Wonderful, clean, friendly!  Nothing more to ask for in a hotel.  Plus free breakfast!

Woohoo is right! When Frontier Air lost my family's luggage (ugh, all the baby gear was stuck in Milwaukee), Rachel from the front desk stepped in to help! She went above and beyond, providing my hubby and me with toiletries, setting up the hotel's portable crib in the dark, and offering to go home and get me diapers and baby clothes!!!

Besides the fabulous customer service (seriously, that girl better be running this place next time), the hotel is modern, newly upgraded, clean, and comfortable. The color scheme is super cute (blue, orange, and green--sounds 80s, but it's really spa-ish and organic) and the staff is phenomenal.

The Executive King Suite has a sitting room and a sleeping space--it's semi-private and airy. The bathroom is roomy enough for our family of three to scrub up together! This great value coupled with superior amenities will have me as a life-long customer when I'm in town on business.

Nice new hotel, pretty speedy internet.  Good breakfast, bit far from downtown or it would be 5 starts.

Great place to stay with great rates. Free hot breakfast every morning is something you should take advantage of. The hotel decor looks modern and is clean. There's an indoor pool and inviting lobby. Couldn't give it all five stars because of our experience with the staff. They were not hospitable. I would still return.

I've stayed here twice.  Feels relatively new.  Courteous staff.  Proximate to a good range of fast food eateries.  Close to some major highways.  Seemed relatively busy.

    -  Feels new and clean
    -  Good value
    -  Hi-speed internet also available via ethernet cable (and pretty stable and fast)
    -  Speakman shower heads
    -  My room had a tall shower

    -  My room felt a bit small - almost Manhattan small
    -  Water pressure not great

Didn't eat the breakfast - had other commitments.

Disclaimer: I have not stayed overnight here.
But: I have been to several multi-day professional continuing ed classes here and gotten a feel for the hotel overall.

The breakfast is solid.  Make-your-own waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal with add-ins, cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, danishes and a few microwaveable options like sausage biscuits (convenience store type) plus coffee, tea and juice of course.

The place is clean.  Newer hotel and it shows.  Small indoor pool, small weight room both appear clean and nice.  Small patio outside and a dining/working lobby inside.

Staff is friendly but not obtrusive.  Responsive to the needs of their clients like refilling coffee, unlocking doors, restocking bathroom items etc. Overall very good staff.

Rooms appear nice, I've seen them while maids are cleaning them and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there.  My colleagues who have stayed there have had no complaints.

My major complaint is location.  Dang that location is impossible to exit at rush hour- Blankenbaker light takes 2-3 turns and I-64 towards the city is horrible.  So if you were staying here and wanted to go to dinner closer into town or downtown, it is very annoying.  Not many local or nicer restaurants right close by, all chains like fast food, Cracker Barrel, Ryan's, and such.  A bit farther away there are more choices at least.
And it is walkable to nearly nothing of interest for the average tourists.

Great look, clean rooms; however probably the first room in 20 years that didn't have a mini fridge. First time at a Fairfield, but an avid Marriott fan. Not the hotel to choose for a week long business meeting. Rooms seem quite small in comparison to competitors. Don't misunderstand, this is not a bad hotel, they are very nice here. I'm just a hotel snob an expect a higher level. HI express is a notch up in value for the dollar if budget is an issue. Louisville Marriott east is the premiere property in the area fir all brands and is only 2-3 min away. I will return to what I know at the Marriott next trip.

FANTASTIC hotel.  I cannot recommend it enough!!

The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful.  I like how they had a fridge down there to KEEP the cold stuff cold.  Not just a bowl with ice.  Sometimes that doesn't cut it when it comes to yogurt or milk.

The rooms were really nice and well-kept by housekeeping.  They were accomodating at the front desk when my friends and I wanted to be by each other.  Each of us were traveling with kids, and they were very sweet to them.  They were all really patient with us when we met in the hallway so our kids could fall asleep (only one complaint-woot!! lol).

Check in and check out was a breeze and the hotel is very centrally located.  I would definitely stay there again!
