We arrived in Savannah on a Saturday afternoon and were quite happy to find 2 rooms available at a reasonable price in a great location. They had advised us they had just undergone a $5 million dollar renovation -- the rooms were clean and well appointed. We spent one night in Savannah and when we returned home my husband realized he had left his wedding band in the bathroom of our room. We contacted the hotel that evening and they could not locate his wedding band. We spent a sleepless night retracing our steps. The next morning we contacted the hotel again and they advised us they would check the room. They had an entire crew check the room and to our astonishment located the ring.
The staff was very accomadating from the moment of our arrival, provided insight regarding local information and most courteous and friendly through our subsequent phone calls.
We look forward to a return visit to this hotel as well as Savannah, GA.

Horrible motel.  Housekeeping was the worst!  "making the bed" consisted of throwing the bedspred up.. not straightening it or really making the bed.  Towels were not replenished. One day they picked up the towels off the floor and rolled them back up and put them in the bathroom like they were new but they were damp and wrinkled from our morning showers.  Another day there were no towels at all in the room!.. When we called down to the desk to find out why they just said "oh, we're doing laundry.. we'll get some to you later".  Front desk also thought it was a riduculous request that we wanted an ice bucket liner when they threw the old one out.  Customer service was very lacking and the worst housekeeping I've ever seen.  The only nice thing about the place is the location.. and they new-er furniture.  I don't even mind the exterior doors (although they don't really point that out on their site).  The place has potential but it is run so poorly it's ridiculous.  There are plenty of other hotels (and motels) in the same area (same block even) that are much better from the looks of them.  I have also stayed at the Courtyard in that same area.. it was a million times better!

I enjoyed my experience at the Promenade, except I thought it was weird that they charged us extra to park our car there while we were paying to stay in a room. I THINK THAT IS LAME! Otherwise, its reasonablly priced, especially for the location. Its just around the corner from W. River St, and near City Market. One of our nightly walks consisted of crusing down to Wet Willies, getting a Call a Cab to go and then sitting on a bench on the waterfront, drinking and listening to bluegrass street performers.   Back to the hotel. The rooms are very clean and well decorated, it was recently renovated.  We had a giant king size bed with lots of pillows and a big flat screen tv. Also the bathrooms are very nice, with alot of counter space and big mirrors.  I appreciated the refrigerator in the room so we could have cold water.  We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the pool was fun to jump in after a morning walk around downtown Savannah. We walked to all the different squares, and admired the trees and beautiful houses. Savannah is so pretty. There is alot to explore.

lovely place, bland exterior but cozy inside with fake plants and typical hotel furnishing.  nicely organized nonetheless and really quite pleasant lobby.

the rooms too are very pleasant and clean and amenities great. shit did I forget to leave a tip. I just remember now.....i am so ashamed!!! but that's what happen when you had a sleepless night before getting up at 5am to catch bus to airport....i couldn't even remember my mom's name....at that time...

anyway, very nice people. lovely place.
you should go there!!

yes there is still construction going on, and when we checked in and went up to our room they were ripping the molding off the windows, so we went back down and they sent us up to another room so we get there and someone was working in there! tired, after our trip down we kind of kicked the guy out. The hotel is nice and their renovations are coming along well. this hotel is located right by the other 4-5 star hotels in town and is about a 2-3 minute walk to the river front which really comes in handy if you've been hitting up all the bars there. you can pretty much walk all of the historic district from this hotel and we didn't use our car the whole time besides to go over to Tybee Island the concierge was more than helpful and such a sweet sweet southern lady! ( YAY Mrs. Mary!!!), and they have a computer in the lobby as well for people without computer access who need to look up directions. This hotel is great for it location to river street as well as the historic district.

I was surprised by the quality of this hotel. From the outside it has the look of the old motor inns that dot the highways but the room was as well appointed as the higher quality brands that surround it. The rate was a remarkable bargain compared to surrounding hotels (well under $100 even with the additional $10 fee for parking) and the location in Savannah's historic district was stellar with easy access to a welth of great places to eat.

A NOTE TO BEST WESTERN: It's time to create a premium brand. This is twice that I have been surprised by the quality of one of your properties. I was hesitant to drive into the parking lot because I expected the old Best Western but found instead a new product. Holiday Inn Express? W by Westin? You are a new brand. Time to reflect it.

