    3PM check-in and the lobby coffee was less than lukewarm. A bad first impression. Thermostats in rooms were a little finicky to operate, took a little persistence to make the heat work, then it would automatically turn off after 8 hours or so... The next day, the lobby coffee was straight up cold by late afternoon. This hotel management should understand that cold lobby coffee indicates bad management and lack of attention to details.

    Only 2 bath towels provided in bathroom. This is not a Motel 6, so why are there only 2 towels? (And they weren't even fluffy.) Went out to the housekeeping cart and snagged 2 more. Showerhead was a strange, older plastic model that did not match the quality of the rest of the room. Bed was nice, sheets were nice, internet speed in room was decently fast. It was weird that in the business center you needed a password from the front desk to log on to print a boarding pass. The box of built-in kleenex was a cheap generic brand without orange 'warning sheets' indicating the box is about to run out. Went to blow my nose, pulled 2 sheets of white kleenex and the box was suddenly empty! An annoying detail.

    In the end, it's these details (e.g. cold lobby coffee, stingy towel ration) that make me want to try a different hotel down the street the next time around. Front desk personnel were not particularly charming;  everytime I passed by they were staring at the computer, kind of detached and emotionless. Compared to last week's stay in Virginia, this property is a dud. It is clean, though.

    the cleanist hotel i have been in in a long time. nice size  room with a king bed,hot and cold breakfast,and all the extras. only thing  i could say was bad, was it noisy  when people pasted the room. a great value.
