Our room was pretty dank and musty and the air conditioning unit was rattly and kept the room at very inconsistent temperatures. It was difficult to stay comfortable - you were either freezing or sweating. Aside from the ambience, the room wasn't bad, but not really what I have come to expect from a Marriott brand. If we're ever back in the area I'll try the SpringHill Suites across the road.

My family has stayed here twice on trips south to Disney World. We've had two great experiences and would stay here again.

The check-in staff are wonderful and accommodating. At the check-in desk there were free cookies too. Mmmm!

They initially put us on the 2nd floor, but I usually ask for the ground floor. This hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, so we like to be close to it, since my daughter loves to swim and I like to enjoy the jacuzzi to loosen tired muscles. The clerk took the time to go down the hall and make sure a 1st floor room was available.

My daughter was sleeping on the pull out sofa in our room, but there wasn't any linens or blankets. I found most hotels already had these items in a closet in the room, but I had to ask for them here. The staff were quick to supply these items upon request.

If you need to access they internet, they have a PC in the front lobby for this purpose. However, I use their free WiFi internet on my laptop, which works great.

The free breakfast is filling and nice. They have yogurt, bagels, juices, cereals, and much more. This beats those old style continental breakfasts at other hotels, where you got coffee and stale doughnuts (if you got there first).

It is a nice place to stay and easy access to I-95.

Although this hotel offers a clean and inexpensive (for Marriott) room in an extremely convenient location (immediately off I-95), the quality of this building does not meet Marriott standards.  The walls are paper thin.  I could hear my neighbors having a normal conversation until 1am when I called the front desk to complain.  I could hear every footstep above me and every door being shut.  The car/truck traffic outside was quite noticeable.  The heating/cooling system in each room is old style with controls on the unit, no thermostat on the wall.  The furniture seems updated -- plenty of convenient power sockets everywhere -- but the rooms are on the small side.  In a Fairfield Inn, each room generally has one comfortable stuffed chair for sitting.  There's no room for a large chair so instead the have a thin chair.  It doesn't look comfortable but I didn't even try it.  I wish the room had been stocked with more than two towels.  The night clerk was forgettable, neither rude nor friendly.

Had a great stay.  Looks like the whole property may have been recently renovated, so everything is new, clean, comfortable,  and up to date.

The best thing about the property though is the people.  Was checked in and assisted throughout the evening by a great guy named Ty and the morning shift was also nice and helpful.

I loved the layout of the King studio/suite. It is very open, and I had 2 flat screen TVs, a nice office desk, and a large 3-seater sofa. The mini-fridge could be better, and the A/C unit wasn't the most efficient. The king sized bed was really worn out as well. The view from the window overlooks the lake behind the hotel. They say there is a 10 foot alligator in there, but he tends to keep to himself. Crosswinds golf course is right behind that lake. The breakfast is good, it is a typical buffet/help yourself deal, but there is a very limited option of fruit (just apples wrapped in cellophane). The worst part of the experience? I had to get rid of 6 millipedes in my room. They were on the ceiling and on the bathroom floor. I have no clue where they are entering the room, but I have to deduct 3 stars for this. Had it been millipede-free, I'd say this hotel is worthy of a solid 4 star rating.

Very friendly staff. Worth the stop and the price is very reasonable. Free breakfast, parking and wifi. Pool and jacuzzi are small but good enough for kids.

Pretty good hotel for the buck.  Location is superb right off I-95.  Surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, and free parking.  Rooms were average.  Indoor pool  Staff was very nice, helpful and attentive.  Tucked right behind a Houlihans (good spot for dinner and drinks) and to the right of a Cracker Barrel (the go to spot for breakfast).  The continental breakfast wasn't all that, just something to sober up from the previous night.  Kind of had me not feeling well.  Somewhere between 3 and 4 stars but for the price, location, free parking, other venues close by, i will bump it up to a 4th star.

It's a standard Fairfield Inn. Nothing bad about the hotel, but the lady serving breakfast on the weekend was very rude. I've never been treated that way at any Marriott ever. I should have pulled the platinum status on her and reported it to the manager, but I was in a hurry to get to work.

Our stay was full of headaches.  Strange intermittent humming sound.  Could not sleep. Long blank hair in shower. No hairdryer but they did steal one from another room For us. Windows do not open so you can't get fresh air, and ac won't work if cool outside so you feel hot and stuffy all the time. Very noisy doors set up to slam loudly every time. Annoying but nice receptionist calls when you are trying to sleep to see if you like room. Nice decor.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was a perfect stay. The room was awesome. Very clean and plenty of room. The hotel is in a great location as it is right off of 95. We were 15 minutes from Savannahs River st. The hotel was extremely clean and the service was top notch. Jasmine at the front desk was EXTREMELY friendly and always smiling. She also made sure we had one of those Ooey gooey chewy cookies.  We enjoyed the excellent full breakfast everyday and the pool/jacuzzi was a plus. Free parking was also a plus and we were two minutes from Cheddars restaurant.  I would definitely stay here again.
