    Really a pretty good little place if all you plan to do is crash. Booked thru hotels.com for $60. Right off the interstate, though we could hear no road noise even though our room faced I-10. Plenty of places to eat nearby and across the parking lot from an old mall they're trying to revive. Positives: GREAT adjustable shower head with lots of water pressure. Very clean. Nice staff, what little we saw of them. Good TV choices. Fridge and micro in the room. Comfortable king bed. Negatives: atrocious in-room "coffee" and feather pillows flatten to nothing. Overall: an okay place for the price when you're on the road.

    Guess we got a newer room.  Not fantastic but fine for passing through. I didn't find out that they don't keep sheets for the sofa bed in the room until after we were in our pjs and my 2 year old was asleep. No one to bring them to us, so I had to wake my daughter and get dressed to go get sheets.  I expected an apology for the oversight, but April said they don't keep sheets in the room and I should ask first.  So, make sure you ask for sheets if you want them.  Seriously?

    Wow. The room seemed nice at first. A little rough in some parts but yeah. Pulled back the bes spread and found a live bed bug. (I understand that these things happened so I wasn't pissed but was hoping for some concern) brought the damn thing up to the office and the guy who was really nice, asked me if I wanted new sheets (uh noooo)  I was pretty upset. Either theyre not educated on what bed bugs are or just didn't care. we immediately checked out.

    I cannot think of anything nice about this place. Friends and I crashed at this place for Memorial Weekend. This was our only option given that most of the places were full and very very pricey. To think of it now, we paid pretty decent 3 digit amount for one night stay and still got service like some cheap motel.
    We had double bed room - beds were crappy, linens ( I was too tired to inspect and feel dirty, but my friend said they had stains all over), space was restricted - like only 2 people could walk around the place.
    The bathroom was yucky, smelly and stained. To top it, when we asked for an extra roll away bed, we got one thin comforter?!!
    If this was not enough, there were loud, very loud thudding bangs on the door around 10:30am, asking when we would check out. There were 3 ladies banging on the door every 10 mins. We said we were leaving, one of them warned there would be extra charge if we do not leave in 2 mins. (Really, this is customer service??)
    There was no breakfast, no water, no ice machines around - not that we wanted to stay even a bit longer after such humiliating service. Internet was non existent.
    I would never ever stay at this place again, would not recommend to anyone even if it is last min, or last option!

    Really bad! Had I the option of no stars, I would have given that.

    Stopped here to stay on the way to Disney World, got a rate from Hotwire and it was advertised as a 2.5 star.  We had to take a convoluted path to our room (not exactly the easy directions given to us by the receptionist) and once we got there we discovered that the light switch didn't work.  Probably a good thing because once we actually did get the lamps turned on we found stained sheets and a live bedbug walking around on the sheets.  Yay!  We walked out and found another hotel.  We are never going below a 3 star again on Hotwire.

    Very loud and noisy,  area seemed a bit unsafe. Dirty rooms, shower... Would never recommend nor stay here again for the price especially!

    Me, my boyfriend and our two dogs stay here once a month.  We always get a ground floor room with a nice clean comfy king size bed on the external part of the hotel.  The room is always clean and smoke free.  The continental breakfast is normal hotel fare, cereal and breads, fruit and yogurt and seems fresh, I don't eat breakfast but I do enjoy their coffee.  The water pressure is awesome in the shower although the bathroom door has to be open when it's time to do your business because it is a small area.  The pet fee is only $10, my animals are always at ease at this hotel, I guess we stay on quiet nights.  It is convenient to the only steakhouse inland from the beach, the roadhouse, you don't have to leave the parking lot and fight traffic.  The customer service is impeccable, they call us after we get into the room and ask us if everything is satisfactory and to make sure we don't need anything.  The price is fair, with our discount and with our animals the rate is usually $75 after taxes.

    This hotel has outside room entry with a inconveniently place elevator. Some of the rooms are redone and some are not. The cleaning staff are loud while conducting their duties, which they don't preform very well. The staff also ignores the do not disturb notice and knocks but also enters the room.

    Would give less than a one star if could. So dirty! Booked through kayak so we couldn't get our money back or we would have left. Found cockroaches in bathroom. Will not be staying here ever again.

    Nice people at the desk but rooms are dirty.   We didn't expect fancy but there were stains on the sheets, the towels and the carpet, dust on everything, and smelled horrible.  We weren't confident that it was a safe area either.  We were going to stay 3 nights but left after 1 and went a few minutes down the road to a much nicer hotel (that was also dog friendly and not that much more expensive).

    I've stayed at five or six different Baymont's all over the country in the last several years, so I figured I was in for a good stay. I get that they are a budget hotel, but every Baymont I have been in, has been either new or recently modernized. I have come to expect that to be up to the hotel chain's standard.

    While the hotel was clean, beyond the flat screen TV, everything was very very dated. I was a bit confused, but noted that they appeared to be doing renovations to some of the rooms while we were there. So, I asked the lady at the front desk if there were renovations going on, and she stated "just a little bit."

    As a result, I'm thinking, "Are they just putting in flat screen TVs and new mattresses?" That's about all they appeared to be doing from what I could tell in the other rooms that appeared to be under work.

    By putting together my observations and what the lady at the front desk told me, that just about appears to be all they are doing.

    Honestly, they need to gut the rooms down to the studs and start over. In the room, the carpet was worn. The chair had rips in the fabric. The sink hardware was rusted. There was an old, beat up, noisy dehumidifier in the closet. The a/c unit, while quiet, didn't do all that much. The shower head sent water all over the place. The toilet frequently didn't stop running after being flushed. There was cracked tile on the floor in the bathroom. The towels may have been older than me. In addition, the vending/ice/laundry room was more decrepit, with water all over the floor during our two day stay, and had a bad odor, perhaps due to some mold or mildew because it was so wet in there.

    Upon checking out, I asked the lady at the front desk if it had always been a Baymont, and she said that it had been for the last year and a half. I'm guessing either someone bought the hotel 18 months ago, or it was another chain and they had that franchise taken away. Needless to say, my experience with other Baymonts tells me that this hotel is not meeting their standards.

    The only reason they get two stars is because the renovations are underway and perhaps there is more to the renovations than I realize. But unless they do a full blown renovation, I don't know if I will be back...at least to this location.
