Executive suits is the bomb!!! Large shower, very clean only had a bad view of the forest but I guess that's ok. Room Service has some kinks to work out but they try very hard to meet all your needs as a guest. I love it here and will def be coming back!!! You have to pay for Wifi so it would be great if it was free.

I want to warn anyone going to this hotel and traveling alone that it is NOT A SAFE HOTEL!! I stayed here recently while traveling alone and I was told the hotel was sold out of rooms even though I had booked a week in advance, so they asked if it was possible to put me in their "bridal suite." It sounded like an upgrade but it was not, I walked in to find a roll away bed in a salon setting where brides go to get ready, NOT sleep. I'm easy going so I said it was fine for one night but they needed to move me into a standard room the following day.
I ordered room service and had several people come into my room to bring me items that weren't prepared for me in the room. When I went to sleep the lights wouldn't turn off so then I spent another 30-45 min with hotel security working to take the lights out of the ceiling (which they could not do) to then realizing it would be easier for them to just tape over the lights with several pieces of electrical tape so at least some of the light was blocked.. I finally let the men out and said the dim lighting in the room was better than the bright lights and I shut the door to realize their was no secondary lock. Oh well, right? There had already been so many people in my room and they told me I was alone back in this suite away from other rooms so I could get a good nights sleep.
I woke up at 12:15AM and there was a man STARING AT ME STRAIGHT IN THE FACE!! I jumped up in bed when I recognized him and I was so shocked no words came out of my mouth, not even a scream. We looked at each other and immediately he ran out. All the motion censor lights from the long hallway came on and I sat up in bed wondering what just happened. I was terrified to call home and ask what to do because I couldn't think straight and I was 3400 miles away. I didn't want to call the front desk in fear that they'd send that man up and I didn't want to involve the police because the man didn't touch me. I stirred in my room in shock, replaying what happened and nothing added up. I was hoping the front desk would call to acknowledge someone had came and it was just a misunderstanding, I was safe. I was going to start my first day at my company's headquarters in the morning and was even more anxious and stressed out about the lack of sleep and time difference I was suffering. I blocked the door with the heavy chairs in the room and the table by the door to keep myself safe.

In the morning I tried to speak to the manager but they were unavailable so the front desk said they'd leave a message. I am a rewards member so I made sure they had my contact info. I told them I was upset and I wanted to know if the guy I saw in my room was the guy who came to fix my lights because I was 99.9% sure he was. I needed to know his intentions for why he would go into a room that required an access card to enter. I wanted them to tell me my thoughts were not true and nothing was ever going to happen to me. I told them to have someone call me ASAP and I exited with all my things.
I NEVER got a call that day. When I got to another hotel that was safe I called to speak to the manager and I couldn't get in touch. The front desk knew who I was and said they had me in the nicest suite in the hotel with a ton of amenities waiting for me. I was furious! They didn't care about my safety, they just cared about bribing me. I told them to have the manger call me because they needed to clarify who that guy who broke into my room was and why he was in my room past midnight. They claimed he was doing his nightly checks.. But why did he bypass the motion censors? Why didn't he see all the things from the moment he walked in the door (including the room service in the table right next to the door) that would tell him someone was in the room? Why wouldn't he walk in and let the door slam which would've woken me up? And why was he a few feet from my bed when I did wake up?!
I called the police to file a report. I reached out to the Hyatt corporation the day it happened but no word from them. It wasn't until I went to twitter that I got a response an hour later from them. How ridiculous has this world come to when you try to deal with things politely, politically and discrete but the only way someone will answer you is when you have a small army (twitter followers) behind you? I'm not backing down on this because I fear that even though I got incredibly lucky that night and I woke up before harm was done to me there is still someone potentially out there who is now smarter about breaking into a room and will harm someone else. I can't have that on my conscience. Nothing adds up with how that man was able to get into my room and how the hotel handled was absolutely ridiculous. The manager, Vincent Bucci, only emailed and called me after I posted on twitter and he even told me he was notified about the twitter posts. His explanation for not calling me was because he didn't have my contact info.. But I'm a REWARDS MEMBER!

With the current management, you're wasting your time and money going to this hotel. They're cheap, they're not investing in relationships, and no one knows what's going on.  In a nutshell; they don't care and it shows.

Brand new botique hotel geared towards business travel.  Rooms are nice, gym is small but decent, and the restaurant is pretty good.

Hyatt at Villa Christina was awesome experience. The staff was great polite and helpful. The room was perfect with a wonderful modern touch. It was very quiet, with a nice view. The pool was nice on a rooftop, not to much of a view though but the pool was nice.

Overall the hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms and hotel overall was very nice and trendy. The shower in my room could have used a good scrub down on the grout. Overall though very nice hotel!