They're currently renovating, which means rates are cheaper, the outside is uglier, and between about 10am and 5pm there's some construction noise. For the actual room, it was not an issue.

One thing that really impressed me was how damn soft the towels were. Maybe i stayed in Motel 6 too much in my road tripping days, but Promenade's towels were lovely and very white and soft.

My room was clean, the beds were soft but not saggy, the pillows were fluffy, and housekeeping respected my 'Do Not Disturb' tag. The only weird thing was the plastic fake brick on one of the walls in the room, i'm not sure why they wasted money on it because it looked pretty bad.

There's free wi-fi, but it's slow.

Supposedly there's also a free hot breakfast buffet, but due to construction they were offering a cold brown-bag breakfast that contained a muffin, a little tub of yogurt, and an apple. This was especially unappetizing, as the bags were not refrigerated, so by 9am the yogurt was probably pretty nasty.

The yogurt knocks a quarter star off, the fake brick is another quarter star deduction, and the remaining half star deduction is for the fact that when i woke up at 7:something each morning, i had to leave the faucet in the tub running for 10 minutes before the water got remotely hot. It was especially uncool the morning i overslept.

Awful, we could not sleep because of several drunk guests.  Not the friendly kind of drinking, but the angry aggressive kind.  The hotel says it has security but they must have called in sick that night because there were several arguments in the parking lot, and in the rooms. It was the most disturbing experience.  In the morning I did see that the room came with a white noise machine, so apparently this happens often, but we should have been told to use it.  Don't waste your money there are much better places to stay. Also, the room smelled like mold.

The bottom of the bunch... they try their best but it's an old 'open balcony' style motel with updated furnishings. Someone drops something in one room and it's felt and heard in EVERY adjoining room. And the doors to the room leak air allowing small 'flat-winged' flying insect to get in... and annoyingly  fly around all the lamps. But the price is slightly lower than all of the much newer hotels nearby. and guaranteed they will be fill- up, so if you thought you'd want to stay here call beforehand.

We picked this place from a billboard on I-75. We lucked out. The price was right, the bed was king-sized, the tv a flat-panel 30". The renovations must be finished because we saw no trace of that. The room was typical size, but the bathroom was nice and roomy, with a huge mirror, marble on the floor and tub wall, and fancy maroon wallpaper; the overall effect looked '5-star', even if it is structurally a motel. Nice fluffy white towels and lots of 'em. I agree about the ugly beige fake brick walls in the bedroom, but the lamps were way cool, with on-off rocker switches and a grounded outlet on the base. I didn't have to search for an outlet to plug in my laptop or phone charger, usually the case in other motels.

The Promenade is in the northwest corner of town, a short walk from the River Street / Bay Avenue attractions. The wi-fi was a little slow but it worked better than my DSL at home, go figure. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Unlike a previous reviewer, we were not charged to park our car, but given a notice that a fee would be charged for more than one car per room. I would stay at The Promenade again.

Savannah itself is a bit seedier in general that I would have thought. Granted, it is a very old city, so most of the buildings in town are not new. Some are renovated, some not. In the River Street area there were several men who appeared to be homeless, just sitting around quietly. You could tell they had not bathed, had a haircut, changed clothes nor had regular meals in a while. That kind of thing is unfortunate for those people, and never makes a city 'inviting', but then what city doesn't have that nowadays, sadly.

Yelp find!!!

Erica R. and I were in Florida and at the last minute we decided we wanted to stay the night in Savannah instead of driving all day to North Carolina. I went on yelp and found this little beauty. Booked it on the spot.

The Good:
-great price
-great location, right in the historic district near the river front.
-easy to find
-newly remodeled rooms with flat screen tv and comfortable beds
-nice big bathroom
- friendly staff... got to love that southern hospitality!
-very good contiental breakfast

The Bad:
-noisy
-small hotel rooms (not really a bad nor a good thing)
-big spider on my pillow (not a fan of spiders!)

Overall, I would stay here again if ever in Savannah, Georgia!

NOTE: If you're looking for a place with a big "Promenade" on the front, you may be confused at first. This is actually a Best Western, so look for that and you're golden. The word "Promenade" is on a mini wall at the Southwest corner of the parking lot.

That said, this is a very nice, clean, and friendly place to stay if you're in Savannah's Historic District. I can't say I'm a fan of the price range, but then again it's in the middle of everything and right near the City Market area.

