A spectacular find.

A place that makes you momentarily forget that you're stuck in Florida.

This spot is the perfect place to break up the monotony of low-end business hotels and chain restaurants that dot this manatee graveyard.

An old apartment building that's maintained it's sense of uniqueness while keeping the ghosts in the walls.

Close to the main street in town and all the 4pm dinners that await.

Personalized service.  Beautiful rooms.  An awesome cafe right across the street.

The hotel belongs in Austin.   It's out of place here.... but that's precisely why it's the only place in town you should consider staying at.

Gorgeous, classy room. Yes it's an older renovated building so the structure itself is not PERFECT, but it more than makes up in character.
Very clean, great personalized service, spacious room, comfortable bed and exceptional location. I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

I would return. You can't beat the price and you get a nice, modern apartment with a full kitchen. It has a great location. The only problem I had was reliable Wifi. The owner tried to have it fix, but during my two day stay for business, Wifi kept dropping.

I can officially give this place 5 STARS! The private owners and management are just exceptional in every way, and my parents truly enjoyed their stay here. too!

The hotel has revamped a lot of their technology making this a MUST-STAY boutique hotel in Sarasota.

You will not feel like you are in a hotel, but your own private apt. you can call "home".

Keep in mind that ou are not on the beach, but all of downtown is fairly closeby, and walking to cafes and restaurants was a breeze.

LOVE IT!! Would go here EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M IN SARASOTA!!

The cutest little spot in downtown Sarasota. So much old school charm with the friendliest owner. A very clean, spacious room with beautiful decoration. It looked as though it belonged in Nashville and is the definition of a boutique hotel. We can't wait to visit again and sleep in the cozy bed!

This is a cozy old building that serves as both an apartment building and hotel. It is under wonderful service and in excellent condition! My room was very clean and the service was incredible! This is a gem!

Wonderful little hotel in downtown Sarasota walking distance to shops, restaurants, activities, botanical gardens. Short drive to beaches. Owner Kathy was friendly, gracious, and very helpful in directing us to local points of interest. Our room was good sized, clean, well appointed with kitchen with refrig, gas stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Good TV  and iPod station.

Bath was also well(617) 823-2696 equipped, nice bath towels, large shower head. Queen bed comfortable.

Only negatives was we had difficulty in logging into wi-fi which I think has been fixed and somewhat noisy A/C cycling on and off but no worse than many others that charge much more.

We highly recommend and will return.
