Very nice facility. Bed was awesome, but is staffed with local teenage girls who use the lobby and common areas as their personal playground. At breakfast the guests cannot hear news on t v due to the loud cackles and sharp clapping coming from the desk. It is audible from some of the rooms (mine) they simply are not concerned about anyones need for peace or sleep

Beautiful views of a marsh. Otherwise impeccable facilities. Needs a complete overhaul of staff policy!

I never would have thought I'd be able to have a very nice room, in a hotel that allowed pets. In my experience, normally pet hotels that are reasonably priced are pretty,... well, kind of nasty and I never even take off my flip flops they normally smell so bad.

Front desk staff was exceptionally nice on the phone when I called to reserve the room, and when I checked in. I had a beautiful king sized bed, with very nice linens, and a nice view.

Everything was clean, and I felt very safe walking the dogs around the border of the golf course. Only thing that kind of took me by suprise, they had no hair conditioner ;) With humity and crazy hair, a girl does need some hair conditioner.

I had a foster pup with me, and she peed in the bed as I was leaving. I called the front desk to see if I could pay any additional fee for the poor maid having to clean and launder the linens. They were so very nice and not rude or disrespectful at all! The front desk clerk just said ,"oh no, accidents happen!. I'll let our manager know and we will call you if we need to charge you an extra fee."

Overall, I look forward to making this hotel a nice stopping point for the drive down to Florida.

Comfortable beds, reasonable price, mini-fridge, microwave, free wi-fi and breakfast (waffles, cereal, etc.).  Walls seemed a little thin or all the other patrons were really loud.  When you are at a hotel, please be mindful of other guests.  Don't let your kids scream and run up and down the halls...

The hotel is located close to the Savannah airport. There is a Pub within walking distance. There was plenty of wide parking places. The hotel appeared pleasant and well kept. Upon entering our room we were hit with a fresh clean smell. The room was in fact very clean. The bed was comfortable. There was good water pressure. The amenities included free Wi-Fi that didn't require a password, a business center, a gym, etc. However, the noise level wasn't perfect. we could hear a television in another guest's room and people talking in the hallway. We also opted out of the complimentary breakfast. It consisted of typical continental offerings along with scrambled eggs and sausage. The coffee was weak

A very pleasant surprise!  The hotel was clean, the room spacious, the bed comfy, amenities higher end, good continental breakfast, internet access and the staff were friendly and professional.  Also, pet friendly!  You would never know that as everything and everywhere were kept spotless.  Will definitely return in the future!

The price was right for this room. However I've never slept worse in a hotel before. There was bright lights outside and curtains that didnt fully cover the window. The fan unit was extremely loud. But the bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Complimentary breakfast consists of fake eggs and sausage. But the hot oatmeal bar was nice.

The clerk at the front desk was very unfriendly. I got to my room, there was a dirty sock on the floor & it looked like someone had been in the bed. I called the front desk to notify them and they asked me to come back down to the front desk. I had a lot of luggage & asked if someone could bring the new room key. The clerk said sure. Five minutes later no on came and she called me back to ask the story all over again. The clerk stated that maintenance was on the way with the key card. 15 minutes later no key card. I went back downstairs with all of my things in tow. The key card had not been made. The clerk looked at me & chuckled that she was trying to get to me 30 mins later. Don't waste your time here. There are better places on the same street

The hotel was awesome, but internet was non-existent. Cleanish rooms, slack weight room, good breakfast, comfy bed, but internet was unusable. Could not even send emails from the hotel's wireless. Would not advise for any business traveler. Will not stay here again.

Nice staff and clean hotel. Only issue I had was that the hotel doesn't accept cash deposits for incidentals. We just came from Miami Beach hotel on the main strip and didn't have any issues using cash. Outdoor pool, indoor whirlpool and weight room. Nice golf course view.

This was a good clean hotel at a reasonable price.  Bed was comfy. That being said we are business travelers and the Internet did not work for us. We had to take our laptops to the parking lot of Sam Sneads restaurant to send some documents.  Hotel needs better internet !  Breakfast buffet was fine except we couldn't drink the coffee. It tasted like rubber.

We stopped here for one night on our way back to NY. Hotel was conveniently off I95, well kept, quiet, and is pet friendly (for a nominal fee).

Crystal, the hotel concierge, was very pleasant and helpful throughout the check-in process. Although they were clearly short staffed, she greeted me with a smile and took the time to review all charges and hotel amenities. Also, I was concerned the pet friendly rooms were not kept as well as the other rooms, but Crystal graciously eased my concerns. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and did not have any pet odors. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Crystal!

Stopped here on way back north to NYS with our pet cat. Was not as clean as it could have been: found some dog food (kibbles). We did not want to change rooms since our pet was already in. Very noisy: could hear person upstairs, a dog barking and doors slamming. All quieted down by 12:30am, but could hear people again at 6am. Continental breakfast was good.

Continental breakfast is good but the eggs are fake I believe. Have a good Wifi connection but sometimes it's hard to get connected due to too many redirects also Wifi is not secure. Beds are comfortable.  Shower is excellent allot of hot water.  Shuttle will take you anywhere in a 5 mile radius. Biggest issue is noise... you can hear every foot step, every door shut (the doors don't shut smoothly they slam), and every near by conversation though walls.  It seems like the pilots and flight attendants stay at this hotel so you can expect to get woken up around 0430 in the morning.  Another issue is the lights around the building as they shine right into your room and the curtains don't block all the light.  The rooms have LCD HD TVs but they have standard analog cable, pretty low quality cable.

My husband and I were looking for a affordable place to stay near Savannah. The hotel was right by the airport. We liked and felt safe with the location. The room was fine for what I would expect for the price. It seemed clean and we had plenty of room. Now for the bad part.. late evening as we were getting ready for bed I noticed a very foul smell that seemed to be coming from the hallway. I had my husband call downstairs to inform them because I was afraid it was a gas leak of some kind or a possible sewer backup. After not getting a call back from the front desk we called down again and soon later their night manager came to our door.. Said he didn't smell anything and that they had a bunch of old people check in earlier that day and that maybe I smell them.  Needless to say we were taken aback and informed the hotel manager before we left.

Stayed for two nights. Pillow top beds were GREAT. The service was above normal and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Pet friendly hotel and all staff welcomed our pup. Surprisingly quite for near the airport. Clean, clean, clean!
      Would definitely recommend.