Be warned though - the walls between rooms are VERY thin and not at all soundproof. You can hear low-key conversations, let alone yelling (and if you're unfortunate as I was, loud, bad sex). I had to call the front desk numerous times to get the people next door to quiet the hell down at 2 in the morning. At least the receptionist was sweet and prompt about it. So keep that in mind if you don't want people to overhear your conversations (or sex).

It's a bit of a walk if you want to visit the South and Eastern parts of the city like Forsyth Park, but there's a nice walk along River Street just a hop North from the hotel where you can find a bunch of neat (though tourist-focused) shops. I wouldn't walk around the city at night though...many of the streets are dark and kinda creepy, and very few people are out. I'd be extra careful, just in case.

Back on topic: Overall I'd say the staff certainly made a good impression. I'd recommend the place to someone who doesn't mind the price. And thin walls. :p

Oh, and they get extra points because you can keep your car in the parking lot until 5pm on the day you check out, in case you want to do any last minute sightseeing.

I wish there was a way to place 0 stars for this hotel. Rooms smell like wet dog and moved to another room, same smell and not very clean. Beds are old and disgusting. This is not worthy for the plus hotel they advertise. I've never paid for parking at a BW. The price was the same as the Westin that is a 5 star resort hotel I had to cancel the rest of my stay and move to the Westin. Staff acted like they didn't care but, at least the manager comped the room and followed up by email. Just don't stay here....

I was expecting a cheap beat up motel. That was not the case at all with this place.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great as well.

All in all the price was right and the place was nice. We also got our Shih Tzu with us, he was able to stay in the room for only $20 (per stay) unlike the Marriott which charges $70 for my little tiny pooch to come along!

Free wi-fi and coffee in the room. Oh and they also have breakfast (I didn't wake up for it)

I stayed here for four nights while in Savannah over Christmas of 2011. FIrst, I'll talk about the bright points. The hotel included a complimentary continental breakfast. The bathroom was awesome and the location could not be beat. However, despite an the excellent bathroom, the room was very dated (circa 1987). It just looked cheap (as the bathroom looked expensive).

The staff was friendly but inflexible. We requested a standard room unaware that it would include 2 beds. Myself and my partner do not need two beds, but they told us that a change was non-negotiable. The hotel has not interior stairs which leaves your room vulnerable to a bugs (even at Christmas!).

They charged $10 per day for parking which seems odd given that the hotel is designed like a traditional motel (no interior walls, low rise, surrounded by a parking lot). Motels always have free parking (motel = "motor hotel"). I am of the opinion that you shouldn't charge for parking if you don't have interior hallways. I don't like the moniker Best Western "Plus" as there were more minuses than pluses. It wasn't a bad experience, but I didn't feel like I got a premium quality stay.

-NOISY (my room was on the back side/facing River St, so maybe the front is better)
-Entire fitness center was out of order
-Could have been cleaner (there was still an empty Bud Light bottle in the room when we arrived)
-$10/day parking (although, I'll take that charge for the location since we never had to move the car)

Overall, my experience was fine here. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the room, nor did we want to break the bank, so I felt this place served its purpose.

We stayed in a first floor room facing Bay Street for 3 nights. The free internet, continental breakfast and location are all great - but it was SO noisy. I see this (ie: noisiness) is a frequent complaint in reviews for this hotel. Let me extrapolate... every morning around 2-3 AM - it was as if we were on the set of Fast and the Furious - engines being gunned, tires squealing... all that was missing was Vin Diesel and Paul Walker (and then maybe it would've been worth it!).

Way better than I expected. AMAZING location, super easy for walking. A good amount of parking. The room was pretty large, had a wonderful bathroom, and was still a bit cute and fit with the historic Savannah area. Also there was a fridge, breakfast, and the pet fees weren't too hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated a bit. Great hotel for the price, especially around a busy July 4th.

This place was great! Stayed here this past weekend as part of my 24-hour trip to Savannah, GA. The location was great, near city market, and right smack in between congress and river street - everything was in walking distance so we didn't have to use our car once! The room was clean, the beds comfortable and there was free coffee, wifi and a continental breakfast! Definitely worth the $115 we paid - also the parking was cheaper than anywhere else we could find in the area.

