The Hyatt at the PNS airport was a great stay.  Hotel room was clean with extra relaxing room.  Plenty of storage space for clothes and shoes.  The bathroom was roomy.  I adore when hotel bathrooms have an extra large counter space for all our toiletries.  Felt safe during my stay.  A very nice covered walkway entirely from the hotel to the airport.

Extremely modern and clean hotel right next to the airport. I've stayed in Hyatt Place hotels before but I was really impressed with this particular location. The room featured a nice sitting area next to the bedroom and a large bathroom and shower. Also has a fitness center and indoor pool. Very close to the mall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Pensacola.

i wish i could give this hotel more stars.
Honestly the best hotel i have stayed at. I was in Pensacola this past weekend visiting my boyfriend  thats in the navy, we stayed at this hotel since it was the closest to the airport. Literally 3 minute walk from the terminal doors. The service was great, the rooms were lovely. The hosts were beyond sweet I just completely fell in love with their amazing service. One of them, Maika I think, even helped us find my boyfriends lost credit card we had left at red robins. Had the shuttle take us to pick it up right away. They even remembered our names and greeted us every time we passed by!
Thank you! we will DEFINITELY make this our go-to hotel in pensacola.

p.s. The giant chocolate chunk warm cookies were so damn delicious.

We stayed here last weekend when family was in town and driving back to Destin late at night didn't sound appealing. We loved this place! It was super modern, clean and we had a great time overall. Best of all we bid on Priceline and got a good deal!

One of the nicest, most convenient hotels I have stayed in--worldwide. Perfect if you have a pet, not many nice hotels in the area allow them! All of the employees are courteous and helpful. Much appreciated.

I don't normally blog about people that work at hotels but I must say Jimmy is the best at the Hyatt he really cares about the people staying at the hotel. Hyatt has a gem with him. I'm not easy to please and he's made my trip absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend asking for Jimmy when you check in if you check in. tThe hotel itself is new, quiet, clean, comfortable and by far the best hotel in Pensacola. Being right next to the airport you do not hear a plane whatsoever. If you should need anything day or night they're there for you.  I look forward to seeing Jimmy when I return from work each day as he makes my day brighter!

Very busy
You need to do everything your self
Elevator very very slow
Breakfast picked up before you can sit down
And not checked out when promised by front desk.
Not an upscale hotel.

I would give them 5 stars except for my room literally had 1 towel and when I called downstairs, Courtney tells me that they are sold out, so ....really?? Then I had a headache and they don't have any sundry items. You can get a rum and coke but not a Tylenol. Tgt was odd too. The hotel is new, so that's a major plus and walking distance across from the airport. I will stay again but check in early to snag towels and bring my own meds.

Love this hotel!  Clean, quiet, and has everything!   I was going to mention staff members by name to mention how great they were but over the 3 days I was there it became every one of them!  Friendly, professional,  compassionate, and all willing to go the extra mile.  Can't say enough about this hotel; the only negative is that since I travel a lot for business, all other places will pale in comparison.

If there is one thing I can say about this hotel that I didn't like it would be...
Yeah, I got nothing.

This is an awesome hotel.  The room is great,  the bathroom is great, everything is  clean nice neat,  staff is awesome. Bar.  24 hour food.  ALLOWS PETS!!!

You can walk to the Pcola airport in 3 minutes.  But I have yet to hear a plane. Location... Easy to get to anywhere.

There is no doubt about it.  I will stay at this hotel anytime I visit Pensacola.

I posted a pic of out room which was $135 / night.  Comparable rooms would be well over $200/night

It was nice but had a few glitches. Our coffee pot was broken and we requested a new one which we never got. I just went downstairs and hot coffee in the morning. They really don't have as full service kitchen, most stuff is premade and just reheated. Definitely edible but no Wow! The bed was very comfy. The pool is nice.  The bar is small and limited.  I prefer old and smokie. I saw quite a few pilots and flight attendants. If you need a place to stay before a flight, this is a great location.

There have been enough reviews on this hotel to let you know that it's basically, fantastic.  But I have to say, I was impressed with the guys that ran the front desk on the night shift.  The only word I can use to describe them?  "Unbelievable", and I mean it in a very good way.

One of them checked us in, another customer came up and made a request for a certain type of drink from the bar.  That same clerk that checked us in?  Took care of our needs quickly, then commenced to preparing a drink for the bar customer.

Another one who was working the front desk was preparing a light meal for a customer for 24/7 room service.

Then there was one of them who was taking care of something else behind the desk.  I was coming off the elevator to go the fitness center.  This same clerk who was helping out behind the desk? Was working security as well as taking care of a customer complaint - replete with walkie-talkie and moving fast.

Without a hitch he asked: "How are you doing?" my reply: "The best I can".. he agreed whole-heartedly, with a heartfelt: "I know that's right!"  and kept moving.  I chuckled.  These guys are hard workers, and amazing multi-taskers.

Great attitudes considering what they do to keep the place running smoothly.  I was more than impressed with their ability to make everyone feel welcome, as well do their job with amazing efficiency.
