I stayed at this hotel for an extended stay while relocating from Denver.  Having stayed at other Residence Inns before, this one is far sub-par, which surprised me.  The rate was good at $79/night for most of our stay - after the new year it dropped to $65/night.

I'm not sure if it's because I stayed with my pets (and pet owners were grouped together in one building complex), but the room was dirty, particularly the bathroom.  Also, some inconsiderate guest had dumped a cat litter box over the balcony and it had landed right outside our door.  The smell was not quite the warm welcome we were looking for after a 2-day drive.

The breakfast was just ok, and the wireless internet was free, but this hotel (at least, the room we had) is in desperate need of some updates.  The bed was uncomfortable, the linens threadbare, carpet worn, etc.  To boot, the heaters are located directly outside from the bed and so it was pretty noisy.

Would not recommend or return.

I think this is my fav residence inn so far! We got a 2 bedroom split level for $179. The rooms looked newly redecorated and very clean. My only complaint is all the 2 bedrooms at residence inn hotels are upstairs and there's never an elevator.

Service was very pleasant and the suite was nice size. Price was great for what you get. The appliances, kitchen stocking, free breakfast were a bit lacking. I stayed during very bad weather and they were excellent about keeping the stairs and walkways clean. All around I would stay here again.

The Pros:
The rooms are large, roughly 600 sq feet. The kitchen has a full oven and stove along with fridge. The wifi has a descent speed for being free. The meals and breakfast are what youd expect from a hotel serving FREE meals.

The Cons:
Pet friendly. It sounds great but not everyone is a good pet owner. I had dogs to the side of me and under me. Non-stop barking, every time someone would walk by they would go nuts. Not ideal for resting. The walls are thin. I could hear people talking outside in the parking lot. The beds are hard and I mean hard. The floor would be softer than sleeping in the bed. I was surprised because the Marriott usually has great beds. The dishes look like they are from the 60s. I know it sounds petty but half of my plates were glued back together. The bowls hold about half of a cup. They arent the best for eating.

I had high hopes for this place but i dont really see myself going back.

I have several colleagues who travel and stay here. Most are single studios, about 500 sq feet with full kitchen. They ve recently renovated and did a nice job.- generally a modern touch.

Bottmline: I'd stay here.