I have to say that the best part of this hotel is the STAFF. Everyone was so wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to help make sure we had a blast. Kyle M. was such a great, funny host - we had never been to Savannah before so he made sure we had all the information we needed, helped us schedule the trolley tour (and you get a discount!) and gave us information on where the best nightlife/pub crawls are along with the best coffee shop/candy shops in the area. Kudos to Kyle, you made our weekend awesome! Thanks!!!

The only downside was how noisy it was at night but then again, it was the weekend before halloween and there were a TON of people out - I was up until about 4am with how loud the street noise. That's the only reason this review gets 4 stars instead of 5.

Where to begin.....well, the $12 a day parking fee (soon to be $15) that we weren't made aware of until we got home and checked our bank account. Paper thin walls, lots of noise from the people on either side of us. Room wasn't properly cleaned, there were used tissues under the bathroom countertop visible as soon as we walked into the room. Morning breakfast was dominated by a bus load of students on a tour, no room to sit. We won't be back. It is true...you get what you pay for. We were on a romantic weekend getaway, this experience didn't help.

Not bad for a holiday weekend. It's not the nicest of the ones available, but it was also not haunted (good or bad, depending what you are looking for). It is still quite walkable to the downtown life, even to the riverfront. It was clean though a little older. I wasn't a fan of the closet like double doors for the bathroom, which offered very little privacy. The bathtub drain was very slow and even after maintenance was called, there wasn't a large improvement.
The parking was tight, but there were adequate spaces. Saw the tow truck come and remove at least one vehicle so they're serious about displaying your hotel parking permit. The rooms in the back are still quite noisy when horse drawn carriage routes through the back alley. You can hear pretty much any voice walking by, and the walls are thin (bring ear plugs, or just make sure you have a fun night out so you're so exhausted you can sleep through it all).
Never made it to the breakfast- seemed like the hours were quite limited 7-10am and the coffee in the room was fairly terrible (sorry wolfgang puck coffee pods aren't that great)

During my stay at this hotel I saw with my own eyes a bed bug! Please do not stay at this hotel, it has bed bugs, despite what the hotel manager will tell you! Also, our room was extremely dirty when we got there. Thankfully, we were only staying one night, and as soon as I saw the bed bug we left. I had to throw away my suitcases and get my clothes professionally cleaned.

This hotel is in a great location so you can really walk to everywhere. The rooms are not large but are clean and pleasant. They charge an additional $15 a day for parking. Breakfast was fine and all the staff were helpful and friendly - good value for the price.

Stayed here for four nights over Christmas. We arrived at 1pm on Christmas and a room was ready. I requested a room on a high floor on the back side of the hotel, and we only got the high floor part. Luckily we had ear plugs as we knew in advance that noise could be an issue.
Our room had 2 double beds, both were springy and small and not that comfy. The bathroom was large, clean, and well lighted. The entire room was clean and kept clean by housekeeping the entire stay. Our room was decorated in a style that matched the area and ours had exposed brick walls and ceiling beams, so that added to the feel.
The breakfast in the morning isn't great (coffee, juice, sausage, "eggs," toast, bagels, pastries) and ends at 9:30a, you're better off going to a nearby restaurant.
Parking isn't a problem, we always found a spot day or night.
It is in the historic district, but it's on the edge close to City Market. Overall the hotel is a great value.

We got this deal through groupon.  When we first arrived it took forever to check in.  Parking sucks!  We parked the car and some homeless lady came up to us saying she was hungry so we offered her our leftovers which she denied and asked for cash.
We finally got to our room where we had no toilet paper and when we called the front desk they told us to go get it from them.  
I'll give them a star because the room was tidy but the horrible customer service!!

Had a horrible experience here.  The room was dirty and  there were  mosquitos and insect carcasses in the bathroom.  It was quite the necropolis.  The staff was unpleasant.   The area is also sketchy at night.  No security guards in the parking lot and I actually had to tell an unsavory character to buzz off after looking inside my car.

Do NOT recommend!  All of the bad reviews I read were correct.  Walls are paper thin, every time someone flushes a toilet in this motel, you hear it.  The rooms on the back side of the motel are facing warehouses and a bar that has a sign at the entry way... Where girls come to dance on the pole and bar... Right there I knew this was not a place I wanted to stay, but 24 hour cancellation policy.  When we checked in I asked about the safety of walking around and over to river walk, the hotel clerk said it was very safe and then handed us a letter from the hotel talking about safety precautions in this area.  I have NEVER received a letter like this checking into any hotel.  Do not stay here.  There are closer hotels to the Riverwalk.  Learn from my mistakes and read the reviews before booking this motel.  I thought they were over dramatic, but they were spot on.  Horrible night sleep and not worth it if you had plans to take a tour, but are too exhausted due to lack of sleep... So disappointed!!!!!!

