True Southern Hospitality! I can't believe I never wrote about our stay here?! The first time I visited St. Augustine was on a 5th grade field trip, and now searching for the Fountain of Youth and a romantic get away my husband and I decided on this B&B. On trip advisor and the B&B website this place had great reviews and when we looked on the map, it was located in the center of everything. We first checked the website to decide which room we wanted and based on availability we wound up in the Orchid room. The room was beautiful and super clean, especially the bathroom. Unlike the hotels in this area everything about this room had a very fresh feel, like being at home, though better.
There aren't any water marks on the ceiling or dusty a/c vents that I can't stand about hotels.
On the website it notes that this is the smallest room in the house, and it was still really comfortable and enough room for the two of us and our luggage. It also has a tub with jets. We got a glimpse of the other rooms and they were even more gorgeous. The bed and bedding were really comfortable.
Our favorite part of staying here was of course the breakfast! Linda is not only an amazing hostess but she is also a great cook. We stayed here 4 days and all of them started off deliciously. Linda also made great suggestions of what to do around town and restaurants to visit (she would make a great yelper!)

A very warm welcome from the start. The location is perfect for easy walking around town. Parking is about a hundred yards down the road. The host was very nice and enthusiastically showed us around the inn. Everything was very clean, the rooms, building, courtyard. At night there was a constant glow of light coming through the window blinds, its a bit more than we like but wasn't horrible. The room doors are not very well insulated for sound. You could hear commotion down the hall and when people came up the stairs from outside, luckily the commotion didn't last long. It was nice to pick some fruit from the Loquat tree in the back courtyard and the breakfast was great. Lots of delicious food that filled you up and the building they served breakfast from was right next to the courtyard so you could eat inside or out. We had a nice balcony right outside our room. It was great to sit in the chairs and enjoy some nice coffee and tea available right inside the hallway. Over all the experience was great. Had a great time and I would recommend this inn to others.

We celebrated our anniversary in St. Augustine and stayed here. We loved the location, parking, hospitality, breakfast, comfortable, clean and quiet room and all around perfect place to stay! Even though they were full, we never heard any of the other guests. The breakfast was big, with plenty of great homemade foods to chose from, even for picky eaters, like my husband! We love to stay at bed and breakfasts, with one of our main concerns being the hosts. We don't like to be bothered too much, just check in and enjoy! And the hosts were very pleasant. Showed us around and let us be!
The location was absolutely perfect! Just steps away from it all! We will stay her again when we are in St. Augustine again! We will be back for sure as there was so much to see and do!!
