We stayed for 3 nights. The room and carpet was clean. Even though there were many families there it was a quiet room with plenty of hot water.
There's a small pool open 24 hours that is useful for splashing around and cooling off.
Try Renzo's around the corner for lunch or dinner :)

Overnight stay after we missed our flight. Friendly receptionist. Very minimal gym. 2-3 cardio machines and a workout bench (no weights). Didn't use the pool so can't comment on it.
Fairly clean room, furniture quality is mediocre but that's expected based on the price. Air conditioning works well which is necessary in the Florida humidity.
Fairly convenient location, close to the airport and walking distance to some restaurant options.

This hotel is infested with ants and other small insects. I went to wash my hands and some water splashed in the overflow hole in the sink and insects just poured out and into the sink...disgusting and unsanitary. I complained to the front desk and they moved me to another room which also was infested and even had a morsel of food on the floor which just brought even more insects.
The hot water worked 3 out of the 5 days I was there. I informed the front desk of that issue as well and was informed that there was nothing they could do but that they would inform the technician next time he comes in.
The second room was even worse than the first and even had a bad smell coming from the bathroom that I narrowed down to the shower drain.
The staff appeared to be friendly and the hotel does provide a breakfast with cereal, hard boiled eggs, waffles and if your lucky fresh fruit. Don't drink the coffee, it is burnt and tastes like rubber.
By far the WORST hotel I EVER STAYED IN hands down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anybody.

I have stayed here before so I know what to expect. I was actually looking forward to my 3 night stay. I have been traveling for the past week and staying in 4 different motels one worst than the other. The hotel as always been accommodating with any request.

First time I stay in a best western hotel.. I ended up having damn rash all over my legs because the room service (clean dpt) was not doing a good job.
I consider myself pretty neat. hygiene is a main thing for me..
This place is not good.

We were in town for The Worlds Largest Food Truck Rally (shameless plug) and this was our hotel of choice.
The room was in need of a renovation about 15 years ago. The bathroom was only slightly larger than an out house (see photo) and the fan was not functioning in there either. The old fashioned TV had only 10 channels and the beds were so high we had to "jump" up into them.
On the other hand, the room was clean, the receptionist (Amanda?) was congenial, there was a PC in the lobby and the price was very affordable. They offered a cold breakfast which we did not take advantage of.
All in all...you get what you pay for.

I was a little surprise to see how low the rating was, my fiance and I usually stay at Best Western on most of our travels and we've had pleasant stays with all of them including this one. This location was perfect for our trip, it was in the middle of all the essential places that we needed to get to. Roughly 5-10 minutes commute.
We arrived around 5:45pm and were greeted by the receptionist. She was very pleasant to chat with and friendly. We booked a 2 bedroom hotel because it was actually cheaper than the 1 bedroom (I don't remember why that was, possibly some type of deal at the time). When we settled into our room we were surprised by how big as was, granted it was 2 bedroom but there was plenty of space between the beds and the tv. It was the biggest room I've stayed in at a Best Western. It was so big I could have done my Insanity/P90X workouts with plenty of extra room. Our room was equipped with a mini "kitchen" area that had a sink, microwave and mini fridge. My fiance and I were both pretty impress. The bathroom was big as well with towel art! Never thought I'd see that at a Best Western. It wasn't anything fancy but it was nice addition to our stay.
We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast in the am. Which is where the lacked in. They didn't have much to choose from, I expected a warm station with sausage/biscuits etc. They only had boiled eggs, a sub par waffle station, milk and cereal and bagels/toasts.
I gave this place a 3 star because of how outdated it is, the sub par breakfast and just lack of lighting. I know most hotels rarely of ceiling lights rather more of lamps but our room hardly had any. The lamps seemed to have been favored one side of the room more and the light itself were dim. Generally our stay was pleasant, we both slept well (on one of the beds haha) it was nice to have that extra space.
