      Very expensive for what you get. Room was not dirty but was more than a little run down. The business center was always crowded with hotel employees so internet access there was extremely limited. Not a convenient place to stay. Unless you want to eat at a very mediocre Steak and Ale you have two choices - drive or walk through an area that doesn't seem very friendly to walkers. The staff was not rude but were not very helpful either. Airliner noise wasn't bad though and it is close the IAP. I'll try somewhere else next time - even if it is further to drive.

      If anyone gives this place more than 3 stars they have never stayed at a Ritz. It's OK, and that's it. Just OK. You want better? Renaissance or Hyatt Place.

      Great hotel and very nice staff. But the restaurant is probably gets three stars - that is what makes my review four instead of five stars.

      The hotel seems to have been remodeled recently and the rooms and common areas are nicely done.  I fortunately was upgraded to a suite and it was larger than my first apartment!

      I tried the restaurant for lunch and couldn't find anyone to seat me at 1:30pm.  Had to go find someone at the front desk so they could find someone to help me.  The Reuben sandwich and fries were great though.

      Then for dinner I was seated promptly, but my salad had old brown and wilted lettuce mixed in.  Fortunately the steak was great.

      Overall I would say this is a great hotel and hopefully I simply had a unique experience with the restaurant.

      Hotel accommodations are nice. Staff was not so friendly especially Edwina at the front desk. Edwina how about you speak nicely to all customers!

      Overall: friendly comfortable clean hotel, just don't eat there. Sure I've stayed in "fancier" hotels, but none of them were any nicer in terms of cleanliness, friendliness and general upkeep. For the price, this hotel has been perfect for my family with two small children. breakfast didn't come with the room, but we were only charged for our adult meals the first  morning while all four of us ate. On the lunch and dinner menu I would have appreciated at least a few vegetarian options and something for kids. We broke down and ate in the dining area of the hotel for dinner one night. I don't recommend this. The servers are too busy taking orders up to rooms and the cooking staff is too busy cooking orders for the rooms.  We ordered a vegetable quesadilla appetizer for the girls to share and pasta primavera in a light Alfredo for us. The girls' food was taking so long I dug into the reserves I had in my purse to keep them satisfied while we waited. We ordered drinks that took an extraordinarily long time to get to the table.  Our pastas came, greasy squash in a greasy cheese sauce over rotini. Not Alfredo, not appetizing. I had mine with a side of wilted mixed greens. The girls were so hungry they ate my husbands side of broccoli. My youngest became so fussy I had to leave the area with her, meanwhile the appetizer still had not arrived. It did eventually and we asked for the remainder if my meal along with the appetizer be boxed up to take to our room. The server apologized and said how busy they are in the kitchen. I would not recommended eating dinner in the dining area. If you have to eat at the hotel, get room service. You're food will show up all together at least. Paying for parking was a bummer. I will definitely factor no included breakfast and the cost to park into my budget the next time I'm choosing a hotel.

      My stay was pretty amazing. Great Hotel.  Courteous and Professional staff. Will definitely use again. This was not your Average 1 star Holiday Inn. Thank You for having me.

      The Vista/King Suites Are definitely RECOMMENDED.

      I will be hitting the roads today.

      At this point I would say I stay at this hotel often. This is my third time here this month. My first time here I ate a shrimp Po' boy from the restaurant downstairs and got food poisoning I was up sick until 5 am. I did tell the front desk and they didn't say anything. The accommodations are nice for a holiday inn. Meaning I like the room size for the price. The parking fee is exorbitant and I think should be waived for hotel guests (12.00 per day). But really I'm writing this review because I woke up this morning covered in bug bites, they started out small and grew larger and itchier throughout the day. I called the front desk and they switched my room and gave me laundry detergent so I could wash my clothes but I wish they could offer something more. Like I wish I noticed that they were cleaning the room I was previously in as it is right down the hall and I know this hotel is sold out in a couple days so someone else will be staying in it and that makes me feel questionable toward the hotel's cleanliness. I should also note the day previous to being covered in bites I hadn't been anywhere but my hotel room. Finally I agree with another reviewer that the service in the dining room is slow. If you stay here I recommend you go to a nearby Krogers and stock up in food. All the staff here are friendly. I am an ihg gold member that travels weekly for work and implore the hotel  and it's representatives to not write some dismissive response below as I've seen on previous unsatisfactory yelp reviews.

      OH What a wonderful stay!!! The staff is what made this an enjoyable experience. Everyone from the van driver, to the room service servers, to the housekeeping, and the front desk made my visit comfortable. The van driver was always on time with a smile. Room service was delicious and accommodating with a smile. Housekeeping was respectful with a smile. Front desk was hospitable with a smile. Extra kudos go out to Ashley the front desk manager!! I shall return!!

      Air conditioner made lot of noise every time it engaged which kept me up. I was told to unfortunately live with this noise instead of fixing it.
      Hot water is not available all the time. Water was shut 3 times in 2 days and for entire week it was yellow rusty water. neighborhood is not safe. Crossing just street outside hotel you see shady character selling stuff on street.
      Horrible Management staff; booked with front desk and once arrived price got raised. If I was not on a business visit, I would have left right away.
      Manager special had burned food. I saw some other choices in the area next time I will consider them before these people.

      The front desk staff was very friendly and beyond helpful!  I was stranded overnight by AirTran without my bags; they made sure I had toothpaste, a toothbrush, etc so that I would be comfortable during my stay.

