This is a newer Country Inn and Suites just outside of Atlanta, and much better than some of the others in the area. The hotel has a new feel to it, and everything was spotlessly clean. We stayed there on our way down and then back up from a road trip down south, and both times it was client, the people were friendly, and the breakfast was well stocked with plenty of seating. The rooms were quite large. This location was a little out of our way on the return trip (meeting family on the other side of town where there are closer County Inn and Suites), but we decided to return to this one because of the great environment and price.

I read the reviews on Yelp before booking a room here, and they did not lead me astray. The hotel is newish and VERY clean, the bed is comfy, and the area is quiet. The staff have been friendly & welcoming; Cedric in particular went out of his way to take care of me and my daughter, going to retrieve extra fruit for us when they were out in the evening.  Very professional and nice! I would definitely stay here again!

Best place we have stayed on this trip. Huge lobby feels like a hunting lodge. Big room.

Great breakfast bar area! Real dishes and silverware, a nice change. They have a kitchen style area with hot foods - bacon, eggs and French toast. They also had hot cereal, toast, muffins and strudels. They had a waffle making station set up, not a junky waffle machine either! Juice stand with 4 kinds of juice, milk, coffee and tea bar, and fresh fruit. Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel.

The most important thing for my wife is cleanliness. If she notices anything dirty or not clean, or gross, I'll be the first one to know. Since she didn't make any mention about this, this place gets 5 stars! We've stayed at many hotels before that weren't clean. I didn't get to try the breakfast but based on my wife's experience there was a good selection of hot breakfast items and pretty good too. The hotel is conveniently located just off of 75 and is within 10 or so minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 weeks while waiting to close on my new house. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I always felt completely safe in the hotel, and walking to/from the car. I can't speak highly enough about the wonderful, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Yes, 5 stars.  Now, I know this hotel is not a Ritz Carlton or a Westin, but for its class, it is top notch.  The check in staff were super friendly and welcoming.  Good start.  I get to my room and find it very clean with LOTS of great lighting.  The bathroom was super clean.  No leftover hairs on the shower wall (yes, gross, but we've all experienced that at some point).  No dust accumulation along baseboards.  No dark, dingy lighting.  Five great lamps in the bedroom/sitting area.  Nice LG flat screen TV.  The room has a small refrigerator and microwave.  Also, a coffee maker.  I chatted with some of the housekeepers on the elevator.  Super nice.  Later, I went to get in an elevator and it had a housekeeper with a big cart of dirty laundry. He quickly got out saying something about the laundry being smelly.  I thought this reflected good training in that he would yield the elevator to a customer and actually get out of the elevator.  I hope to try out the fitness center tomorrow. It has 4 major pieces of equipment that appear to be fairly new and in great shape.  I think it is LifeFitness brand.  The pool/whirlpool area (indoor) looks super clean and inviting.  There is a reception in the lobby from 5-6:30 that serves beer/wine/sodas plus snacks like fruit/veggie tray and potato soup. Oh, a nice fireplace in the lobby.  They also have a business center, a laundry, free wi-fi, and free parking.  Don't pay $20-30 to park at one of those other hotels!  I can't wait to try the breakfast.  The hotel is right off 75 and is surrounded by the standard fast food restaurants and many sit-down restaurants within 1-3 miles.  Close to the mall!  Anyway, remember....super nice staff and super clean premises!

While driving to Florida from Chicago, we decided to find a place to stay in Atlanta to rest, shower and eat. While driving I checked hotels.com to find a good deal with good ratings. I came across Country Inn and Suites. Not only was it a great deal, it had an indoor pool for my kids to play in. I called the hotel ahead and asked if we could check in early. It wasn't a problem. After driving 12 hours through the night, it was so refreshing to hear this.
When we arrived, I warily walked up to the front desk. Not only was I greeted pleasently, they let me check in at 10a, when check in was normally at 3p. They have courtesy shuttle service within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. They have plenty of recommendations for nearby restaurants to dine in and to take out.
After we enjoyed a dip in the heated indoor pool and dined locally, we passed the front desk and they offered my little boys a cookie. My 4 year old scanned the selection and noted there were no chocolate chip. The person at the front desk then said a few words to his associate and asked us to come back in 20 minutes. They were baking fresh chocolate chip cookies!! He then offered my chocolate loving son some hot chocolate while we waited for the cookies. They were worth the wait, so ooey and gooey!!
A little later I requested 4 towels for the next AM and almost immediately there was a knock on the door with a large stack of towels of every size being delivered and the gentleman delivering the towels was kind and had a large smile on his face.
When we drive to Florida again, we will be sure to stop here! Great customer service and very clean room!

