Worst hotel/motel/shack whatever u wanna called this. Reserved a room two months in advance only to show up and them saying they don't have it and they haven't had a two bed in two months!! But they never said a thing and still charged for a 2 bed room. The rooms are old dingy and very dirty. Our phone doesn't work (has a big hole in it) one of the lamps doesn't work. The door stop is ripped out frm the floor. Front desk is VERY rude. When asked for more towels, he says "sure babe". What a poor and excuse for a hotel. This place should be remodeled and have the employees trained properly

I stayed here for one night. Very cheap.
I noticed random hairs on my bed sheets and mattress, also even in the pillows I saw a small stain. I believe it was clean, they must have not used a lot of clorox. The area is very isolated. At night it made me not feel safe. Other than that I didn't have any problems. I slept peacefully.

Convenient access to the airport. Friendly staff. Unfortunately dirty in the room. Dirty counters, bag of chips left in drawer, bag from previous person in nightstand. Thought someone else was still staying in that room!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. I took pictures, but they unfortunately look like all the others posted. I wish I'd checked yelp.
1. No airport shuttle. $15 taxi.
2. Hair and fresh stains on the sheets in both rooms I was given (after I moved from the first.)
3. Active mold growing in the bathroom and on the refrigerator.
4. Both rooms smelled horrible.
My co-worker had a room in a different part of the property and had the same issues. As I took pictures in the second room I was given before I called to have my reservation refunded, two large bugs scuttled over my foot.
We waited outside while the poor girl up front called a cab for us. Outside, the grounds were littered and trash cans overflowing, but the landscaping was lovely (it is Tampa, after all.)
Never, ever again.

I have literally had THE worst service at this location. I called for cups to be sent to the room 3 times, it took 3 calls and 3+ hours (no exact time because I ended up leaving the room after 3.5 hours) to have them delivered. I asked if I could go into the front office & the lady working the front assured me it would only take 20 minutes for them to be delivered, which it didn't. Then in the room above mine, there was a lot of scuffling, & what sounded like someone crying (hard) so I called the front to have them check on it because I wanted to make sure they were okay just to have the man working the front desk hang up on me twice. I would never come back to this location, simply on the service alone, but I hope the people in room above me are OK as the front desk didn't care to even check.

If this site had an option for " 0 Stars" that would be my choice here. We made our "reservations" nearly a week ahead and upon arrival after almost 20 hours driving from Texas, we were informed that was not available. So instead of two, ground floor non-smoking rooms we settled for what they had and received a mear 5% discount for one of the two rooms being smoking. After locating our rooms I attempted to wash my face and discovered dried boogers and yellow-unwashed towels that smelled of cleaner. The "fully equipped" kitchenette was a joke. There was a stove, microwave, sink and a fridge. That is all. No dishes, pots, pans , utensils, soap or anything to prepare a meal or clean up. The floor felt sticky like they tried to clean, but didn't quite get everything. I have stayed at other Extended Stays but this one is by far one of the WORST hotel I've stayed at other than one in Memphis that smelled of mildew, death and dog feces so I could say at least this didn't smell as bad.
Oh and the tiny earthquakes you think your experiencing from the planes taking off is quite surprising if your not expecting it late at night. When your almost all the way asleep. Also, not sure how often that happens but there was a semi-decently dressed tranny we saw leaving as we arrived this evening after our outing with our kids.

pics online are deceiving. Stayed for 2 nights and never again. The room was run down and in disarray. Rust stains on the bathtub near the floor, the bathtub itself was dirty, the carpet was seriously stained, the tiles in the bath area were cracked, the vinyl baseboards were coming off the wall (and it seemed like they tried to do a quick fix by nailing it back to the wall), the towel bars were rusted beyond belief, the cabinets were falling apart (the cheap compressed wood was swollen and cracked). I was appalled. I had to go out and buy febreeze because the room reaked..
If it wasnt for their policy of paying for the room in advance, i would have checked out and left.. I have a 7 month old child and was afraid to even put him on the bed.. Thank God i had his pack-n-play..
This place needs a serious overhaul. Even the small lobby smelled like cigarette smoke - the same small lobby they use for their grab and go breakfast. There was no way i was going to grab breakfast that was sitting in cigarette smoke smell from there.

Since my first review I've seen more cleaning being done outside and inside but not in a timely manner. The trash that accumulate rapidly does not get emptied over the weekend and take until midday on the weekdays to be emptied, that's unacceptable. I do not want to smell the receptacles nor see all that garbage. There were plenty of things broken, damaged and missing from the room that I also found to be unacceptable. Money is being given so I want EVERYTHING that comes along with the package. Meaning- everyday I put in a work order to get something fixed, added and replaced.
The female receptionists and manager been kind and understanding(the 2 stars are for them). But I didn't realize that after a certain time no one is in the office which is crazy to me and if someone is there that person sure don't answer. I don't like waiting for maid service because it take too long and mostly I prefer to clean myself so I know it's clean. At these hotels you suppose to be able to get clean linen and towels, toilet paper, soap, etc anytime.... not true. Most of the time it's "sorry we don't have any." If you don't call or go the office early in the morning to put in a request you might just get a toilet paper and one towel if you're lucky.
This location should seriously request a full renovation of all rooms starting with the doors. Also add a pool like the other locations. It's surprising to me that a hotel right next to the airport look runned down. I understand that being by an airport a lot of people pass through but c'mon that should be the reason to keep it on point.