      The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and convenient. And the bed and the room itself was very comfortable and CLEAN!!!!

      I would definitely stay here again!

      Holiday Inn recently launched a new, multi-million dollar campaign called "Change Your View" as a way to reintroduce an iconic brand to a new (perhaps younger) generation of hotel guests who might not be as familiar with the Holiday Inn brand.

      The campaign highlighted a recent investment of $1 billion to give the brand a global  relaunch - the largest in hospitality history.

      The aforementioned branding re-investment allowed the brand to focus on improved arrival / welcome services; guest room / guest bath comfort upgrades; and re-designed logo / signage (research shows these things matters most to hotel guests).  

      This location hosted an exclusive event for key influencers (Yelpers) on Tuesday, November 12th, and showcased the many changes implemented at Holiday Inn hotels all over the world.

      There was plenty of good food and drinks as well as a unique hotel tour experience. There was also a DJ and photo booth to ensure that the fun kept flowing.

      Attendees to the event left with an exclusive Holiday Inn brand goody bag filled with some awesome schwag.

      I was a fan of Holiday Inn before attending this event. I am definitely an even bigger fan of Holiday Inn now.

      I stayed here before the most recent renovations-- scary! Post-renovations, the rooms and public spaces are much improved. I personally like the clean, modernistic, IKEA look at hotels and that's what you have here now. However, the hotel does boast suites and rooms, of which I got the latter. I was here for work meetings and found that many of my colleagues had the suites, which were VERY nice (as I spend more than half or the nights in a year at a hotel, I fully appreciate separate living and sleeping areas like this hotel offers.) Honestly, my star level would have been higher had I also been assigned one of these suites, but my room was really 3 star-- just "fine", nothing spectacular.

      The staff and servers at our events here were top notch-- they deserve 5 stars, for sure. They accommodated my group's every request and made us want to use them for future meetings (and I should note, my group is on the picky side!)

      OVERALL-- For meetings, I highly recommend this place (and/or if you book a suite.) For just a quick overnight in a single room, it's totally acceptable, though nothing to get excited about.

      I stayed here as the "spouse" of a meeting attendee and I travel frequently for work myself. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it is. Large clean rooms, pleasant and helpful staff, and lovely pool area. The upkeep of the pool area is on par with fancier places.

      Two reasons why I give it four stars: 1) the meal service is not great. Limited, but good, menu and the restaurant areas seem understaffed. Slow service, although people are pleasant so that helps. Also, no bar service until 4 pm so if you want an adult beverage by the pool before then it's BYOB. 2) the fitness center should have more equipment. It's clean and cool, and could use some additional cross training equipment. That's relatively minor.

      I would highly recommend this hotel if you want or need to stay by the airport.

      Well here I am again at my home away from home. What do I like about the Holiday Inn North, Atlanta GA. The beautiful suites -they are like a small apartment. This hotel is fairly new -it's modern and clean. The staff always greats me by name and they recognize and honor their platinum members. The food for breakfast needs a little work -the staff will keep you coming back.
      This is a very busy hotel -reservations need to be made early if you plan on getting a room. Say hello to Antonio the front desk manager. Enjoy your stay.

      The front desk staff and the shuttle driver were absolutely marvelous. The restaurant here absolutely stinks. The food is good but the service needs help bad. I came in sat at a table and no one even acknowledged me. I moved to the bar and the same there . I finally got a beer but spilled a little bit. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a napkin. Then I ordered my food but my fries didn't come with it. 20 minutes later and my steak all the way eating I still have not seen my fries. Absolutely horrible

      I've been really liking Holiday Inn's new concept and their rebranding! The lobby was very crisp and clean, the complimentary water and coffee is a great touch, and they have a wonderful menu (reasonably priced and quite tasty) for when you don't want to venture out of the hotel.

      My room was spacious, clean, and well mantained, however, the A/C was HORRIBLE. There is a control panel on the wall for you to adjust the temperature but there was really no point because no matter what button I pressed, it still wouldn't budge. Therefore, I went to the window unit itself to change the settings, there's a notice (PLEASE USE THE WALL PANEL). Okay, whatever, I'll just freeze tonight. Nope... I was just kept awake all night thanks to the obnoxious loud A/C unit. GOOD GRIEF.

      I know I should've told front desk but I really didn't feel like packing all of my stuff and moved to a different room. Ugh... next time I stay here, I hope I get a quieter room. Please.

      Just wanted to share I've been staying here for a month because of work.. came to the bar to enjoy the game, as well as a steak. I politely asked the bar tender for a glass cup for a craft beer that I bought to enjoy it with my steak. Right off the bat she replied, "I'm not going to give you a cold glass for that beer at my bar."  I understood why, so then I asked her if she could put the game on. At the time ABC news was on and no one around was paying attention, she proceed to point at a screen way on the other side of the room and said "its on over there".... I was like okay and that's when I felt the racism... she started to attend everyone else as I kept trying to get her attention, she just looked at me and continued ignoring me. Finally I got Frustrated and went to the front desk if they could just send my food to my room but by now I'm not hungry nor want anything to do with this place. I will let my company know about this and hopefully none of my other coworkers have to encounter this problem... just wanted to add one last thing it wasn't the first time I felt this way staying here. Conclusion if you are Hispanic don't ask the staff for a thing they will be rude AF to you.

      The hotel staff is wonderful. Front lobby is clean and crisp with nice decor. Rooms are very clean and have a fridge.  Lots of outlets to plug in.  Plenty of food choices within walking distance from hotel