My home away from home. Always great to walk in and be greeted by the friendly staff. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and very comfortable beds. I love that they also have a great restaurant attached where I have enjoyed the best omelettes made to order!

This is a brand new hotel - only been open for about a month. I'm here for work (Autotrader is literally right across the road) so they set up the room/reservations. They're definitely working through some growing pains, but overall the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are very well appointed with great attention to detail. The gym is a decent size (and super clean) and the pool area is really cool (3rd floor rooftop location).
The lounge/bar is nice with very friendly bartenders. We ate at the restaurant one night and my meal was delicious but the service was very slow. I also grabbed a salmon topped salad from the cafe late one night and it was good.
The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating - you can tell customer service is important to them. The hotel shuttle service is great too! They'll take you anywhere you need to go within 3 miles and til about 11pm. Patricia is the best! She's super friendly :-)

I stay at a lot of Hyatts, including four in the Atlanta area, and this one is my favorite. It reminds me of a Ritz Carlton I stayed in once, the restaurant and hotel both have great service, the rooms are spotless and beautiful, and the internet is very fast. I spent about a dozen nights there last year and was pleased with it each time.

I honestly really enjoyed staying here. The location was a little tricky to get to but the hotel was really beautiful, the rooms were clean, service was top notch and the staff were all so friendly. I would definitely look into coming back here whenever I'm back in the Atlanta area. They even checked up over a week after our stay!

Where do I begin? I had the pleasure of trying out Hyatt's newest hotel in the Atlanta/Dunwoody area this past week for 3 days! Now I'm no amateur when it comes to knowing a good hotel when I stay at one, hence my DIAMOND tier level of membership with HYATT. I will start with the check in process. Fairly simple and easy yet it seemed that the young woman checking me in either was new or didn't know what she was doing because typically check in takes no longer then 5 minutes. As normal I started off with my name and handed over my id and credit card. She then proceeded to confirm my reservation but then had to step away for 3-4 minutes to "check with her manager" about something and I just sat there like "umm is everything ok" she assured it was and then told me all of the benefits the Diamond members received at this location. Very courteous and professional however after staying at many Hyatt properties this was the first to not highlight the fact about my late check out which in the end resulted in a later issue. Once I got to my upgraded executive suite I was satisfied.  I think I may have been just a tab bit underwhelmed because I'm use to staying at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead. Not fair to compare but clearly I was missing that extra edge and also the Grand Club Lounge! I was unaware this hotel didn't have one. Oh well the free breakfast at Villa Christina was a NIGHTMARE but I'll review that one separately. Overall with a few bumps in the road management took care of my issues very professionally and I appreciate that which is why i will remain a loyal Hyatt customer! Think I may stick to staying at the Grand Hyatt's though..But If you're needing a nice clean hotel to stay in the Dunwoody area this is your place!

I love this place and am really bummed they are full on the dates I need to travel or an upcoming trip.  I'm seriously calling every day to see if there's been a cancelllation.

Anyway, the hotel is new, modern and clean.  I'm really really picky about hotels and especially hotel beds & pillows.  The beds and pillows here are top-notch.  Soooo comfy.  They do have special rates for some companies so if you are traveling with a large company located nearby, make sure to check to see if there is a special rate.

The staff are also really great an the rooms have actual refrigerators, not mini-bars so if you want to store some water, yogurt or other healthy snacks in the fridge you can do that.

Another bonus is the shuttle which will take you to the mall or the Marta.   The shuttle comes fairly frequently and when you are ready to come home you just need to call and they'll pick you up so you don't really need to drive.

Hubby's company always come here for their annual Christmas event.

I love how spacious the rooms are and the top notch service. (Valet was not on point the last time though.) The food is always always always awesome, most especially their dessert! YUM-O!

I highly suggest having one of your private events here :)

Love love LOVE it here! I have to admit, I am a loyal Hilton fan purely based off convenience and have not yet been to another Hyatt but this hotel is literally perfection. The staff is wonderful. It's extremely clean. They have a "fit" menu for room service and the food is actually REALLY good. My coworkers adore the bartender. The outdoor area is relaxing and serene.

Back to the "fit" menu - this is such a delight to those that travel frequently and have trouble finding decent healthy food. Two times I have to say, they didn't have the tabuloeh (so ask in advance) but both times I was given a call and the situation redeemed. The second time they were asking if in addition to what was discussed I would like dessert and I said "no no I'm on diet but thank you!!" An hour later.... Knock knock...a fruit bowl was brought!! Also, they got some tabuloeh made and brought that as well.

It is so hard to find great customer service and people that really come off as sincere while providing great service. These people are just seriously nice, like Southwest Airlines nice. I will always recommend this place even if it's slightly out of the way for guests traveling to ATL.
