I stay in hotels 7 months out of the year for my job. That being said this is the worst holiday inn express I've ever stayed in. Blankets and couch had filth on them, rude breakfast lady, and awful location are all part of this terrible hotel. Add on extremely slow Internet and cable tv that only works some of the time and you see where I'm going with this review. I usually enjoy holiday inns to a certain extent but I will never stay here again.

I like this place. Their property is really cool. Breakfast was hot, they had a swimming pool nad hot tub that wasnt over crowded. The only downer is the actual area that surrounds it. Its in like a neighborhood. Not very... professional. BUT! Being on Warrington and Navy Blvd its colse to everything. The mall is about 8 miles down the street while the base is only a mile. Very convenient for anyone who is there for a military personnel.

Not so great neighborhood, but a clean hotel.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to drive to almost anything, but you really can't walk to anything. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly. One downside is that the "suites" don't have a separate room for the bedroom like most suite hotels have. They do have a little kitchenette area, but I've stayed in suites with much better layouts. The complimentary breakfast is as good or better than any that I've had in a hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk clerk told us they do not offer military rates which is slightly disappointing in a town with so many military establishments.

Nothing wrong with this place. It's clean and that counts for a lot. The neighborhood's a bit rough leading up to the hotel, but the immediate area is single family dwellings. Safe enough. Breakfast was okay for free. Staff was pleasant enough. Recommended as an A-OK.

A New property, nice facility. Room was large and well appointed. Comfy bed, fridge, microwave, flat panel TV (sorta small) desk, occasional chair w/ottoman, nice bathroom, above average towels. Pool area looks good, workout room in small but well equipped. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
Negatives are the location (not in a very safe part of town), I had a coupon for a very competitive rate which they did not fully honor.
In All pretty good. I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a strange location...it's plopped in the midst of a residential area and from my 3rd floor window, I was looking down on house trailers and backyards.

That said, the place is a nice hotel.  The rooms (didn't have a suite, just a double queen bed room) are sufficiently spacious, comfortable, and clean.  The bathroom was large and the coffee maker sat on the vanity.  If I could have changed one thing, it would have been the shower head, which dribbled out water at an excruciatingly slow rate.  I could've spooned water over myself more quickly, but I imagine that federal low-flow regulations are to blame for that bit of foolishness.

The breakfast...surprised me.  Sausage links, biscuits, milk gravy, fruit, and some other stuff that I didn't pay attention to while I was filling my pockets with biscuits and sausage.  I was impressed, and the $25 worth of sausage that I carried off made the room rate attractive.

The staff was awesome.  Friendly and helpful...I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and stay here again.

Overall: clean, quiet, and safe.  Would stay here again.

-Nice, clean room.
-Quiet location.
-View looked out onto trees.
-Reasonable rate on hotwire--$92 including taxes.

-While driving to the hotel, about a mile or two away we passed 5 or 6 pawn shops.  It made us nervous because we were moving and had a lot of stuff in our car.  The desk clerk reassured us that nothing had happened at the hotel in the last 8 months she had worked there.
-Complimentary breakfast was really disappointing, even for a chain hotel.  The pancake griddle died just as we arrived.  Cheese omelet was terrible, but my husband liked the biscuits & gravy.

Had a decent experience!
Despite that a girls' youth soccer team was residing in this hotel for the weekend, in which you would hear a few girls running up and down the hall ways and being loud. Once they left, it was quiet and cozy.
The room was clean and handy.
The Location seems to be in a mediocre area, but it was convenient to places we where going to see.
Many shops, restaurants and gas stations nearby. A couple miles from the Naval base.  Approximately 10 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Pensacola beach.
Staff was friendly and courteous!
Breakfast was just mediocre!  Pancakes where tiny and a bit bland. Food choice was minimal.

Great place to stay. Ms. Carla and Mr. Dusty have great customer service and helped me with my stay. Rooms were very clean and WiFi was great. I will come again and will recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was also very good.
Near shopping centers
Hot breakfast.

Immediate surroundings not that great.

Stayed at this holiday inn for 4 nights in early April. The guy at the front desk was great. They had the wrong number for my membership in the computer but he called a service number to make sure that all my points when to my correct account. Stay was really good.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were perfect for my back.

Breakfast was great too. I think I ate my weight in SOS and bacon. Plus, there was fresh coffee everyday, and something for everyone to eat.

Only thing I didn't like is my phone jack didn't work and even when I notified the front desk it was never remedied or followed up on. Also one day I could tell housekeeping didn't clean the sink or rub out at all when I requested early housekeeping.

But other than that I'll definitely be back to this hotel again because the price for what you get is great!

Came back again to stay for 4 nights. This time however, we used the sofa bed. OMG it was the worst. I would not stick my worst enemy on it. Unfortunately my son stayed one night with us. I had to get 5 comforters from the front desk just to try and mask the spring coils in the  "mattress".  It did not help, but it was the "best" they could do. Again, the staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. The property is great, clean and very quiet.  I would still recommend it to anyone. However, the company need to replace those mattresses.