Everything was great about the place...UNTIL I left! And noticed that I was covered head to toe in BED BUG BITES!! Not cool. Now I have to make sure I didn't bring any home with me..after I go to the doctor. Can't believe I paid them to leave with a huge problem on my hands and red bites all over my body. And their response when I called to inform them of it, "we'll look into it." Thanks a lot, Best Western. :-(

ALSO..my friend stayed in the room next door and suffered the same thing! These were not outdoor bugs, and the doctor confirmed that they were indeed bed bug bites.

DISCLAIMER: I stayed in this hotel July 2014 for a wedding and have decided to write this review as a result of lack of hotel action.

I stayed in this hotel for a wedding. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. However, upon departure I left my garment bag with 5 articles of clothing in the closet of the hotel room. Once I arrived to Atlanta, I realized I left the items in the hotel and called and spoke to a representative that stated she would check with the morning staff to see if my garment bag was found because it was not in the lost and found. When I called the next day to check, the staff stated that no garment bag was found in the room.

After weeks of phone tag, I finally spoke with management which stated that no garment bag was found and made a point to say people lost "expensive" items that were returned by staff and could not understand why my garment bag was not.  He stated IF it was left, it would have also been returned, insinuating I was lying. While I believe in supporting your employees, client concerns should also be important and investigated, especially if they are calling everyday, multiple times a day.

I filed a police report, contacted the corporate office and repeatedly checked to see if my items showed up, which they never did. Even worse, the corporate office NEVER followed up with my concerns.

I say all this to say watch your personal belongings if you choose to stay in this hotel. While I erroneously left my items, I expected to find them exactly where I left them and they were not there. Staff here STEAL and LIE and there is no system of accountability for customer concerns. I will NEVER stay at another Best Western based on this stay in Savannah and how they address customer concerns.

Meh in between on Best Western.  I find it hard to believe there's no early check in at noon for the place.  I purchased my room on priceline for 2 nights because it was cheaper and because it was on Bay St in the historic district.  It was a room and all I really needed was a bed.  The bathrooms were more up to date than the bedrooms I felt like.  There was a fridge which was appreciated, although in the bathroom, a fitness center and a pool.  Staff was pleasant

Cons: $15 for parking a night when you're parking by yourself, they only put one night one my parking pass when I was there for 2, doesn't fit in with the rest of Historic District and looks run down from the outside.  $15 for over priced for parking.

Great location.  This was our first time in Savannah we were just driving through and had our dalmatian with us.  This was one of the only hotels we found.  The room was clean and breakfast had a good selection of food.  The downside is that it is a little loud since the street it is on is somewhat busy.  But that was only around the 1am time.  The staff was very friendly.  If you have a dog with you this is a great place.

I spent several days at the Best Western Plus during my trip to Savannah. Overall I thought it was great. The location is awesome - it's right on Bay St on the western edge of the Historic District and a block from River St. It's a quick walk to City Market, River St, Lulu's Chocolate Bar, and City Hall. There are several trolley stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel as well.

The staff is really nice and accommodating - some more than others but that's anywhere. They have a really nice breakfast with fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, breads, cereals, oatmeal, grits, fruit, and yogurt. Parking was tight but I never had trouble finding a spot.

The hotel is older and the amenities aren't exactly top of the line - but it was fine for me. The pool is small and so is the deck around it. If 6-7 people are there it starts to feel cramped.  I know others have commented on the noise level - but I didn't notice anything overt. Our room was facing the river. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool - and at night we usually slept with just sheets because of that. None of these things had a significant impact on my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Savannah.

I stayed here recently while visiting Savannah and while the city is fantastic, this hotel could use some work. The location is good, although there are plenty of other hotels in the historic district that are a little bit closer to most of the action. That is, however, a minor gripe that doesn't really affect the 2* rating.

