This is the fouth time I have stayed at the Bay Berry during Women's Week.  The rooms are comfortable and clean.  The owners are pleasant, helpful and friendly and very accomidating. We were traveling with several other fpeople and they made them feel very welcome.  The Bay Berry is conveniently located right off of commercial street. There is a common room and a hot tub, both of which we used. I will definately stay there again.

Staying at the Bayberry was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had while traveling.  The B&B is lovely, well-located, thoughtfully managed & a very relaxing place to stay while in Provincetown.  We were generously greeted & settled in.  The owners handled our multiple requests with grace even though I think we were pushing it!  The grounds were immaculate & the hot tub was a blissful escape at the end of the day.  And in the morning there were delectable fresh raspberry muffins that I will dream of long after my vacation is over.  Stay here, you won't regret it. And you will have two local guide to P-Town who won't steer you wrong.

The best B&B I've been to in a long time!  Perfectly located in the heart of P-town, this gem is filled with charm, cleanliness and the comforts of home.  The owners were so friendly and helpful and checked in with us each day, wanting to genuinely know how our days/nights were.  The inn has a hot tub which was such a nice addition for the nights where we wanted to stay in- we just ordered a few pizzas, opened some wine, relaxed on the patio and then hopped in the tub.  A light breakfast was provided each morning with deliciously homemade scones and muffins (ham, cheese, and chive muffins were to die for!).  We rented 4 of the 6 rooms and were impressed with all of them.  They all had very comfortable beds, clean and nicely sized bathrooms, privacy when needed, an amazing breeze with all of the windows and great charm!
I can't wait to come back to P-town and will definitely only opt to stay at the Bayberry Inn- Such a wonderful place!
    Thanks Ruth and Cami!!!
