Normally you get what you pay for and there a few "knows" with this place - no daily housekeeping etc.  But their new renovation gives them that extra star plus they are darn nice!!

Would not come back. We stayed for 4 nights. The pool was dirty. Our hotel room was dated & our room had a funky smell. You had to go to the front desk for everything bc the rooms were poorly stocked. However, people were never at the front desk and usually had to wait 5min. Poor service. Breakfast was never stocked.

I stayed a week, in which I had a package deal from Orbitz. The room I was given was supposed to have a king size bed, instead it was a queen. One of the electric stove burners did not work. Mid week there was a bubble drooping from the ceiling, dripping rusty water into the bathtub. Also, the room #138 was located near a rear entrance much closer to my room, in which I figured that on my own, it would have been nice if that would have been mentioned on day one of my stay. Fire alarm testing on one day just so happened when I was napping. Room renovations the day before I left, so you could imagine the noise. I will not stay here again. Customer service could have been much better. I inquired at the front desk to see what it would cost to stay for another week, and was told to hold on, while a conversation went on between 2 workers ironing out their miscommunication mishaps. 5 minutes is a long time to keep a customer waiting, much less allowing the conversation being heard.  Very unprofessional. I decided to leave. If customer service was better, I might have stayed and moved to a better room.

Nice rooms, great staff (Travis was quick to help, courteous and knowledgable about all my questions). I'm so happy here. :-)
