I'm instantly annoyed at a hotel that doesn't have wireless.  The beds are hard and thin foam and the rooms are not that clean.

Standard chain hotel with a comfy lounge and lobby downstairs. Free WiFi, which is a plus and allows me to write this review while sitting in the lobby. No real food to speak off, small coffee shop. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing glamorous here but functional. The staff are friendly. It's a bit spendy for what you get, but maybe that's just the day I'm here and they are quite full.

While nicely updated, I'm afraid this is the least well-run Courtyard I've stayed in.  As a gold member, I'm actually quite a fan of the Marriott chain, but I've had two poor experiences at the front desk.  The restaurant service was slow and pitiful.  And tonight, I just tried to turn on my TV, and it won't even work.  When I called downstairs, two reps answered the phone and kept talking over one another.  Did they not hear each other?  Honestly, the staff training here needs an update like the lobby's had.

It's an old style Courtyard. They are starting to remodel the lobby, and I'm sure it will be sometime before they start to work on the rooms.

Small exercise room, a exercise bike, a eliptical, and a treadmill. Nothing close by to eat. A mile from the airport, and really thought the service at the front desk was very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The newly remodeled lobby is very attractive and comfortable. Gym is small but in good working order.

Our room was very attractive. The only problems were: 1) apparently you have to ask for a fridge (we did not), and 2) we were put in a handicapped room (that we did not request) and there was no bathtub.

We will definitely stay here again but will ask for a fridge and non-handicapped room.

It is your regular Courtyard by Marriott. It is fairly easy to know what to expect.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. The room we had has a HDTV and the channels are actually in HD. The lobby, pool and all other amenities on the first floor are in great shape.

The one surprise is the free wireless Internet in the room. This is the first Marriott property that I have been to that has free wireless internet in the rooms. I suspect this may be due to a neighboring hotel and their open network likely covers a good portion of this hotel. As a result, they have no choice to offer free wi-fi because nobody would pay for it here and just leach off of a neighboring network.

But overall, it is a nice hotel and you should have no worries should you stay here.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nicely appointed. However, the reservation process stated that we received free breakfast with the reservations (2 rooms, 5 nights). But at present, breakfast is $10 per person ($12 Friday-Sunday). Because of this, we had to allow extra time in the morning to drive several blocks to pick up coffee & oatmeal at Starbucks before we were scheduled to be at the Kentucky Fair & Expo Center. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms is decent - sometimes spotty, but otherwise fast. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, which is standard where we normally stay. Would book here again if other hotels in the area have no vacancy.

I have stayed here twice, both times while attending Lebowski Fest held at the bowling alley right next door.  So for that convenience alone, it cannot be beat!  The rates are incredibly reasonable and the hotel is spotlessly clean.  The lobby has recently been remodeled and is very nice.  They have a little section with computers to use (though I had my laptop both times and could take advantage of the free wifi) and books to read.  The rooms are large and nicely decorated.

The pool is very small but nice and clean.  Check in/out was very easy.

I don't know if we're going to be able to stay here again because they are not pet friendly and we no longer have our one trusted dog sitter so we will more than likely have to find a pet friendly hotel and bring her with next time.

Great staff. Front desk is awesome,
Shuttle drivers to and from airport are so courteous!  Rooms ok.
Too bad they don't offer a free breakfast! And although they do have Starbucks in the lobby and do have a menu I'm the morning and evening- a glass of wine is $12.95 a glass... Ouch.. Go to the grocery store and save your pennies.

I stay at Courtyard's a lot. This is probably the lowest quality one I've stayed at, but that sounds harsh. It really wasn't bad. I would stay here again. That said, this was my experience on my overnight on 9/23/13.

This place is so close to the airport you could almost walk there. They were able to check me in early. Yay! The carpet in the elevators was really, really dirty. My room was clean, but had outdated wallpaper and shower curtain.

The complimentary coffee was totally cold and the creamer curdled when I poured it in.

I visited the bistro and the lady at the register was too busy playing with her phone to notice me. I got a glass of wine though and a snack from the market.

The bed was comfy. The room was quiet. I slept well.

The shower was hot, but I was annoyed by the closet. It had some wired metal rack instead of a clothes bar, and was awkward.

I returned to the bistro in the morning. Service was friendly and prompt even though there was a crowd.

My receipt was wrong. They said they fixed it, but they couldn't print off proof.

Update 10-6 - I checked my bank statements. They didn't fix my receipt.

Really this is a pretty nice hotel for the price when you compare it to it's competitors. My room was very clean and  the hotel even gave us 4 free cans of coke for the baseball tournament that was going on in town this weekend.
I didn't get a chance to use the pool or the spa as they were filled with kids, but they both looked very nice.
The staff wasn't particularly warm or hospitable, but I cut them plenty of slack as there were tons of kids running everywhere for the tournament.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and I wouldn't mind at all returning here for another nice stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Comfy beds, nice amenities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It always bugs me that they don't have a free continental breakfast but what can you do.

Perfectly nice property, but customer service is severely lacking.  Trash can in room had a rotten banana in it when we checked in. Coffee splatter on the wall by the coffee maker. Stayed one night with the family for a volleyball tournament.  Four of us in a one bedroom suite.  I had requested extra towels and blankets when I made the reservations online - but there were not provided.  Not a big deal, called down to request that some be sent up and I was rudely told that they were too busy...they can give me some later if I come down to the desk.  Lady was rude when I went down, it was a bother to her.  Next day I requested late check out (gold status guarantees late check out).  Was told no even after I pointed out the membership rules...had to argue to get late checkout.  For $370 for one night, I expect at least courteous service.

Amazing five star service!
I'm in the middle of my stay here and couldn't be happier. First, we received an email reminding about our stay. Next, we got a personal email from Michael Scott, the manager asking if we needed anything. We emailed back about extra pillows and connecting rooms. To our delight, he emailed back right away and took care of our requests!  We've stayed in many hotels and never had that happen. We've called before our stay and they usually say they can't guarantee anything. What a relief it was to check late and not worry that our kids would be far away from our room. That is five star service.
But, it doesn't end there. Beverly checked us in and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She was joking around with our son, getting us checked in and to our rooms.
We did have an issue with our toilet running and Michael has been up to fix it himself.
It was a wonderful stay with attentive service and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
