Convenient location right off of I-20 and Washington Road. Is located only 2 miles from Augusta National Golf Course as well as many restaurants and convenient 10 minute drive to downtown Augusta . Friendly staff, full service hotel: room service, full restaurant & bar, free wi-fi, indoor and outdoor pool, awesome fitness center. This place is clean and new. Would recommended it!

We had a wonderful overall experience at the Sheraton hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nice pool, good breakfast, rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Would definitely recommend staying on the Club Level for added perks.

I love this Sheraton! I am a member of SPG hotels and this is another great Sheraton Hotel. Staff are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are great. Always very clean. Plenty of FREE parking. This is good for a business trip or a weekend.

very nice hotel and service was nice. They serve food until 11. Have a bar in the lobby which was active and a nice wine list. The only issue I had was the caesar had a lot of dressing. Ask for it on the side.

Very nice clean hotel.  I would stay here again for the money for sure. Nice bar that on the weekend was open till 12. Great location for Augusta as many places to eat around this hotel.

Almost perfect. The staff was nice. The amenities were newish and modern. The gym was one of the bigger I've seen. I'm very pleased.

    Best Part:
The food at the restaurant was to die for! Get the salmon with blue cheese and you'll know what I mean. Plus the shower/bathroom was super clean and very nice.

    Worst Part:
The food prices were a bit expensive, and the room was a touch cramped, though not horrible at all.

Clean rooms; good desk service.  Don't use the stair well as a short cut it only goes outside not back to the lobby - learned the hard way.

By far the best hotel for business travel in Augusta.. Clean and new. Service is average but bar and beds are clean and nice. Easy location off highway.

I am less than pleased (upset really) with this hotel. Yes, the room is clean but cross your fingers you get the one you booked. We are now 3 people staying in one king because other hotels in Augusta are sold out. Believe me I would have canceled. They had rooms but since they were on the club level they were going to make me pay extra for their mistake. After the front desk wouldn't do anything, I called the 1-800 number and the corporate service person called the hotel only to come back and tell me that "due to the revenue of the club level rooms" at that point I didn't listen. According to my booking it was a difference of about $20 a night. That told me - I am not important! I travel to this area a lot and had another week booked, I am canceling that one and plan to let everyone I possibly can know not to stay here. I have had to work all week with no sleep and no way out. The only one that seemed a bit concerned but still could do nothing about the issue was a text chat rep named Klara H. Thank you Klara. However, she filed the formal complaint on Monday, it is Thursday still no call from anyone. Oh! I should also mention the indoor pool was out of service 3 days. They sent us to the Holiday Inn next door to go swimming. Stay there! They were nice enough to let my daughter swim. Hotel is clean but hospitality is not their specialty!

This was such an amazing stay for me! The entire staff consistently was saying hello to me and asking me how I was. For some reason the airline zip tied my luggage but the maintenance was quick to respond. I don't know why, but a clean bathroom always does it for me and this bathroom was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel.  It was so relaxing to rinse off after a long day of travel. The fitness center was also great with cold moist towels available, water and ear phones. I will most certainly be back!

Nice hotel. Just had dinner here. Must have a rough week.  Messed up my order but got a discount anyway.  Food was good.

We spent last night at this hotel. I seriously debated whether or not to give them 5 stars. Just a few inconveniences led me to go with 4. Our review is based on a stay in a club level room, which includes access to the club lounge and this costs more than a regular room.
    The Pros:
    Modern hotel with updated vibe.
    Clean bathroom with nice amenities
    Magnified makeup mirror in bathroom
    Comfortable bed
Club lounge amenities included free soft drinks, evening appetizers and a really nice breakfast.
Bryan, the omelet chef, made a fabulous omelet to order in the club lounge.

    The cons:
    Weak internet service
Motion activated HVAC system led to a hot room during our sleep
Roof leaks made ceiling look like it might cause paint to fall on us.

I would stay here again for sure, but hope they see my cons listed above and make the necessary improvements. Club level was worth it for us!

It's a great place to stay for longer term business trip or spend good time with family. The fact that the rental fee 10 bucks for a compact frig (for entire stay) and 10 bucks for microwave (entire stay) is a bargain. Free coffee every morning right by the elevator, that's a plus for me, too.

The staff is amazing and knowledgable (if they don't know the answers, they will get you someone who knows!) and always respond to our needs in time. In my personal opinions, a hotel/building always needs maintenance work (nothing works forever), and a decent staff team who shows care and respect to their guests makes it a cozy, homy place to stay.

Another thing I appreciate greatly is that this hotel actually "rewards" guests with a 5-USD coupon on a daily basis (redeemable for food) when you decide to go eco-friendly (reuse your towels and no need to change sheets and pillow cases... Etc). So not only do you feel good about being environmental friendly, you also get financial credits for doing it.

This is definitely my to-go hotel whenever I'm in town!!
