Nice two room suite for a great price. Furnishing are good and not worn, but a little dated. Would be nicer if they have bigger windows in the room. Good wireless service.

We were very happy with our 2 room suite. A little dated but the very friendly staff, free popcorn, and free pop, meant we'd come back without a thought. The indoor outdoor pool was fun too. The staff are very very friendly. The breakfasts were so good, we ended up just needing a light lunches for the duration of our stay.

This is a very nice hotel for the price.  Drury Inns accept all size dogs at no charge as long as they are well behaved.  I could not be happier.  I called and asked if we could get a 1st floor room by the exit since we have a 105 pound dog and while he is very well behaved, not everyone likes dogs and he takes up a lot of space.  They were able to do this and we stayed in a suite.  It was lovely and clean.  We especially liked the 3 very comfortable pillows on each bed.  We all commented that they were the most comfortable pillows of any hotel we have ever stayed (including expensive hotels).  I had the best hotel sleep of my life.  Usually I do not sleep well at hotels.  We did not take advantage of the drinks and food in the evening but, did enjoy breakfast.  It offered a lot for breakfast compared to most hotels in that price range.  This was our first of 3 Drury Inn stays on our vacation and we found them each one better than the next.  I think this is our new "go to" hotel on the road!

This is the first time I've stayed in a Drury Hotel but it certainly won't be my last! Comfortable, clean, quiet, tastefully decorated rooms--the king bed was very comfortable and had 5 pillows!

When we checked in we were given the otion of having 6 drink coupons, free except in Kentucky they have to charge tax so each drink cost a whopping 53 cents. From 5:30 to 7:00pm they have "kickback"--free fod which included nachos, chicken tenders, baked potatoes, macaroni and cheese, salad and brocolli cheese soup. We had planned on going out for dinner but decided the kickback was all we needed. Breakfast this morning, also free, featured scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles, cereal, donuts, bagels, juice, and coffee. Oh, and there was also bicuits and gravy, too.

    I highly recommend this hotel.

Our first time at a Drury Inn property was in St Louis, it was clean, comfortable and affordable, so we decided to try Louisville. I found the same level of service at both properties. In fact, we made a reservation for Louisville on the Internet, decided to confirm it on our way there in the car. The hole did not find it in the system and transferred us to the nationwide reservation center. They didn't see anything either, but booked us into a suite because they said the hotel was full and it was the only room left. When we arrived, the front desk must have had a note on our reservation because they apologized for not having the original reservation and gave us the suite for the same price as the single room. The suite was very comfortable for a family of four. I recommend it, especially with two teenagers.

My only downside is the food. I know beggars can't be choosers, but they quality of the breakfast is low. Theres no taste to the eggs or French toast. You need to hit the buffet immediately after the replenish the food, otherwise it gets cold quickly.

    Stand outs:
             Pet and People Friendly
The manager was very accomadating when I asked for a first floor room near an exit with a king bed.  There are no king beds on the first floor except for a suite.  She then said if it was available she would upgrade us to that room at no extra charge.  SHE DID!

My dog Zorro was invited to join us in the lobby which was near the Kickback    snack lounge. We enjoyed our snacks and drinks while watching TV sitting in leather wingbacks. Zorro was well recieved by the guests and quickly became friends with all.

The pool was unique in the fact it was half indoors and half outdoors. You could swim under the glass partition.  It was snowing out and was neat to see the kids swimming in a heated pool with steam rising while catching snow flakes in their mouths.

My only negative was the bed.  It was like sleeping on a huge sponge.

All things considered, this was a great value.  I am a convert to Drury Inns!

This location has free breakfast and free dinner, with alcohol drinks for $0.58 (it's free but KY law requires them to charge so they charge the minimal). Also have popcorn machine, soda machine, and coffee available throughout the day.  Room was clean, and the bathrooms look new ( probably recently renovated). The have an indoor pool which also leads to an outdoor pool. Hot tube was well heated. Most of all, the staff is super nice. Always greeting you and seeing how you are doing. During meals, they go to each table to see if you need anything and help you clean up.  For dinner (it's technically appetizer time but they offer enough selection to make it dinner), they don't typically have milk but my kids were looking for it so they unlocked the milk machine and got some for them.  Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We LOVE Drury Hotels.  I first stayed at one in Atlanta but it was when my brother got married in New Orleans that I discovered how much I would need them in my life.  They are pet friendly!  We travel everywhere with our 7lb furry child and we were getting a little sick of the Motel 6/Super 8 obligation.  They are so clean and nice and our little girl is welcome!  The walls are also a lot thicker and the doors a lot heavier than the cheaper places so outside sound is way more muffled and that keeps the canine quiet too because she's not reacting to outside noise.

