Shabby rooms, only good thing was they allowed small pets...and they charged an extra $25. Will not return. One of the beds looked like dirty sheets on it, counter was falling off the wall.

We were tired and we needed a rest. And the Black Fly Restaurant just over the street made us stay here for one night. This was the most dirty and crappiest place i have ever slept in my whole live (for 77$!). You expect Norman Bates every minute to sneak around the corner. DON'T CONSIDER TO SLEEP HERE. Towels and bed sheets seemed already used.

It's not the worst place I have stayed but it isn't the nicest either.  We were here 6/28-6/30.  The pros of this property are the convinience to downtown and the (driving) proximity to the beach.  The outside of the property is not great.  The edges are littered with construction utility buckets with plants growing in them.  The pool area is ok, but it is small.  It just dumpy.

The lobby is small and kind of dirty.  The man who checked us in was nice BUT he was dressed as if he just rolled out of bed and didn't have any shoes on.  It was like a bad movie scene.  Once we got to the room, it was shabby.  The bedding and bathroom were clean though, the a/c worked, and so did the TV.  It was pricey for $70 on Saturday, but ok for $50 on Sunday.  I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it either.  I should have spent more and stayed someplace nicer.  Live and learn.
