This was a great, cheap alternative to the Crowne Plaza-Ravinia where a conference I attended was being held but which seemed too pricey.
Room size: Larger than average and the sink was in a separate area from the toilet.
Breakfast: They had a ton of options compared to breakfasts at other hotels. Yogurt. Oatmeal. Toast. Waffles. Hard boiled eggs. Nice.
Other amenities: Pretty much what you would expect at a Fairfield.

First off, very friendly staff!
I was on a company trip, and arrived a day after the original reservation, which in turn had been canceled when I didn't show up the first day. No problem. Everything was taken care of, even though they were booked.
Hotel was very clean. It included continental breakfast, which was good. Nothing special, but free is always nice.
Room was spotless every afternoon when I returned.
The gym was not what I was hoping. Two treadmills and an elliptical machine. Oh, and four or five torn up, tiny, light dumbbells. Good enough I guess, but I was hoping for at least a bow-flex type of machine.
I did not use the pool, but it's only 3 foot deep all the way across? Can't be right, but that's what I saw...
Location is great. Within walking distance of the mall, and restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay!

pro: free wifi, breakfast included(not so great),located in a great area( Only a 5 min drive to the Perimeter mall.)
con: Customer service not so great. The place needs to be updated, bed is not the best, bathroom was not great(i felt like i should be taking a bath with rubber slippers on my feet)

As with any hotel, there are pros and cons. The pros at this location definitely outweighed the cons for me and I'd certainly stay here again.
The downside is that it's an older property with all the challenges that come with that: interconnecting room doors, ancient aircon units and the old-school Marriott chevron green carpet. My bathroom counters were pretty chipped up. Also, the wifi was pretty weak.
That said, despite the fact that its an older property (and the rooms need a refresh) it's very well kept up. My bathroom didn't have any mold - even in the grout - which tells me housekeeping here is top notch. My room was spotless as were the common areas. The bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet so I was able to get a good nights rest. Staff was really friendly and welcoming.
The area is good too - several restaurants and a grocery store are within a few blocs walk and there's the Perimeter Center mall close by as well. Defiantly a good place to stay for a business traveler.

One of the better priced hotels in the area. Great location next to Perimeter Mall, and parking is free. Candler Park is a few miles away. It is a clean hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The pool and exercise room are small. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would've liked to seen a larger sink area, closet and bathroom but it was adequate. We had an issue with the toilet and it was taken care of right away. King-size bed was very comfortable. They don't have dark curtains but we slept well. Mini fridge and microwave are also in the room. Overall a very comfortable stay.
