Overpriced, has all the amenities and low expectations of a $40-50/ night stay. We paid 70 (AAA Discount) for one night we picked this due to how close it was to Busch Gardens, Big Mistake! Walking distance is about 1/2 mile, in 2 trips we came across multiple suspicious characters, so be wary if walking in the area. Upon checkin the entire 1st floor wreaked of sewage, we were told it was due to the rain, so if it is raining the day you check in I suggest you prepare yourself for the smell. Hotel is old and has no elevators, floor on the second story had weak spots where it felt as though a larger person might fall through. When we got into the room it was 80 degrees and I had to call downstairs to have them bring up a remote for the AC unit. TV was made in the early 90s with less than 30 channels. WiFi is basically non existent could not even do a basic google search to locate a nearby restaurant online had to use our phones. We also found a spider a few roaches in the room. Bathroom appeared dirty as well. I have stayed in motel 6's and Marriott's this was definitely not worth the 70-80 a night they are charging.

We specifically picked this hotel because of it's location compared to Busch Gardens and for the amenities listed.

It is very close to Busch Gardens and it was clean.  That's about the only good thing I can say about the hotel.

We chose the hotel over others in the area because we wanted one with a pool, hot-tub/spa, internet, bar/lounge/restaurant and breakfast.  The lounge/bar/restaurant was closed and advertising for new owners.  Extremely run down looking.  The pool was closed most of the time we were there.  There were no pool towels, the chairs were filthy.  There was no spa.  Never had one.  Internet was slow kept dropping - we ended up using our cell phones for mobile hot spots instead.  The breakfast was inedible.

We stayed two nights.  They brought us fresh towels and made the beds, but never took out the wet and used towels and never emptied the trash.  Trying to get the in-room air conditioner to cool the room took almost all day.   The bathroom looked like it was falling apart, the bath sized towels were tiny, thin and useless.  The smell of bleach was overpowering.

When we complained to the management about the falsely listed amenities, there wasn't even so much as an apology.  Barely an acknowledgement.  I recommend staying anywhere else.

Quality inn is not that quality Just visited this week. Overall good experience but the bathroom sink was full of water and the sinks plug didn't work. Facet was loose. TV was OK but all channels were in funny order

The owner also checked our room after we checked out.

I stayed here for just one night with my family for a job interview nearby. We are frequent travellers and have stayed at many choice hotels thanks to a family member who regularly gets us good rates. We have never been so disappointed! Unlike times before we booked this room on our own after seeing decent reviews, I must have been reading reviews for the wrong hotel. Upon arrival which was very late since we drove down from Pensacola there were a couple unsavory looking individuals in the drive, which I know is not the hotel's fault but maybe hiring an armed guard to patrol nights would be a goo idea. Had I been alone with my kids I would not have stayed and taken my loss of the refund but since my husband was with me, he helped ease my comfort. After driving 8+ hours all I wanted to do was take a nice hot shower and get to bed only problem was, the shower knob was broken! I've stayed at hotels with odd shower knobs so my husband and I both attempted to turn it on to no avail. When we called down to the front desk, from our call phone since the room didn't have a phone which isn't a big deal but what about people who do not have cell phones, what would they have done in an emergency? We were told there was not another room available but she would leave a note for maintenance to check it first thing in the morning. Well we did get a knock at the door but it wasn't maintenance! Instead, Tampa Pd looking for witnesses to an incident in the parking lot, luckily we were not disturbed by the ruckus and again this is not the hotel's fault but it gives you an idea of what we dealt with in just one night, a Tuesday I might add. On my way down I reminded the front desk of the broken knob  on and did ask for an hour extension on checkout which was granted and appreciated. I went to the interview before 9 and returned just before 11am at which time I learned from my husband no one had come to look at the shower. By this time there was no sense in trying to get it fixed and we made the trek back to pensacola where we finally had the showers we were looking forward to. This is not a hotel I would recommend, it's in need of a major overhaul. The location to busch gardens really isn't worth the overall experience.

For $40 a night, my stay was acceptable. Pros: big room, king size bed was reasonably comfortable (no bed bugs!), within walking distance to Busch Gardens, fridge in room...and that's about it.
Cons: SHADY area of town. Room was not clean, and continued to not be cleaned during our four night stay until we specifically asked that it be. Doors had trouble unlocking or opening or closing all the way, depending on the door. Smells of despair.
I would not stay here again.

What a dump. I wanna meet the genius that took the pictures for the website. The room and the surroundings look very shady. Don't wanna know what kind of drug deals took ace in the hotel room next to us and in the lobby.

Some of the tenants looked like homeless people.

The carpet was disgusting, half the lights were missing bulbs and the smell was just awful.

Quality Inn is off our list ... everywhere

For quality inn it's not too bad.
The outside will definitely scare you but the rooms are decent.
I did have a dead cockroach in my bathroom
But again it's a quality inn. I paid 54$ on a Thursday so you get what you paid for.
But it's sealable and the bed is so comfy.
I mean isn't that the most important thing in a hotel ??

I recommend it if you are wanting a cheap acceptable hotel.
And I do not put up with dirty smelly hotels
Really not that bad
