We stayed here looking for a cheap alternative to the pricy downtown hotels. Was only in town for 1 night for a wedding. It was nice, nothing fancy but great for a place to sleep. The room was clean and the service was nice. Biggest only thing I can complain about is that we could not check in early to get ready for the wedding, had to wait until 3 and then ended up missing the ceremony. No frills but would stay again if I was just looking for a place to sleep and not spend a lot. It was only a $13 cab ride to the downtown area.

Customer service is awful! People were complaining about bugs, water damage and smells. Decided to do a shift change and make customers wait for check in.

Why do I even have to give a star? Absolutely disgusting and the worst place that I have ever checked into. It was SO bad that we left. There was no way I was sleeping in their room!

The biggest issue was being put in a smoking room. The establishment blamed this on Expedia, when I asked for the room to be switched the rude receptionist said no. She claimed there was no availability even though Expedia was showing that there was availability. The girl offered to spray the room, really? Like the smoke was prevalent on the whole second floor. I can't think of why there are hotels that allow smoking at all.

We ended up finding another place to sleep and had to forfeit the money we had paid but I would rather that than to stay in a dump. When I dropped off the keys there was no apology no paperwork, nothing. I will be sure to rate on Expedia and everywhere else because this was outrageous!!

This was a nightmare hotel eperience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad that I wanted to leave, but since I took a shower as soon as I got there they said they would charge me full price any ways. My cloths and luggage smelled like the room for 48 hours after I left. The comforter had holes in it, the chair had holes in it, the  shower was painted and was peeling.
I talked to the manager the next day and he said he never had complaints on the room and there was nothing he could do.
DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not worth it.

For the price I paid, this is the best hotel I have ever been to. It was roughly 35$ per night. The TV worked , the bed was clean and everything looked new. That exceeded my expectations.
