I stayed at this place for 2 months and everyone was soooo nice to me. They knew me by name within a week and were v helpful. At the end of 2 months this place felt like home. The breakfast is not the best, but you have coffe/tea , fruits, yogurt and oatmeal and muffins. So I was alright with not having toast and waffles!
Overall, loved the service and cleanliness.

Apartment style accommodations with free Internet in the rooms with a hard line hook up and have moon style desk with chair. One may stay one night or a month and feel very comfortable. This place is fairly new  the staff is excellent and hotel is well kept. House keeping is excellent and best nights sleep I had since we left home. The bed is not only comfortable but appealing to sleep on. Has a separate kitchen apartment size refrigerator with automatic ice maker, built in stove top two glass burners, microwave, nice kitchen style sink with a broom closet. Ceramic flooring and plenty of cabinets filled with cooking utensils and dinner dishes. The bathroom has a private home style closet but lacks an exhaust vent. Breakfast is simple but always hot coffee and cookies if your lucky to get one during the day. Priceline bid was $52 for a $120 room which made it even better. One other thing the outside pool has a gas grill so if your wanting to grill some steaks or hot dogs and sit pool side and have lunch its available to do so. Located close to the mall and Interstate 10. About 11 miles from Pensacola beach.

The hotel was clean and for $99 a night it was reaonable.

The Pro's: Two computers in the lobby to use free of charge with complimentary printing; location; clean; interior rooms; kitchenette; most of the staf was very friendly; free parking

The Con's: Thin walls (I heard the man next door singing in the shower); all rooms have queen sized beds; the night shift clerk is unfriendly; breakfast is very limited; beds are not very comfortable; clothing closet is in the bathroom; no dressers

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days in one of their 2 bedroom suites. Not many places offer 2 bedroom suites but this one was quite spacious. The full kitchen, including dishwasher, is a great feature! The utensils were limited and the knives were dull, but you can't expect too much for this type of place. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rates were very reasonable and cheaper than another local suite hotel that didn't offer 2 bedrooms. The fitness room is small and limited, but open 24 hours. Free coffee and tea is also available 24 hours a day in the lobby.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to people staying in the area more than a few days. There are plenty of restaurants and stores convenient to the location, even within walking distance.

After staying at this hotel for two months, I debated between giving the hotel 3 or 4 stars.  Here's the breakdown:

    The Great:

The front desk service people are truly great at customer service.  To a person, they knew me by name after 3 days.  (They knew my dog's name after 2.)  They literally dropped anything they were doing to address any complaint I might have.  (Example: since I was staying so long, they were cool giving me more dishes and silverware than one guest would normally get, just so I wouldn't have to do the dishes so often.  Anything that encourages my laziness makes me smile.)

Their pet policy is the best I've come across.  $100 cleaning fee, for the length of your stay -- however long you might stay.  This beats other hotels that charge you a cleaning fee each week you stay, plus a "pet rent" sort of deal each night.

    The Not-So-Great:

After the first month, the cleaning service stopped cleaning the bathtub completely.  You know that moldy crud you see building up in the corner of your shower, when you don't clean your bathroom for a while?  Yeah: that happened.  You just have to move all the shampoo bottles and give the bathtub and walls a good scrub -- but I think the maids got tired of that.  (Again, the long-term stay may have contributed to that.)  When I see that kind of mold allowed to develop, it makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room might (or might not) be...

So the front desk guys are awesome.  And most of the maids were pretty great.  If the cleaning regimen could be tightened up, this pet-friendly hotel would rate a full 5-stars for long-term stays.

We have booked this location for our graduation and church services all week.  I want to save money and be able to cook and not have to eat out daily.  This was the perfect place.  It is a mini home away from home. a full size fridge, stove and microwave.  Everything is supplied for you. The room are a nice size, with a chair and desk. Two closets, which we needed.

Housekeeping was great, I left a pan out to soak, because I have cooked eggs in it and I didn't have anything to really get it out with.  When I came back, they had done it for me and place it in the dishwasher!

The front desk staff was awesome and funny!  They gave us directions to the grocery store and had small maps.
We stay a whole week and my only complain was the one day the housekeeper we took out our dirty towels and didn't replace them.  I didn't take any pictures, I forget but we coming back soon, and this will where we will be staying again.

Jackpot! Finding this gem felt like winning the lottery. We booked this room through priceline hoping for a clean, safe place and not expecting much more for only 50 dollars. What we got was a super nice hotel with loads of ammeneties and a friendly staff. Score! Our room was large and comfortable. There was a flat screen TV and a full kitchen. We couldn't believe the room had a full kitchen and our only regret was that we weren't staying at the hotel long enough to enjoy all it had to offer. I have never been so satisfied with a hotel I payed so little for. I've stayed in many dives just looking for a clean place to sleep while on the road but this hotel is exceptional and an amazing deal. They also offer complimentary breakfast so make sure you take advantage of that as well.

We reserved a room at this hotel for a 4-night stay. Overall, we had a great experience.

We were traveling with two Service Dogs as we are both disabled veterans. Not only is this hotel extremely military friendly, they are very welcoming of Service Dogs. Granted, they allow pets as it is, but the Assistant Manager, Gigi, gave our dogs high praise for being so well trained.

If you have Service Dogs and need a place to stay, I recommend this place. The room was nice and we had a refrigerator, small stove top, and microwave although we ended up not really using any of it. The only thing my SO wasn't terribly fond of was the firmness of the bed. That had more to do with his previous back injury more so than the bed.

I would stay again if I am ever in the area. I can't comment on the price because my father let me use points, so the stay for us was free.
