I start liking this brand, this venue was about 3 yrs since built, manager has free networking snack &drink hour on wed night. Staff are very friendly and attentative. If I come to the area again I will stay here.

Save your money and go to the Country inn right next door. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights sadly because every other hotel in the area was booked during our stay. Upon check in, i am told no rooms were clean except a handicap room, I booked this stay 3 weeks in advance and informed them of when Id be checking in. Only gets worse. First night we are there our tablet got stolen by the "chief maintenance guy" and supervisor When confronted the supervisor was very rude and defensive the maintenance guy waved his keys in my face and told us he can steal whatever he wants from any room why would he steal a tablet. Hmm makes you feel real safe. The GM did reach out to me but little was done because no cameras were in the area. Again makes you feel really safe right? Then the last day we are there the lock on our door broke and they refused to put us in a new room. The smell of the hotel mentioned on other reviews resembles a jail. The pool is small and dirty. The only nice things I can say about this hotel is the complimentary breakfast is good and the front desk ladies are very sweet which saves this from getting no stars if it was possible.

NO NO NO! Absolutely NOT! I literally checked in and then checked OUT! The saving grace (and the reason I added a star to the one I was initially gonna give) is that the staff was incredibly nice. As soon as I walked into the door of the lobby, a bad odor smacked me in the face. I had an appointment so I didn't have time to do anything but drop my luggage and leave. As soon as I opened the door to my room, I knew I wasn't gonna stay. The room was a suite but quite small in comparison to other suites. It felt cramped and dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke and other weird "questionable" odors. The beds didn't look like your typical Marriott beds. They looked rather small with tiny pillows and shabby looking bedding. The room just felt stale and gross. I briefly walked around the room, ran out to my appointment and while I was out, I got online and searched for other Marriott's in the area. I immediately checked out and checked into a different Marriott as soon as I returned to the hotel. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and didn't give me any problems. I was in town because I had a death in the family. I also wanted to be closer to my family. We ended up checking into the Tampa Waterside Marriott. I felt much better when we arrived here. I have a two year old and would never allow her to sleep in such a seedy hotel. I really thought Springhill Suites were nice but I've only stayed in one. I think I'll leave it that way and stick with Renaissance, Residence Inn, and Ritz Carlton.

Very ideally located close to I-75. Very reasonable and cost effective for the Brandon area. I was really surprised to get such a good rate.
Room 106- it was amazing and great. Well furnished with Microwave, refrigerator and what not.
The lady who checked me in Caitlin or Catlin or hope i spell her name correctly.
She is very quick, sharp, very helpful.

She is so matured at her age- she can talk on Philosophy and guide people.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms.  breakfast seemed nice but crowed. Just stayed one night to board a cruise the next day, but all in all a nice place. Staff quick to bring us extra towels since there was only three in the room and we had five people. Don't call the front desk for a blow dryer. It's hanging in the closet in a black bag. Nice place!