We stay at the one in Louisville when we travel to see my parents in Virginia as Louisville is almost the halfway point.  It's such a convenient location for us.

We're staying there in a week and a half, in fact!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Drury Inn located in Cincinnati once. I made the mistake of thinking that they were all going to be high class. That is not the case for their Louisville location. When I first arrived in my room, my shoes stuck to the tile as I walked in and I found a hair on 2 of the 4 towels in the bathroom. I decided I could live with it until the morning, but the morning couldn't come soon enough! The place is old and the walls are so thin that I could make out every word of the conversation going on next door. I know they can't do anything about that, but c'mon!

Saving grace was the service! They were very polite at the front desk when I asked them to mop the floor and bring fresh towels. If ti wasn't for them, I was going to find a different hotel for the 2nd night. So the front desk staff was excellent! Thank you, but I will probably stay somewhere else next time I am in Louisville.

I've stayed in just about every hotel in Louisville at some point and time, and Drury Inn is hands down the best!  Their level of service to their guests is one that's hard to find these days. Kudos to the management staff for training their team on how to go above and beyond for guests needs! Very clean & comfortable. Offers every amenity one could ask for: indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, free breakfast/dinner, free wifi. Plus their rates are cheaper than other comparable hotels. I highly recommend staying here.

The staff here is by far the nicest, friendliest and most helpful you will find at any hotel. They will go out of their way to help you and accommodate your every need. Super crew!

The rooms are very clean and comfy. If you forget something, they've got it covered. Comfy bed and pillows too.

The free breakfast, free dinner, free snacks, free soft drinks are all excellent and so convenient.

Ive stayed here several times for work and Ive never had a complaint one.

Five stars for service 4 for decor (a little outdated). The entire staff from the Assistant General Manager to the breakfast host and the pool attendant were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond for service! We got a better rate than across the street at the Marriott where we had original reservations. We cancelled at the Marriott because we had requested a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and the pool ended up being outdoor and the "restaurant" was closed. It was really just a cafe counter in the lobby. Back to the Drury... Elated with the free breakfast and the wide selection. Also the pool was indoor outdoor with a divider above. Very cool feature. A small exercise room with treadmills and free weights. Very happy! Will be back!

Very nice, clean hotel.  Had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and even though it was 10pm by the time i noticed, the front desk immediately came to check it out and moved me when they couldn't fix it.  Comped the room for my inconvenience, which is nice.  I don't recommend staying in one of the atrium rooms though because the common area gets pretty noisy at night and during breakfast.

The staff was super friendly, even lending me an umbrella so I could walk my dog in the downpour.  I wasn't offered the chance to get a drink coupon when I checked in, so I missed out on my chance for cheap booze.  I was too tired and cranky after a long day to bother trying to figure out how to get one at night.

Great hotel all around!  It was a great stay, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was really good (with hot food).  Will definitely stay here again.  The pool and hot tub they have is a big plus.  The only complaint was that the hot tub jets were not working during our stay, but still a great stay all around!

I was impressed. This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn so I didn't know what to expect. The check in was very easy, rooms nice, clean and comfortable, they are pet friendly and have hot breakfast. I also saw a sign that they have free snacks and alcohol beverages! (Well there was a slight fee for the alcohol due to Kentucky law, I think you just pay tax). Anyway great deal! All the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely stay at this Drury Inn or another elsewhere again.

I loved staying here. The front desk staff, especially the black gentleman who was working was extremely friendly and talkative. Granted, I stayed here the second week of may in 2014, but the service was so great that it was memorable that I had to make an account to brag on it. The only complaint that I really had was that I couldn't easily move the dresser to plug my PS4 in behind the said dresser, but other than that, it was a great stay.
