The property was clean, well maintained and managed however unlike most HGI's the walls were paper thin and our neighboring guests had an audible conversation until 2:30 am. We stay almost exclusively at HGI throughout the country and have never encountered this problem. A little disappointing and I have to believe it is in the construction of the hotel. Knowing this I would probably look for an alternative property next time.

The staff is great. I was greeted by name every time I passed the front desk. The room was very clean with a wonderfully comfortable bed. Large LG flat screen, cool AC, and a good workspace.

The breakfast was perfect. Cooked to order. Typical HGI selection thoughtfully prepared. Supper was good too.

There is only one restaurant within walking distance, but several within two miles.

I've stayed here many times and will many more

Pretty much your standard fare for an HGI but rooms are a little small and the bathroom door collides with the room door constantly.

Our flight got canceled, so we Pricelined a hotel and got the Hilton Garden Inn. They had a free shuttle to and from the terminal. There were cookies at check-in.The hotel was clean, with a friendly staff. Our 14-hour delay ended up being pretty painless. A good choice.

MBGrey.    We stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and thought it was very nice, so we tried to call today to book a room on our way home.  After being on hold for 8 minutes, we gave up.  Called the Hampton, still Hilton Honors, and they answered the phone.

I've stayed at a ton of HGI's in my life and this one is just as good as the next. The proximity to the Roebling Race track was the reason for my stay and I was very happy to see all of the restaurants and shops around the hotel as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were great. The picture I uploaded was from my  window when the sun was coming up. Not at all what I expected when I opened the curtains.

For a hundred beans a night this place hits the spot with free wi-fi and a great breakfast buffet.

I happen to be a fan of the Garden Inn product - you always know what you will get and it usually lives up to the expectation, sometimes even beyond. This one was very nice for a night, though not the best of the product. The room needed a little updating, but other than that, it was clean, had all the amenities, and is located nicely right off of I-95. We missed the breakfast by minutes and ended up at the waffle house right up the street, so cannot comment on the food.

We are Hilton Gold members and were automatically upgraded without asking upon registration, so that was very nice.

I used my HHonors and booked a room for a night while on vacation. This hotel treated me so good. Picked me and my family up at the hotel at 10:00pm and brought us to the hotel. We were checked in by the nicest staff. So friendly. The breakfast crew were just as friendly and the food was delicious. Great hotel and great location. Thanks so much Hilton. Love HHonors.

We really didn't want to stay here.  When it came up on Priceline, it did seem like a really good deal.  Unfortunately, driving through Savannah two hours ahead of schedule meant that we could have gotten to Florida with no problems.  However, with Priceline you can't cancel a reservation, so we were stuck.

If you have to be stuck at a hotel, this a perfectly fine one to be stuck at.  First, it is right off I-95, so it is convenient.  Second, the rooms are clean and pleasant. The staff is attentive, when we found a stain on one sheet, it was changed immediately.  The hotel features laundry facilities and a business center.  The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders can mix a good drink.  In all, it's a good place to stay.

I visit Pooler several times a year.  The hotel I was loyal to for many years was sold and is currently under renovation " for way too long in my opinion "  The past couple of trips I have stayed at other hotels in the area and have not be totally satisfied.  They were "OK" but not what I was used to.  Now don't get me wrong, I'm not a picky person and actually very easy going I just wasn't "feeling" the experience at these hotels.  That all changed when I checked into the Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday.  I cannot give this hotel enough praise!  From check-in until check-out it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.  Here are a couple of the highlights.  At check-in after looking at my I.D. the young lady working the desk realized I live in the same county where she graduated high school from, it's always nice to meet people from your hometown when you're out on the road.  Second, the service and food I received in the lobby restaurant on monday was top notch.  I had the steak with mac and cheese with a salad, definitely worth every penny I paid and to be honest it was a fair price.  Their menu is not the most expansive but that is not always a bad thing.  What they offer is a balanced one for nearly every type of person and by keeping it simple it is sure to please everyone that stays there.  Adding to my comments on dining, as far as I know, this is the only hotel that actually has a dinner option for guests which is a big plus in my eyes.

With all this being said, here is the only ideas "I don't want to say faults because I'm really liking this place" I have.  The stand alone showers should have another shelve to hold shampoo bottles, etc.  I also wish the rooms had in-room safes.  Besides that I am 100% sure I will be staying here on my trip.

Clean.  Clean. Clean.  Clean. Clean.  Clean.......  it's not a 5-star resort... but this place is decent, clean, convenient, safe and inexpensive.  Lots of parking.  Easy checkin. Comfy beds and pillows.  Clean room,  shower and bathroom. Plus. .. FREE BREAKFAST!

I was only here for a quick trip, but in my post airport haze it was easy to tell how clean and tidy this hotel is! Once getting up to the room, it was extremely spacious. Breakfast was yummy (don't forget to check-in on yelp for a free meal!) and given it's proximity to very little, the nightlife is fun! Grab a beer and hang out for a little, there's nothing else to do around here at night except watch HBO (free in your room)! The customer service was alright and conjures up the phrase "southern hospitality" to a tee unless you want a free water bottle.

To sum it up - this hotel isn't exceptional. But because of the sheer amount of hotels in the area, this hotel has to distinguish itself or die. And I don't see a funeral coming any time soon.

One of the best hotel experiences in a very long time. This place is hands-down the best option for hotel outside of Savannah. It's about 10 miles from the city and in an area of what I like to call hotel row because there were at least 10 popular hotels all next week. Entering this hotel was like an oasis in the desert. The decor alone was a big selling point for me and I didn't feel like I was in anything less than a four star hotel. The fact that they offered free breakfast to helpers that check in which all of the reviews here as well as on hotels.com and trip advisor have said it is excellent was an awesome perk. This hotel offer free Wi-Fi and Ace nice looking gym and business center. Our room was superclean there wasn't much of a view on the second floor but that wasn't a big deal for us. As long as the bed is comfortable in their adequate channels and free Wi-Fi that's all that matters to me. The breakfast and dining area was very very nice and they had a chef on staff that cooked ready to order waffles and omelettes anyway you like it. Will definitely be staying in this hotel again. Also if you bill your breakfast to your room if you decide to stay more than one night you get a 50% off discount on breakfast so you're only pay $5
