This hotel is outside of downtown Savannah, so it was a lot cheaper than some of the other places we looked at.  The place is NICE though- extremely clean, and very colorful inside.  Crazy colors and patterns, fun light fixtures, I loved it.  The room was really nice- very nicely decorated, nice big tv, very cool bathroom, and the biggest bed I have ever seen! I swear 10 people could have slept on that thing, haha.

They also provided a nice, free continental breakfast in the morning.  If you don't mind being a short drive outside of downtown, this is a great place!

As some of the readers on here read I had heard about this place it was close to the Highway and a pretty good rate so I made a reservation on the way to St Augustine then.... it all went down hill.

First I tried to make a reservation online and I got a error AFTER I PUT MY CREDIT CARD INFO IN . So the site said call and I did so I checked on everything no problem until I said "when will I get my confirmation" They said yes here is the number .... I asked when would I get it in witting they said " In a short time"

I waited and waited more, than a week went by and nothing I called and asked where is my confirmation they said "Mr Patel the manager will send it" and I waited nothing !!!I am sorry I do not know the person who gave me the numbers and I can make up numbers also 123456 ( not saying that they did) so whats the problem that person may not be working there next week.

So I decided to cancel the reservation so I called and told them what I wanted they said here is the cancellation number... again nothing in writing . I called 3 times since and asked for the manager they always ask my name and come back to the phone after about 30 seconds and say" he is not here " Seems like they are screening the calls.

Still nothing in writing I asked the last call do you not have internet? And was hung up on

I would stay AWAY FROM this place something is going on that does not seem the same as any " other Hotel"
I have not stayed at this Hotel but, I do not think I will and hopefully Hopefully they do not charge my credit card

We got a suite for a deal...yep, what a deal. The toilet seat was broken,  shower door sticks, you need someone to get you out or you have to kick it open. The shower floor is in a slippery slope. No towel holders which is the least of the problems.
On a good note, the room was big, big bed. Would I stay here again...only if I had to.

My family of 13 stayed at the Sans Boutique Hotel 8/12-8/14/2013  This place was clean and it never smelled of anything but clean. We did not get to the breakfast because we chose to eat out. I was surprised from all the bad reviews I was saying what have we gotten our selves into. Well I will disagree with the reviews that say there room was dirty and there was bugs. I hate this happened to you. I can say we were pretty satisfied. There was a couple of thing this hotel could to do make it even better.  Please get bigger sheets for the very comfortable beds. Every night they come off the bed. Please become more handicapped friendly. We had a suite nice big shower with a nice bench. No rails to hold on to or no hand held shower nozzle. We bought a hose nozzle and then put the regular one back on. My husband is an amputee. If that was in the showers it could be used for handicapped or non . And it would make it safer for everyone. No one was ever at the front desk had to ring the bell every time, but right away some one was there to help. Everyone seemed friendly. A SWIMMING POOL WOULD BE AN AWESOME THING FOR THIS PLACE.   We were told we could go to the Days Inn down the street. We went there and they were redoing the pool which is inside. Little disappointed was very warm. Like I said if this hotel made a few more changes for the better they would probably be booked all the time. The ride to Savannah is easy and was nice not to be in the hustle and bussell all the time. Was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. And we could not here ppl next to us if we were in our room ........

Stinks (and I mean that literally and metaphorically).. The family who runs that hotel seriously has some issues, and bad jean pool when it comes to growing hair. Just don't stay there. It's tacky, cheap made and the breakfast consists of flavorless coffee with bull**** stirrers. Stale muffins. No, super stale muffins. If someone threw one of there muffins at me and it connected. A bruise would be considered coming out lucky. I don't think the milk comes from a cow but I could be wrong. I could keep going on about the breakfast but I don't one loose my apatite. They have comfy beds a nice shower and tv. All sounds good right? Wrong!!! They have a major insect problem which makes those things obsolete. Like I said it stinks

This hotel is a charmer, especially considering it's the only non-chain on the block.

It's got a family vibe with a wanna-be-Vegas flare. The room was very clean and had nice amenities and quirky decorations including hand-blown vases! Also, if you've just pulled off the 95 and are looking to grab a drink in the area try the neighborhood joint, JT's Pub & Grill.

NOT a boutique hotel - I have stayed in several. It is located the end of the road hidden by almost all of the major chains.  Our suite (the only type of room available) consisted of 2 queen beds and 2 chairs.  I've stayed in much nicer places for equal or less money.  However, we were "thankful" to find anything as we were stuck:  traveling south on Valentines Day and looking for a hotel following a 2.5 hour traffic delay on 95S.  Did I mention the blob of stuff on one of the headboards that looked liked a wad of used chewing gum?

This place is not a "boutique hotel" at all. It is a mediocre motel. We got a "suite" for $140--which I consider a high price for something akin to a Comfort Inn--and the so-called suite was just a largish room with a couple of chairs and a desk. There was no counter space at all in the bathroom, although the shower was large. The TV was puny compared to most places I've stayed. There was nothing special at all about the decor and the breakfast was lousy. Glad I didn't stay more than one night.

