      This was the worst motel I have stayed in.  We use to stop here on way to Florida and it wasn't that bad.  Really nice resturant attached.  However this last trip down was the last time we will ever stay here.  Bugs all over.  Carpet torn, carpet was very dirty and the place needs some repairs. Don't stay here until they remodel again. The best thing about this is the resturant.  Super 8 is across the road and Ten times nicer.  We will stay there from now on.

      I wouldn't even give this place one star. When arriving to my 55$ room all the way from NY - a cockroach was waiting to escort me inside.  There was old pee on the toilet seat - I would have rather peed in a cup like my cousin decided to do. We were there for all of an hour - dead bugs on the floor - what felt like fleas on the bed - broken ass AC with stank comin out and when we opened our eyes after 40 seconds of attempting to sleep a roach was in the corner smoking my newport. 1 hour later were back in the car to make it down to south  Florida  scratching all the way home !  Save yourself the itch sleep somewhere else with ya bitch.

      Most disgusting motel I have ever stayed at. Avoid at all cost. The A/C was not on in the room so it was 85 inside and it does not get the room cold at all. First room that was issued to me was infested with fleas. Everything about the place was disgusting, from the main lobby to the rooms.

      The most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
      Just remembering it I gag.

      When I pulled off I-95 and a flashing LED sign advertised a rate $15 cheaper than I'd gotten through hotels.com , I figured I was in for a treat. It's a fucking South Georgia Econo Lodge with a Perkins attached to it...I wasn't expecting the Ritz. I half-expected to roll up on a meth deal upon check in, and that would've been fine.

      But I didn't roll up on a meth deal. Because no self-respecting meth dealer or user would hole up in this cesspool.

      My first room smelled like the kind of nursing home you'd see on a Dateline expose. The bedspread was torn, and, even better, there were dead spiders on the mattress. The second room smelled more like an interstate Econo Lodge should: air conditioner mold, black n' mild smoke, and Lysol.

      There were hairs in the bed of room #2. Repugnant.

      I just...fuck it. I have my own blanket. I can get through this.

      I have stayed at cheaper places that were far cleaner and that had working amenities.

      * The pool was disgusting. On checkout we were told "it's being fixed today".
      * First room had a broken Air Conditioner. Second room, AC unit never made the room cold, just kept it from being 95 degrees.
      * Ice machine was broken.
      * TV didn't work until I pulled out the cabinet, crawled behind, and plugged it into a different outlet.
      * Girl at the front desk could not have cared less about any of these things.
      * The maid in the t-shirt and leopard print stretch pants was a nice touch.

      The hospitality pledge posted in the room that states "we'll make it right or we'll pay for that part of your stay" is a joke.

      Great motel! Recently remodeled (according to staff) nice fixtures and bed. Our room actually had a small sofa and seating area. Probably the best motel you can get for $55. The only downfall is there is no elevator. They also have a free breakfast. Great value.
