1 week later and my luggage still smells like Pall Malls!  Amazing.

    **See edited information below

This was a horrible hotel and the lack of concern by the staff and manager (who is never around and will not return phone calls) made all of our issues more infuriating to deal with.

Our sink faucet did not work, in fact pipes and all pulled away from the vanity when one attempted to turn it on. The sink drain was clogged. The water wasn't hot. The old tube TV displayed a fuzzy picture with an accommodating static buzz when turned on. The door lock (the bar that when you flip closed is supposed to keep you safe from the door being kicked open) was broken, although there was a small hole in the door frame from where it was supposed to be able to attach...There was a general musty smell when you first enter the building. There was a level of dirt/grime in the gross elevator and stairwells. Need I say more??

Don't stay in room 235! Don't stay in this Days Inn at all! (I did send a letter to the corporate customer care center and am awaiting their response. I will update my review accordingly...)

**This was a brief review I wrote for a stay last April. For some reason, it was only recently posted (I think I forgot to confirm my email address so it didn't post until now). Since my initial review, I sent a multi-paged letter to the Days Inn corporation (back in the spring). After doing so, the manager of this hotel did send me a check to reimburse half of my cost of staying there. It was in his best interest to do so and I am glad that some of my money was returned. I hold to my one star until I see that they are doing things to improve this property.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It smelled so bad. The workers at the front desk would rather be anywhere else than working. They make this more than obvious.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My company put me up in this motel for a work event, but my coworkers and I left to make other arrangements when we arrived.

This hotel was disgusting. It smelled like an old ashtray, the interiors clearly haven't been updated in at least two decades, and I'm not sure that I would trust the sheets or room to actually be clean enough for me to feel comfortable enough to stay there. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this location. It is one of the worst motels that I have ever been inside. It feels like some scene from a bad movie.
