Very nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was friendly.  The breakfast in the morning was above expectations - there was scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread, fruit, juices, coffee, tea and milk.  We would stay here again.

The room and hotel are outdated for the price and its location. The TV is likely 15 years old and the cable signal is fuzzy on most stations. There is a big stain in the carpet of our double room on the 3rd floor. There is barely a bathroom (sink is right when you walk in door. Workout facility had out of order on the treadmill and the tv again is super old an only 14"! Lobby seems slightly updated...decor is more rural hospital vs comfort and clean. Breakfast awaits in the morning and I'm expecting standard fare or below.
Only positive of the room is that they eliminated the bed spreads thank God!

The room I was in was dirty and I found what looked like a bed bug. I cannot say for sure that it was it wasn't, but it was creepy.

There was dirt on the table and on the floor.

The wifi sucked, but it was no worse than any other hotel wifi.

I had low expectations from reviews I read but was pleasantly surprised.  My room was clean. I always do a check before unpacking for the state of the bed and sheets. Gym was good also.

The hotel must've been just remodeled because it was all nice and clean.

The breakfast surpassed my expectations also. They had a great variety of choices. Yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patty, bacon, and little pastries. And there is always complimentary I've water and lemonade at the lobby.

Very happy. I don't know if I'll ever be passing through again but I would definitely stay here again.

I am currently laying in the inn and I can say I'm very upset. If I could give this a -3 stars, I would. I will update this in the morning if there are any other problems.

Services: I would like to say the girl who was working the front desk was very nice.

We first were aiming for a room with two queen beds. She told us the only room she had available was in the smoking section. My family and I have never really been to a room that had smoking. When we went in there though, we were wiped out by the stench of smoke everywhere. We didn't have time to look around the room because we were in too much shock. We immediately left and asked for the next room available without smoking. It had a king bed with a couch. This is where we actually observed the room...

Floor: the floor wasn't vacuumed and only God knows what was on the carpets.

BEER BOTTLE: there was a half empty, glass beer bottle in the corner of the room right next to the night stand!! Half the liquid in the bottle was spilt all over the carpet. I was completely disgusted but my parents were too tired to go anywhere else and told me that it was only for 7 hours of sleep.

Trash cans: the trash cans had used trash bags and there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom. I have to say, it was pretty awkward walking out of the bathroom with a lady product in your hand and having to throw it away infront of your dad..

Lights: half the lamps in the room didn't work. As I'm laying here in the dark writing this review, i see that the wall light next to the door is flickering. Pretty scary and disturbing. The light is suppose to be off.

Wifi: no clear directions on how to access the wifi. If you happen to come here, you'll understand what I mean.

there are also weird noises coming from places unknown. Not happy at all. I would recommend  the holiday inn across the street!!!!!'

For the market it serves, it was a good stay. If you are trying to compare to a JW Marriott of course you would find it lacking. The front desk was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. For the price ($69) for the room with the standard breakfast items, I would stay again when in the area. It's cute they take the time to arrange the newspapers on the counter instead of just piling them up. Small touches like that show they try to make your stay pleasant.
