I stayed there 7 March 2010...the place was the worst place I have ever stayed at.  I was there with a few co-workers, and they had some major complaints.  The first was that my door would not lock; we were headed to dinner and I couldn't leave until someone came to my room to fix the lock.  I then went into another co-worker's room after and it smelled like smoke...it's a no-smoking room.  A third co-worker complained of a sticky bathroom floor.  The staff was friendly, but the accommodations should have been a little better.  Cleaning the rooms better might be a start.

Seen better days just about sums it up.

I was greeted by the most unusual sequence of smells from the entrance to the elevator, in the elevator, the hallway and room.

There is no recliner in this room. Only wifi is in lobby, and most, but not all rooms have ethernet.

Not the quietest place, there are more pets here than I have ever seen anywhere else.

I saw my first large roach approximately 30 minutes after checking in.

However, the staff is reasonably friendly, can't really fault them on that.

This place is not worth the money or time. We called 10mins ago and they quoted us a price around $70 for two beds. We ended up paying $90 for two beds and it's a smoking room. The room smells, it's dirty, and the lady who checked us in clearly didn't care about what we told her regarding price. This is my first yelp review, so it should tell you something that I made an account just to rate these people. I would rather sleep in my car.

Friendly staff, cannot take their kindness and hospitality away from them BUT the real matter here is the actual hotel.

The room we stayed in was pretty spacious (double bed, non smoking, pet friendly, first floor)
Came equipt with a refrigerator, electric stove with two burners, one pan and one pot and some plates and utensils.

The room just was a mess. The trimmings around the room and base of the desk were comming off. The pipes in the bathroom where dusty,  and our dog kept pulling out trash from one of the beds! Things like condom wrapers, bottle caps and even a plastic bottle.

The "complementury" wifi, is practically non existent given that iy faded in and out throughout the day and was rated as "weak signal" on our laptop.

The walls are paper thin, like you can hear everything going on next door.

Overall,  not worth what was spent to stay here.

Came to help my boyfriend move and transition to Pensacola because he was relocated here for the military.  Stayed the week of the 4th of July,  and all surrounding pet friendly hotels were booked :/.

Its not the worse place to stay but there are noticeable disappointments and I don't feel like the money I spent here wasn't worth what I got in return.

The staff is friendly but the hotel is lackluster.

I was visiting my friend in Pensacola, and wanted a kitchen to prepare so in room meals. The extra money I spent for the kitchenette area was not worth the funds.

You receive 2 pans, 2 of each utensil, 2 bowls, 2 plates, and 2 glasses. There is also a refrigerator, electric range, and microwave.

The pan's Teflon peeled off onto the food I was preparing.

I plan on making monthly trips to Pensacola l will not be staying here. In the future I'll just eat out, and stay in a nicer hotel.

If you're choosing this hotel for the workout room, or kitchen, I'd say don't bother! Stay elsewhere!

The workout room / exercise are consists of an old treadmill, an old stationary bike, a weird rubber band based stair master, and a rubber band based elliptical.

The "business center" is literally a computer in the lobby.

The wi-fi was free, and worked.

Update: The staff noticed my review within minutes of posting it on Yelp. They were more than happy to try to make reparations. So I'll repeat; The staff is friendly but the hotel is lackluster.

I read the other reviews and either the hotel has changed a lot, or people just got the bottom of the barrel. I've had no problems with the kitchen or the utensils. I've stayed in several Suburban hotels around the country and all of them had limited supplies. My room was in great shape and was clean. The pictures I posted are after living in the room for 6 days and no housekeeping (per my request). About the pets, for the first five days we were the only people with a pet and today another couple showed up with one. Some seasons may have more, but not this week. Hotel is quiet and quaint. No issues with wifi.

Great Value Stay

Had everything you'd ever want in a room. Great location, close to everything you'd need. Quiet and relaxing. Welcoming staff. Very clean. Large TV viewable from anywhere in the room.

Solid stay, would stay again anytime I'm in Pensacola
