Filthy carpet, sticky and the corners and edges hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Filthy exterior walkways. OK beds, slept well but the whole place reeks of cigarettes and I felt like I was dragged through an ashtray when I left.

I stayed here for one night and my experience was such a disaster! First of all I was very fatigued from driving all day cross country and saw the sign from the I-10 and decided to stay the night. I checked in at the desk and the night manager who was also the owner told me that they swipe your credit/debit card when you are checking out to leave. So I thought fine and they took down my information. I went into the room which was clean and modestly furbished and it was okay. Now the first thing I noticed which was wrong was when I went to the ice machine and upon pressing the button it barely dispensed any ice! Finally I filled up my bucket and went to the soda vending machines outside next to the pool. Both machines were out of order and there was no water in the pool! I went inside the lobby and the one machine was for snacks/candy and not for beverages. I did have some beverages in my cooler so at least I had something to drink. There was no restaurant nor fast food place within walking distance so I just bought snacks from the machine to eat. I slept and checked out the next day vowing never to return! After I settled in at my destination I started to contact the Super 8 corporate office for customer service to relay my complaint about this location. Well they kept on bouncing me around to different parties who'd promised to take my contact info and to get back to me though nobody ever did. So finally after three weeks of multiple calls I got through to a gentleman who identified himself as the associate director of customer relations. He listened to my complaint about their Pensacola location and he told me that his office had sent a form with my complaint to the owner of the branch and he failed to respond to Super 8 regarding my comments.
Well this manager did come through for me by issuing me a refund check for the amount I had paid for the room along with a letter of apology on behalf of Super 8.
So finally I felt vindicated and was so relieved that Super 8 took my complaint to heart and refunded my payment with an apology letter. Now my trust in this chain was restored!

It's a typical Super 8. It was late and we were in town visiting a sister. Hotel could be cleaner and updated. Walked around in flip flops the whole two days. Smoking room was convenient to say the least. Not my first choice but Meh, what can you do??

We made reservations there because it was close to the Corry Station.  When we opened the door my son found a cock roach and stepped on it.  When he went to show me and it was still moving so he smashed into the carpet to make sure it was dead.  When we went to tell the front desk, she came up to see where but it was gone. Smashed into the stained carpet.  We did not stay and they would not refund our money and they charged my credit card three times. Thank God I receive text for credit card purchases.  They blamed my credit card but just learned they won't refund for the first night but refunded us for the other two. We only had reservations for one. Something isn't right with this filthy place.

If you need a cheap place to stay right outside of CID Corry and don't want to pay and arm (or a leg for that matter) then the Super 8 is your best bet. All of these motels are the same, old and cheap. If you can look beyond that and manage to use it for clothing storage and small naps during your stay it should work just fine.

My uncle came down to visit, managed to get a free room upgrade after talking to the young lady at the front and got a good nights sleep before he was on his way back to California.

With this area of Pensacola being so depressed you can feel safe leaving your car here.

I get the feeling there are just a bunch of people getting some bowchickawowwow with their significant other or lady for the night. Can't beat that, right? At least you avoid the drug motel down the street.
