We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a short walk to the beach and  to Main Street. The house is lovely and the owners are very friendly. We definitely plan to return.

My husband and I stayed for two nights while he was drilling at his Coast Guard station in Woods Hole. Walt greeted us and gave us a map with all the information we needed about dining, sight seeing and shopping. He offered one of the apartments for us to stay in instead of the modest (but adorable!) room in the main house. I thought that was very kind. We had a ton of space in the apartment, and a nice sized bathroom with a tub. Although it's November, the weather was mild and I was able to walk to the beach and sit outside on the front lawn of the inn. The kitchen is open to guests to enjoy complementary tea and coffee all day, and there is also complementary wifi. This place just has a wonderful feel. We won't be looking anywhere else when we come into town next time.
Walt gave us a tour of some other rooms in the main house. Wow, are they all gorgeous! We cannot wait to come back. Five stars.

My girlfriend and I drove into Falmouth slightly bummed by the wet forecast for the weekend but our attitudes were immediately lifted as we were greeted by Walt; our enthusiastic, friendly and very local host. He gave us a rundown of all the best local restaurants and to-dos and showed us to our room. The grounds are just what you picture an ideal house on the cape to be, natural wood shingle siding with white trim, shell driveway, real nice.

The weekend turned out great, on his recommendation we dined at Roobar (Kona coffee encrusted pork) then had drinks at Anejo on Saturday. Sunday we had an PERFECT dinner at the Glass Onion, not cheap but so worth it. Both nights we returned to the BBI for wine on the porch as we watched the rain.  In the mornings we awoke to complimentary coffee that we again took on the porch then walked into town for most of the day. Again, weather was lousy so beach was not top on our list of priorities but it is very close by. BBI made for a great weekend stay in Falmouth.

Stayed here for a night in Feb 2011.  It was exactly what I was looking for, and then some.  Quiet, out of the way but close to main street and the beach.  Coffee in the mornings, wifi, and a very helpful and friendly owner.   Stay here if you're in the Cape Cod area.

This is, hands down, our favorite place to stay on the Cape. Walt greeted us with a hearty "Welcome home!" when we arrived for July 4th weekend. He and Don and Brett have made their Inn so comfortable, fun, and easy.  Help yourself to beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, and walk to Surf Drive Beach which is quite literally a stone's throw away. So nice to be able to take a 30-second walk between the two... You'll thoroughly enjoy your visit and won't be able to wait till it's time to go back!!!

This place was wonderful! We had a suite with two bedrooms, and all were incredibly clean and neat. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, not like springy hotel beds with scratchy covers! The lighting and decor were lovely; it seemed more like staying in a friend's guest-room than an inn. The beach is a stone's-throw away, and Walter the innkeeper was very friendly.

I cannot say anything negative about this place.

Two weeks ago, my friend and I planned a spur-of-the-moment, off-season getaway. At first, I was skeptical, having just returned from Puerto Rico. The Cape in the middle of March, really? Really!

We stayed for one night in a double-bed room. What a wonderful little place. It's very clean, well kept and decorated, and the owner, Walt, is probably the nicest, most accommodating innkeeper I've met.  It's a short walk to the center of town, less than a quarter mile to the beach.

Let me tell you, it's worth a visit off season. The water is exceptionally clear and uninhabited. There's a beautiful stillness to it all. Falmouth is also perfect if you want a straight shot to the Vineyard or a sunset hike to the Knob. Breathtaking.

Go now if you want a VERY reasonably priced, off-season getaway. Another perk (no pun intended), Walt serves the best coffee in the morning.

Been here for a couple of days and cannot be happier about staying here! The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was redone and looks amazing (stayed in room 4). Had an ocean view from our room along with the pool. The hostess was the best part! He was nice and professional and has great tips on where to go on Martha's Vineyard!

This place is fantastic all around. The Inn feels more like you're staying a friend's beach house than hotel. It's immaculate, well decorated and stocked with everything you and your family need for a fun week(end), including beach chairs, towels, bug spray and corn hole. It's a two minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to some of Falmouth's cutest restaurants. Everyone knows Walt is a rockstar but the rest of the staff is also great - friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. I honestly loved everything about this place and I'm already looking forward to returning to the Beach Breeze Inn.

Gorgeous B&B type place. Walt was delightful, very friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions on where to go and what to see. The room was fantastic - 2 queen beds, small kitchen area (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes), large bathroom with amazing glass shower. Across the street from the beach and 5 minutes to Main St. We were there in March. I can only imagine how great this place would be in the summer! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The friendliest staff I've ever been greeted by! We were met right when we walked in and was given great advice for which places to dine at and also an extensive discussion about what to do at Martha's Vineyard. We stayed in Room 5 and it was a very cozy and clean room on the second floor. It had one queen size bed, a television (which we connected a DVD player to), a small bathroom and a pretty nice view. Also there were two wine glasses, an ice bucket, and a corkscrew for some wine drinking at night. If there was anything to complain about, it was the water pressure in the shower. But overall, we had a lovely stay and plan on returning in the near future!