The main issue is that the hotel itself feels somewhat run down: the decor in the rooms is pretty awful, the lighting is poor, and worst of all, there is virtually no soundproofing. I stayed on the third floor and could hear almost everything that happened on the street, in the parking lot, and obviously right outside the room. Every time housekeeping came by with a cart, it was like somebody was bowling right outside the room. Also, I was woken up after 1am each night by drunk people stumbling home to their rooms. It was so loud that it sounded like they were standing outside the room with the door open. This was incredibly annoying. I've never stayed anywhere with such poor insulation between the room and the outside world.

On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accommodating with regard to early check in and late check out.

Overall, I wouldn't even consider staying here again, as there seem to be plenty of other hotels in the area. They may be a little more expensive (or maybe not), but it's definitely worth spending the little bit of extra money to stay somewhere else if you can afford to do so.

Don't let the "plus" tacked on at the end of the name fool you here...this place is a motel. While it wasn't all bad, there were a few things that really bugged me (not literally) about my stay here. So here we go.

The Good: The staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I called housekeeping twice, and both times they responded quickly and were very courteous about it. The guy at the front desk also seemed nice. The room was also very clean, so no complaints there. It's also in a great location, within walking distance of most things in the historic district of Savannah. This was awesome, as it saved a lot of hassle trying to track down parking spaces in a city setting, which is one of my least favorite things.

The Bad: Speaking of parking, if you book here, be aware that they are going to charge you $15 A DAY to park in the private lot that Best Western owns and is exclusively marked for guests' use only. I could understand if it was a public parking deck or metered or something like that, but it wasn't. Never in my life have I heard of something so ridiculous. And the more I think about it, the more annoyed I get. So let's move on.

Also, if you book here, be prepared that it is going to be noisy. In fact, at check in, they pass out a little letter from the general manager, talking about how due to the hotel being on a "party street", they can't offer refunds if you are displeased with the noise level. Which, again, is pretty ridiculous. Welcome to Savannah...they'll give you a refund if your room is "haunted", but not if you don't like a bunch of noisy drunks creating a ruckus outside your room at 3 AM.

I almost would have preferred loud drunks to what I ended up with...which was a room on the end beside the pool. As I mentioned before, this is a motel, as in it has no interior walkways and the doors open directly out onto the parking lot. This meant that from about lunchtime until dinner, I was treated to the constant, melodic screaming of children in the pool right outside my room. I don't know if the walls are just made out of paper, or if those particular children were just specially gifted in the lung department, but it was constant, and it was loud. Also, there is a gate that leads into the pool area which apparently has no sort of spring mechanism to keep it from slamming. So it was slammed, repeatedly, throughout the day. And when I say slammed, I mean like it's a good thing I don't suffer from some kind of PTSD, because every time it sounded like a rifle shot.

So, in other words, forget being able to nap or relax in any way in your room on your vacation.

The Ugly: That's really it. The rooms were actually decorated very nicely, so that's something at least. But you may have to specially request a shower curtain, for some baffling reason.

Anyway, for the price point and the location, this is probably a good deal, as long as you are aware of the few caveats beforehand (which I wasn't, but now you are). I doubt I'll be returning.

The hotel is a nice, normal hotel. It's not super fancy, but the rooms are nice and very clean. The location is perfect. You can walk to everywhere you want to be.

The highlight of our stay was the concierge, Mary. She told us everything we should see, where it was and the best game plan for seeing it all. We took a trolley tour and she had them pick us up right in front of the hotel. Without her recommendations, our trip probably wouldn't have been as nice.

Don't go to the gas station across the street, just don't haha we went and the chocolate milk was expired and it was definitely an interesting environment.

Their mottos: Best Western Cares. NOT!

The minute we entered the hotel, I start counting how much they cared:
1. Customer Service, not friendly.
2. Parking lot VERY DIRTY. Can't they even sweep the litters found under the cars?  I'm not talking about leaves!
3. The towel holder in our bathroom, screws loose. When a made put in new towels, neatly folded them like baskets, doesn't she know the towel holder MOVES & CREEKS?
4. We have shutters in our bedroom windows, and double wooden doors in our bathroom, Savannah style. I like that!  So, they care a little bit!

Wi-Fi slow!  I should make it 2 stars, but wait until I update after we've had breakfast.
UPDATE:  Breakfast not enough fruits to choose from.  They have fresh apples & oranges.  The bathroom, I keep forgetting there's a small fridge under the bathroom counter, and I keep stabbing my toes there!  Ouch!