The bed comforter was dirty like they don't clean them between customers. Our room didn't even have a do not disturb sign or TV remote. The shower was terrible and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The free breakfast was pathetic. The only good thing was the free Wi-Fi was pretty good. The rest of the hotel looked gross too. Sheet rock damage and glue spots from where signs were removed from the walls. Overall this hotel looked gross.

This a great economical hotel right off the interstate. It is family owned and they do all sorts of security checks. I love the modern decor and updated appliances. Free WiFi in all rooms. The bathrooms are beautiful, vast and very modern. The rooms are clean and they have a nice breakfast. I don't mind staying here at all. If you would like to book a room please call the hotel at the local # to avoid having a third party book your stay. Enjoy.
(The walls are a little thin but it is a cheap.)

Nice people who run it, but they are penny wise and pound foolish. Expensive,  I spent $175 with tax for one night. Bed was comfy and I slept well,  breakfast was terrible (whatever was cheapest at Wal-Mart) and ends promptly at 9am so they can save TWO dollars. Room decor was cheap with raw wood shelves in the bath only two towels and one tiny bar of soap.   Even when I asked for more I only got only one shampoo bottle. Charge an arm and leg and don't give much in return.  Bad value,  go somewhere else if you can, but will serve in a pinch.

This hotel was great. Rooms were newly remodeled and clean. My room had 2 queen beds and a large shower in the bathroom that actually had a bench you could sit down on. It was right next to an applebees and ruby tuesday. They would get more business if you could see them from the highway. The hotel is somewhat hidden behind the franchise hotels. Honestly the only thing I could say negatively about it is that there is never a person at the front desk. They stay behind a door in the back office likely passing the time on the computer. Stayed for 2 days and really enjoyed my time there.

We saw this hotel on groupon and figured why not? It was fairly priced and we just needed a place to sleep.

I will start off by saying it by no chance is a "boutique" hotel.  When we walked in there were people at the counter checking in so we waited our turn. When we did check in they needed an ID and Credit Card for the room. We didnt recive a bill or crazy charge on our card but I have seen reviews that others were. When we opened the door to our room we were suprised (in a good way). It was better then we had hoped (conisdering other reviews). I'm not by any chance saying its a Waldorf Astoria but it was terrible for $70 a night. There were 2 qeen beds, 2 chairs and otomans, dresser, desk and small TV. The bathroom was not terrible, it was clean and had fresh towls and soap. There were some "faux" added in shelves and the little hanging cabinet was missing a top but it worked. I did have a little crazy moment and check the sheets (again from previous review suggestions) and the sheets were clean. The bed itself was very comfy thou :)

My in-laws were staying there too and their room was more updated then ours and they had a better TV.

We didnt go down to breakfast put per our inlaws it was nothing to write home about and the coffee was old.

It wasn't a bad deal for $70 a night but I personally would see about the other hotels around and what their rates were before styaing here again but in a pinch or trying to be budget friendly its do-able.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! ! Most things in the room were broken. The owners are beyond rude. They make it known that they don't care for you (or their employees) they only want your money yet seem annoyed by the fact that you are there. I DO NOT recommend and will never stay here again. I would give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time or money.

The owner also made me sit outside with all of our luggage while my husband was retrieving our vehicle.
His exact words were "get your things. Get out!" ... it was 10 minutes past check out and we were the only guests in the entire hotel.

Gave it a shot and was better than I had imagined. We bought a Groupon offline for 69$ a night, for a 2 queen bed room. I have stayed at some shady hotels for the same price, but this was not one of them.  This is not the Marriot or Loews hotel, but for the price, it can not beat.

Definitely a family owned operation here, which is nice. The man checking in at the front desk was polite and quickly got us checked in.

The rooms were clean but had a mismatch of decor in the bathroom where the vanity had been broken and replaced. The tile work in the bathroom was definitely done by an amateur, but I kept reminding myself about the price. The room and bathroom was clean! The bed was super comfortable and the sheets cleaned. We wiped the room down with lysol wipes, as we normally do, to prevent bacterial contamination. The room had a weird odor at first, but was not horrific, and it quickly dissipated as the AC ran.

The continental breakfast is not impressive and we decided to eat at McDonalds. All in all for the price it was well worth it. I do recommend the owners open up a indian restaurant downstairs. We were leaving at night and they had been cooking, the whole place downstairs smelled heavenly!!!

My hubs booked this hotel on Priceline.com . Google has it at 4.4 stars so I didn't think anything of it and didn't look at Yelp until we arrived. Needless to say, I was a bit worried.
I wondered if eeadinf the reiews made me more aware of the flaws of the hotel. I tried to stay objective.
I found it to be a solid 3. Yes, there are marks on the walls here and there, discoloration on the hallway carpet but there are few hotels that don't have that.
The room was nice. I felt like the hotel, which is privately owned and not a chain, is trying to up it's looks. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom has a large shower but just a normal shower head. With all that room I was hoping for some kind of spa super shower.
We didn't make it down to the complimentary breakfast. Come on, it's Savannah! Savannah has some of the best food out there!
We found the front desk and other staff friendly. We are pretty laid back travelers. We had no major issues with our room or any extra services needed. Oh and the WiFi was pretty good, especially for being free.
Was it the best hotel? No but a fair value for what we paid. BTW we paid under $60 a night. Will we return, if needed.
The hotel could totally earn another star just by paying attention to the details most reviws have mentioned.
