They have a really decent breakfast for the price of the rooms. Beds need to be flipped more often, mine had a dip in it. Room was very clean but the tub needs recaulking and there was an iron imprint on the carpet. I'm sure its due for a bit of maintenance but for the price you can't beat the friendliness and cleanliness of this particular location.

Worst hotel experience ever. Not going to go into it all, hate bitching. The fact they charge more than $30 a night is robbery. Staying here because nothing else is available and I'm in town for my grandfather's funeral.

Don't stay here! I travel across the United States frequently and only stay in choice hotels. This is by far the worst Quality Inn I've ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the staff was lazy, and the room had a horrible smell to it. Not worth the price at all.

Quality Inn is the best in Pensacola for reasonable accommodations at a reasonable price. We had reservations elsewhere but the high Yelp rating must have been a mistake due to overlooking the moldy bathrooms and terrible old and dirty room. So we tried just about every hotel/motel in Pensacola and settled with Quality Inn.
The rooms aren't very nice, but superbly clean and that's what sold us. The king size bed is literally about 10 ft wide and could sleep a small family, also very comfortable. The room has everything you need and looks to be recently renovated in the bathroom area. The showers are borderline luxurious but that's only due to the adjustable shower head with pulsating water jets.
Anyway, the service is excellent and had no problem helping with our few problems we had. Like seeing the room before we paid and the broken light switch in our first room. They were very attentive and wanted to make our stay comfortable and they did.
My only complaint is the bar next door, which on weekends takes up parking on the south side despite the signs and threat of towing. It also bumps up the late night noise but it dies down well before midnight. This problem is easily solved by staying on the north side but we didn't know that at the time and honestly it wasn't much of a problem for us, just an inconvenience.
Overall, I think its hard to beat Quality Inn if your on a budget. Its just as close and definitely as clean as the more expensive hotels near by. It will for sure satisfy your needs if you just want a moderately nice place to sleep when your out and about on vacation.
