Our room was not up to Marriott standards.  The furniture was dated, the two beds were doubles instead of queens, and the bathroom just was not very nice.  It is close to the airport though, and the free shuttle is useful.  I would personally try one of the other brands across the street, though if you find yourself here there is certainly nothing to worry about.

So my experience here started with a canceled flight, my bags went onto DC with out me. My jacket in one of them. It was bout 23 degrees outside when I finally got there.

The Front Desk Staff were AWSOME. The General Manager Jenell Ali was great. She helped me get settled and offered to drive me to the store if I needed something. When I told her I didn't have a jacket, she offered to go to the store for me. I still cant believe how nice the staff was. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The next time I get stranded in Atlanta, I'm staying here.

Very friendly staff and convenient airport shuttle. The room was roomy and clean.  Wifi is plug-and-play, which normally makes me nervous. But, I've found it to be very stable. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed in the hotel on a Thursday, because i had a morning flight on Friday. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The fresh peanut butter and chocolate cookies where also a added plus to the service from the staff at the front desk. I felt very welcomed, the full size king suite was very nice. I was impressed with the size of the room as well as the comfort of the bathroom. The stand up shower, large vanity area, and jacuzzi tub where added pluses to the bathroom experience. I will be returning for another comfortable stay.

VERY close to the airport. The front desk staff was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Like someone else mentioned, there was a restroom like odor in the lobby upon entry. The room was modern and clean but upon further inspection, there were a few issues. A portion of the carpet in front of the bathroom that was soaking wet with what smelled like pine sol or some other cleaning solution. The leg on the desk was broken/propped up and the shower rod was barely hanging from the wall in the bathroom. I had to hold it in place while moving the shower curtain to keep it from falling. Finally, while I appreciate the fresh coat of paint in the bathroom, the smell was a little overwhelming. All of that being said, the front desk staff was very apologetic and left me feeling a lot better about the experience. In fact, I stayed again less than a week later and THAT visit was perfect! Could not have been any better. Will definitely consider staying again when in the area.

Great hotel located not far from the airport. Easy to find with many restaurants near by. Rooms are clean but the furniture are bit outdated. I don't understand why they didn't upgrade when they remodel the rooms and lobby. Staff were nice and friendly and I have no complains every time I stay here. Only thing I am not happy with is the internet. They didnt work during the last 2 times I stayed here, maybe it was down around midnight for maintenance but the next morning it worked but still...

Tip: try to check in early if you can, during last two times I didnt check in until around 11pm and the parking lot was full and I have to park off the property.

On a rather quick trip to the A, I ended up staying here right by the airport which is close to many restaurants in walking distance or a short distance away.  The young lady was very nice and helpful with allowing me to check in early and offering coupons to a restaurant nearby.  They have free breakfast which was pretty limited on this day as some of the equipment wasn't working.  The hotel rooms were nice and clean with a microwave and refrigerator, which is always a good thing.....they have free on site parking but the lot is not that big......

This hotel is very close to the airport and offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is maintained and kept clean. The staff and front desk are friendly and are willing to assist guests to make your stay more comfortable. Rooms were clean and of adequate size. Free internet is available throughout the hotel. A refrigerator and a microwave are also available in the room. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and well-stocked. Despite its proximity to the airport, I did not have any problems with noise. The only recommendation I have is to improve bedding as they were not comfortable.

I usually really like Fairfield Inn's, and the staff here is incredibly nice, but this Fairfield Inn wasn't so great. It just seemed a bit grungy. Chips and smudges, broken lamp shade, and the really chemical smell of cleaner everywhere. The staff is nice, but I wouldn't recommend staying here more than a night.

When we walked into this hotel, the entry smelled like a toilet. Had this experience a second time when we came through again later.

The "sofa bed" promised looks ancient and dirty, and the bed part was a broken disaster. I had to take the sofa cushions and put them under the mattress, because the cot underneath is missing springs and other support, and is torn, making for a rollercoaster looking mattress surface.

The shower control is rusted through and mostly broken.

However, there are some good spots: openable windows, friendly and helpful staff, spacious mini fridge, and (bar) sink outside the bathroom, which is handy with four people sharing a room and bathroom.

For $160/night, I feel like we could have done a lot better. Or if not, I would have opted to pay a little more for something better.

Nice hotel.  Updated rooms with microwave and refrigerator.  Breakfast is decent with waffles and turkey sausage and great muffins.