The breakfast area was also lovely with a nice seating arrangement.
Highly recommend staying here if you happen to be in the area.

I was driving from Florida to Minnesota and got caught in a huge thunderstorm and decided to pull off the freeway and find a hotel.  Luckily the first hotel I ran into was Country Inn and Suites.  The woman at the front desk was really nice and got us checked in very quick.  Our room was really nice and clean.  Pool and hot tub were fun.  Breakfast was  delicious.  I don't have anything bad to say about this place.  Highly  recommended.    Triple A discount accepted.

What a wonderful place to stay and not expensive!  The hotel staff is friendly, the room was spotless, free breakfast, wi-fi, microwave and fridge in the room, clean, clean, clean, swimming pool, and most important to me (other than bring and smelling clean) was that the bed was comfortable!  I hate when beds are old or cheap and sink in the center but that didn't happen at this place.  Firm yet soft mattress.  I will always check for a room at this hotel when I go to Atlanta.

I was incredibly impressed with this place. I used Expedia to book a trip here about a month in advance, and it rounded out to around 120$ for a room with two Queens. Not only were the beds and pillows comfortable, but the room was spacious and seemed to have been upgraded within the past few months. There was a flatscreen TV, a microwave (not the kind with a turning timer that I've seen in a lot of older hotels, but a newer model), and even a mini fridge. There was also a closet, which I found impressive, rather than a chest of drawers or a wardrobe. So a really spacious bang for your buck.

There's also free wifi in your room, and they even provide you with a wifi password. I loved that wasn't an additional cost like it tends to be at a lot of other places. We also went to the indoor pool, which was (unfortunately) freezing, but there was a warm Jacuzzi in the same area that we dipped our feet in. Towels for the pool were kind of thin, however, so I would recommend that you bring your own.

The continental breakfast was superior to many I've seen at other hotels, and even had a free waffle maker, breakfast burrito station (eggs and sausage), drink machine that included cranberry cocktail and mango peach, and the ubiquitous cereal station that is at every hotel continental breakfast. Another great thing about the breakfast is that it went on until check out (11 or 12), so even if you're a later waker, you have time to get some breakfast before you check out.

Also, there's a free shuttle service until 10pm. You can ask the front desk, or even call the shuttle within a 3 mile radius, and it will come pick you up. While we were pretty excited about this, it seemed a tad disorganized. We were at AWA last weekend, and we called the shuttle on our way to the drop off point, and when we got there, we called the front desk again, only to have them tell us that the shuttle was on the way. Needless to say, 30 minutes later, we called (yet) again and they had to re-send the shuttle. This was after we waited another 30 minutes for it to get there. So the shuttle got there around 45 minutes after our first call. The shuttle driver was adamant that he had even waited 10 minutes, which seemed kind of curious since we were at the drop off point within 10 minutes of our call. I think it was just a matter of a bare miss, and the hotel didn't realize the shuttle was already on its way back. So, a bit disorganized. I think they would benefit if they had a GPS app you could download with a hotel app that  would show you where it was, or if it was in transit to the drop off point. That's what the shuttle service does for my job, so I know it's possible.

Shuttle service until 10pm every day within a 3 mile radius (including the Cobb Galleria area).
    Indoor pool.
Updated appliances (fridge, microwave, coffee maker).
Great continental breakfast (with waffle maker and breakfast burrito station).
    Comfortable beds.
    Affordable price.
Closet (with a door), instead of the usual drawers for clothes.
Check in/Check out was a breeze, though our rooms were ready about 10 minutes after check in.
    Courteous staff.
    Free parking.
Hotel was near the interstate, and near the Cobb Galleria.
Free in-room WiFi. They even give you a password to use, so it isn't the kind of WiFi with strings attached.

Slightly disorganized shuttle service, when there's a higher volume of patrons using it. The staff only knows when the shuttle leaves the hotel, and not when it is coming back.
    Thin pool towels--bring your own!

I would definitely stay here again if I was close by. We stayed here for Anime Weekend Atlanta, and took the shuttle service a couple of times to get to the Cobb Galleria, which was really handy. It was a great experience, and as you can see, the pros far outweigh the cons.

Hotel is right off of 75, with lots of fast food nearby. The check in staff was incredibly nice and explained about the 11 restaurants that deliver to the hotel as well as the more than 20 nearby that you can get a free shuttle ride to. There's also managers reception with free alcohol and snacks every week night 5-6:30pm and breakfast served 6- 9:30am, which is pretty late compared to other places. And hey- free wifi in the hotel room! This place is 5 stars for location, convenience and service!

I had a pleasant stay. Everybody at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Rooms are a good size and their free breakfast is really good. The fitness center is okay but no free weights. Still I recommend.
