Not a bad hotel. The room is decent not very much on the way of dishware more cookware. Also the television doesn't get many channels so I hope you don't plan on hanging out in the room. The staff is very pleasant and helpful! There is also plenty of stores close by so you don't have to go to far to get anything.

This was my first opportunity staying at an extended stay and it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I recently sold our house and needed a place to stay until we closed on our next house. We stayed here 12 nights and got a good feel of the place. We picked ESA because of its convenience to our offices and because it has lots of food options in the vicinity. It's great that Publix is across the street which makes it easier to avoid fast food.
Our room was the queen floor plan and provided plenty of space for the two of us. The kitchen has the basics: a fridge, stove/oven and microwave. There are a few plates, bowls, utensils, a coffee maker and pots. Bring your own dishwashing soap. ESA gives you one small packet, but that won't last you long. The bathroom is a standard size you'd find at any moderately-priced hotel. There's a nicely sized closet, but not many hangers, so you're better off bringing your own. They also have a pool, a small workout room and a laundry facility. We didn't use any of these features because we already had these available to us outside of ESA. They do provide a free breakfast, but there's not much: coffee, oatmeal and apples.
We had an issue with the room being humid, but it didn't really bother us much. We just noticed that towels weren't drying completely and that the room felt damp. I would've told management during our stay, but I didn't want to have to pack up all our stuff and move to another room. If you're a light sleeper, invest in a good pair of earplugs. Other guests were prone to letting all the doors slam, no matter the hour. We tried to be courteous and close doors quietly so as not to disturb others. I don't know if there were guests in the rooms on either side of us, if there were, they were as quiet as mice.
I would stay here again should I ever need another extended stay.

Good location and a good price. Had to stay here for 2 weeks. Close to plenty of drinking and dining. Though, I was a bit irked that I was waiting to get service one day and no one came. Ah, well, I'd stay again.

Not only surprisingly what I paid for...but the staff is nearly unreal with hospitality....not a run down extended stay in any way....one of my new regular hotels!! Tony at the front desk literally made the stay for me and my predicament more than comfortable

This is a good location. Better than most. Customer service was really nice. Almost over the top.
Our room had AC next to bed which made it a bit noisy and dry.
Overall clean. Hot showers and good water pressure.
