I really recommend this place above all others. The rooms are very clean and the price is more than fair. All suites have a kitchen (with dishes, coffee maker, utensils, etc.), hi-speed Internet access, and cable TV with HBO. For all guests they offer an exercise room and continental breakfast (cereal, coffee, juice, bagels, fruit and so forth). The staff is courteous and friendly, I mean they really are!

While it is designed for longer stays, short stays are fine too. The quality is fantastic and the price is incredibly low, about the standard price of a regular hotel but you get so much more than what a regular hotel offers.

Another thing in their favor is the ability for friends, family or business associates to call your room directly without having to go through the front desk. Most hotels still do not offer this small little easy thing, which I've never understood. I cannot STAND having those trying to reach me not being able to because the front desk didn't answer. It's a serious annoyance for me and has made me move to another hotel because of it.

This is a bargain and an amazingly clean and service-oriented hotel. Definite 5 stars plus.

We had gotten a pretty good deal via Priceline and wanted to try out Towneplace suites, having never tried it out before. The staff were always very attentive to our questions and needs. Our family of two adults and two kids were put in a one queen bed and small pull out sofa with a full kitchen. Our son slept on the floor with the couch cushions because both kids would NOT have fit on the sofa. It was fine as they always enjoy different sleeping arrangements of vacation. The first night, there was a loud party with smoking, but when we told the staff, they quickly moved us to another room. For that we were grateful. The rest of our stay was quiet. Their breakfast was very nice: waffles, boiled eggs, two kinds of yogurts, two kinds of milk, bagels, bread, muffins, bananas, oranges, coffee, juice, oatmeal, cold cereal. And during the weekdays, they have egg muffins. We could tell that this was an updated hotel, We'd consider coming back again, but maybe we'll get a larger room.

    Great for a long-term stay.

Relatively clean rooms, in a "safe-enough" area of Atlanta, and a decent location for commuting to other areas (right off of 285). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the price is the best you'll get for this level of comfort, cleanliness and safety.
