I can't say enough nice things about this motel.  Reasonable rate, clean room, super friendly staff, easy to reach, easy parking, etc.

I lucked out with a suite with 2 TVs, very comfortable king-sized bed, lots of room, balcony, fridge & microwave.  My only complaint would be the smallish vanity counter space.

2 days later I had to get a cheap room in Naples at twice the price, a minuscule fridge, no microwave, small double beds, only 1 wash sink, no soap holder in the bath/shower, and a toilet very awkward to use.

Give me back my Quality Inn!  When I return to Pensacola, I shall certainly stay with Quality.

Oh yes, be sure to use the coupon.

Great location, directly off I-10, this hotel is very easy to get to, and has a HUGE parking lot, which will easily accomodate any guests staying at the place. There's a nice gas station / DQ across the street if you need to pick up any supplies, and since it's located on the scenic highway, very easy to get to any grocery stores / or see any of the local Pensacola highlights.
Front desk staff was VERY friendly. Talked to us about why we were in town, offered recommendations for things to do, restaurants to eat, and more. Very helpful in offering information about the hotel itself. This place has a giant area for eating your free breakfast, and a pretty sweet little bar, which features live music on the weekends, and a jukebox and TV's tuned into sports for when there isn't.
Rooms were good sized for the price, in fact we paid a VERY low price for a two night stay, and it was comfortable and cozy for the night. Free internet was a plus, and we did get an iron and ironing board. No refrigerator, however. Room itself was pretty clean, although I can't say as much for the bathroom. Wasn't terrible, but it definitely could've been cleaned a little better, however for the price paid, I wasn't going to complain.
Overall, not a bad place to stay. Great location, friendly staff, and the room was spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. Obviously not a five star place, but definitely recommended if you're looking for a nice place to stay at a cheap price that's in a good location.

Great Experience, Great Price!

My friends and I were in a jam and needed a same day hotel reservation during tourist season. We got an incredibly reasonable price and the staff was great. Staff member Ashley was incredibly nice and able to help us out with everything! Will be back within the next week and definitely will be staying there.

The only reason this isn't 5-stars is because they were a little understaffed it seemed.

Just be aware... you get what you pay for.

I gave this place two stars, because the people working here are extraordinarily nice, friendly, and courteous. Otherwise, it probably deserves one star.

It's just the facility needs some attention from the general manager. I will add photos if I can figure out how to do that.

The cleaning is not so thorough, but not sure if that's because of the housekeeping staff or just because there are things that need maintenance.

- Found a nasty paper cup on the balcony with a previous guest's cigarette butts (the room is no smoking).

- The ironing board cover was stained (gross).

- The door looked like someone had ripped out the security latch. But there was a newer latch installed above.

- The shower had some mold, but I imagine that must be difficult to stay atop of in this area of the country.

- The A/C smelled pretty bad. Cat urine anyone?

- The stairwells were kinda funky. Smelled OK when we got here, but then sorta declined during the evening.

-  The walls are VERY thin and I don't think other guests realized this fact when they were going in and out of their rooms throughout the night.

- The bed was very comfy and the pillows (square and smallish) exceeded expectations.

- The pool area looked nice and there is a nice gazebo in the courtyard.

- Internet is free, and about as fast as to be expected in this level of hotel.

We got a decent deal on this place and it was convenient to where we needed to visit in Pensacola, so it's probably a case of getting what you pay for.

You get what you pay for, when I checked in the front desk asked me if I would mind if they just propped my room door open for me because they were low on keys! I didn't go for it and he gave me 1 key for 2 people . The room was reasonably musty and the place has an overall rundown drab look. Shower was great and the beds were just ok nothing amazing. This place is what it is, wouldn't want to be here more than a night

The WIFI worked the first day I was there which was great because business was the entire purpose of my visit.  I had so much work to catch up on, I decided to stay another night because my room was quiet and comfortable.
I worked from 8am-1pm on the computer then ran errands.  When I came back at 4pm, none of my devices would connect to the WIFI.  I called the front desk twice and she told me to call the support number and they would get me connected.
I was on the phone with WIFI tech support for nearly an hour and he could not fix the problem; none of my devices would connect to WIFI but the front desk was connected.
When I checked out, I asked for a discount since business was the entire purpose of my extended stay and the front desk guy said no, I needed to talk to Ashley, the GM.  He gave me her number to call the next day when she was in.  I have called her three times and no response.  I left two voice messages and a number for her to call and no response.
Thanks Quality Inn on Scenic Highway for the outstanding customer service.  NOT.

I left my computer cord in my room and realized it two states away.  I called, it was in lost and found.  I was told they needed a self-addressed envelope, pre-paid.  I sent that NEXT-DAY AIR on Tuesday.  It's Friday and I'm praying that Ashley, the GM, honors my request since she still hasn't called regarding the WIFI.
One can always hope.

I see another review that says "this is the best value motel I've stayed at in years" and I have to agree.  I've stayed in 3 Comfort Inns (Mobile, Kissimmee, and Pensacola).  This one was by far the best.  (In fact I didn't like the other two).

The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely friendly, they had entertainment (piano player-though I'm not into that kind of thing), the room was huge (king suite) with a king size bed, bathroom, TV, ac, refrigerator and balcony in one room and all the same things in the other room.  We had 7 people stay comfortably in one room that cost $120 (taxes and all-booked online).  Plus a decent breakfast the next morning. The WiFi worked great also.  I would certainly stay there again and I would recommended it to anyone passing through Pensacola.  I just want to throw another shout out to the staff, they were all super friendly.
