The hotel itself is in decent shape. Seems recently built or remodeled. The staff are friendly. All rooms are suites so they at least have a fridge/microwave, flat screen tv, etc. My biggest and only complaint would be the 24 hours a day's worth of noise. The walls and doors are thin, and all doors seem to slam. Throw in some inconsiderate guests and it makes for some loud days and restless sleep.

It is a new hotel, with a strict no Smoking and no Pets.  I have allergies, so I'm thankful, they don't allow either in any of their rooms.  The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice.  The location is very convenient near I -20 and Fort Gordon and a good part of town.  They serve a nice breakfast with hot items including waffles.  It is a great price for what you get.  I didn't notice any noise problems or I would have reported it to the front desk.

Comfy beds. Not too noisy. Wifi works in the room. The breakfast is so-so and only goes to 9am which isn't easy to make when you're on Pacific time. Also who remodels a hotel and doesn't put fans in the bathrooms?

Overall the hotel was good. You can tell it's been updated and remodeled. Loved the bed, the pillows, the bathroom. Nice area. Right off of I-20, about a 8 minute drive straight into Fort Gordon. Places to eat in walking distance (though I wouldn't recommend it bc it is a big [and busy] highway). Waffle House, Steak & Shake, McDonald's, CookOut, Popeyes, + more. Even though it's next to a highway & interstate, the hotel is surprisingly quiet (at least it was for me). There was a lady who complained while we were on the elevator that she couldn't get any sleep bc there were people in a nearby room making a lot of noise (loud music, talking, etc.). I was on the opposite end of the hallway so I didn't hear anything. I'm just assuming it was a room near hers. The elevator is also kind of slow but that wasn't a big deal. It's only 4 floors anyway. The main issue I had was with the wifi. The connection was horrible. Every time I tried to use it, I would just end up turning my wifi button off and use my data on my phone. My fiancée had to use her HotSpot connection to get on the Internet from her PS4 bc their internet wouldn't work. So yeah...if you have a lot of devices and would like to not use your mobile data for web browsing or streaming, then I would suggest finding another hotel. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head & don't really care about Internet or Wifi & things of that sort, then I would highly recommend it.

SN: The Internet may connect better through Ethernet. I did not try so I do not know. That may improve connection with devices that have an Ethernet cable port.
