Broken in-room Jacuzzi tub, microwave repaired with duct-tape, paper thin walls between rooms. The free wireless internet is barely functional and the room is in need of repair and a good cleaning. I'm not happy that I spent as much money as I did on a room like this.

PROS: I stayed in two different third floor rooms with my daughter and we were quite comfortable.  Both jacuzzi tubs worked.  We swam only once in the pool - it was of good size.  Good sized small refrigerator.  Staff was very friendly.  Rooms were clean. You do need a car if you stay here, but I don't consider that a negative thing.
Housekeepers are very quiet and polite.  No loud banging and yelling "housekeeping" to wake you up in the morning like at some hotels.

CONS:  the free breakfast never varies - biscuits with sausage gravy, waffles, toast, bagels, donuts, cereal and hard boiled eggs every day.  Apples were the only fruit choice, although if you get there early, you might find an orange.  The front desk crew appears to get checkins and checkouts confused at times.  First time we checked out, they called us the next day wondering where we were.  Next time, they deactivated our keys after one day when we were staying for two. It was annoying but not a big deal and they were very apologetic.

Very nice accomodations - room was spacious with jacuzzi tub, refrigerator that worked well.  Room was very quiet in spite of the hotel being full one of the nights I stayed there.  Free Wifi that worked great.  Nice excercise facility, decent breakfast.  Didn't try the pool.  Friendly, helpful staff.  The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there's no restaurant in the hotel.  On my way out, a woman who stayed in the "honeymoon suite" with a fireplace said it was top notch.

This was a pretty nasty hotel.  Sure there's a jacuzzi tub, but we didn't dare turn it on for fear of some sort of critters coming out of the jets.  Dirty, cracked tiles; rusted towel racks; dirty carpet; etc etc.  I'll never go back.

Eh, you get what you pay for. Cheap room and it showed. Paint peeling in the room, especially in the bathroom.  We were put in a handicap room, so there was no bathroom counter.  I had to put on my makeup at the desk in the room.  A dog barked down the hall most of the evening. I told the front desk clerk and she didn't do anything about it.

Free wifi that worked fine for us.  Bed was sagging and the sheets were a bit scratchy.  Didn't try the free breakfast, as it was swarming with kids.  Great location though, just a few blocks from all the action -- although they don't appear to be safe blocks -- I'd definitely drive.

This place is great. If you're expecting the Four Seasons, you'll be disappointed. But that's not the point of the Quality Inn. It is convenient, reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, and the rooms give you a good night's sleep. Happy to stay here, and will do it again.

Recently booked this hotel for a few days, but ended up cancelling after one night. Have never complained about a hotel stay before but the room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The walls had patches and the curtain rod was really rusty. The only reason we stayed the first night was because it was midnight when we checked in.  If this were a $70/night room that would be one thing, but it was over $100.

Traveled to Louisville on business during the holiday season. The staff was super nice and the room was great. I will definitely stay here again, especially since I visit Louisville a lot.

Stayed here for a few nights with a big group. Honestly was the only reservation I could find on short notice for a big group, but no regrets at all. Hotel is a bit dated, they clearly have some challenges In keeping up with all the cosmetic maintenance, but rooms, halls and public spaces were spacious, everything worked, beds were comfy, showers were hot, and the staff was extremely helpful if we asked for anything. Pool area was great, laundry worked great. Kitchen in room was fine, but you'll need to pack your own supply of plates, utensils and so on. Wifi worked great, as did tv. No complaints in any of our 8 rooms.
We were able to get takeout delivery easily, and the hotel breakfast was fine, but not fancy. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for basics, hospitality.

Stayed here for two nights for the Kentucky Derby weekend. Exactly what six individuals in their mid to late twenties were looking for. Shuttles to the race for $5 a person or even walkable if you are feeling adventurous. Free breakfast was also on point. Coffee coffee coffee coffee.
