Terrible. Walked in and room smelled of urine. People smoking weed in many of the surrounding rooms and outside. Extremely dirty. Had to use our own blankets because the bed was so gross. Ceiling had nasty stains. Avoid at all costs. Seriously

Comfortable for the value, with rates starting at around $45/night. Features an equipped mini-kitchen (I advise bringing your own cookware though), on-site guest laundry, and free wireless internet. Ample parking, you don't usually have to fight for space (it's only a 127 room hotel).

Check in time starts at 4pm, check out by 12pm.
If you're planning on staying a while bring more shampoo/soap. The room's supply is small.
They provide a coffee maker, but packets/tea costs 50c to $1.50.
There's a quick menu and Domino's number on the back of the room key.
They are part of the Choice Privileges reward program, you can earn nights if you register.

Decent enough for a quick stay. Room was clean but old. Includes kitchenette. Towels and sheets were clean but some stains. Shower was hot but old. Found a bug the second night.

Got the price on Hotwire.com but I've gotten nicer places for the same price. Probably not worth it.

About a 20 minute drive to historic savannah. Staff was nice.

Best for the price they charge !! Most people book it because of the notion that this is "extended stay America ".. We book through orbitz online and we actually this is " extended stay America ". Its cheap and old !! Stinky as well .. We just stayed couple of nights so it was not a big deal .. Feel like a road trip where you stay for a night !!. Bathroom is clean and wifi is there !! Window AC !! We felt bit unsafe coz at the entrance of the door is the parking...other than that its worth for the money..

Husband price lined the room. The walls were dirty, kitchen small but we didn't come to stay in the room. Bed very uncomfortable.

Booked hotel through Hotwire.  Hotel is dirty, the room smelled bad and the mattresses are worn.  We even went out and bought a blanket AND Febreeze !

The hotel was not expensive, but for another $10 you could stay at the Day's Inn down the road.

Location is not bad.  With the Truman Parkway you are in downtown Savannah in about 15 minutes.

Clientele a little sketchy.  Housekeeper still entered room even thought we had a do not disturb sign on the door.  Spend another $15 and go down the road.

UPDATE: Citibank agreed with me. There was no reservation and the money was refunded without delay. So this manager took a shot to see if could grab $60 bucks from a busy tourist and the authorities caught him. If he had done this on the sidewalk, he would be prosecuted. How is this not a crime if you do it online?

If you're on a tight budget, this may work. "Economy" is the perfect word for this hotel. I don't mind small rooms and I don't mind older hotels (for the right price of course) but cleanliness is a non-negotiable. The room was clean and the hot water was hot. That's worth 2 . The cost and location were worth 2 more , but then there were deductions.  Noise, lots of activity. My non-smoking room was next to a smoking room. Ewwwww! Filthy elevator, safe during day, not recommended at night.

Enough of the scary stuff. The staff was courteous, clean room, fast (free) wifi, decent tv with plenty of channels, AC/heater updated, and close to I95/Truman Parkway, restaurants, and shopping. Ok for a night or 2, but not my choice for "extended stay".

You get what you pay for.
