6 -4 ft) , perfect for kids, super warm water, small hot tub, nice staff at the pool.
Restaurant: pool side restaurant was great (the cheese burger is by far the best thing I've had in a long time) fresh ground beef. Quesadilla was no bueno, I have no idea how one can mess up a quesadilla but they did.

Morning breakfast buffet: $20 per adult, kid was free, service was great, tables and food area clean, long story short expensive for breakfast but decent.

Coffee shop: Starbucks: delicious, service was horrible. Note to staff at Starbucks in the am, nobody especially when your on vacation cares to hear about you going through a divorce while your waiting for your drinks to be made. You seemed extremely irritated when people ordered stuff from you. Recall that it is your job to provide service and leave your problems at the door. Plus speaking Spanish is not a language only you can understand, (Costa Rican / chilean writing the review)
Location: not bad. Make sure you rent a car. Driving is driving.
Overall: staff was great besides the am Starbucks crew, beds are comfy, pool is nice, gym is fantastic, and the food was decent.
Would I stay here again?: sure.
