The physical condition of the hotel is what you would expect in ocean city at this price point.  The customer service however is absolutely horrible.  We got checked in to a room where the beds had been made with used linens (long hair in the bed and all over the sheets), dirty towels, a pot of old brewed coffee sitting in the coffee maker, and the previous guests belongings on the balcony.  It was gross.  The desk person brought us clean linens and told us to speak to the manager in the morning since there were no other rooms available.

The manager is a complete joke, and just as discussing as our used linens.  He offered zero help aside from telling us he could walk up to the room to dump the old coffee out of the pot.  He was extremely rude and acted as if we were crazy for complaining about our filthy room.  I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping some strangers filth.

The rooms are large enough to sleep six but only have a small couch not big enough the fit more than 2 people. the room was clean when we arrived but did not get room service unless we asked for it. when we called to the front desk for something they brought it up right away. very friendly staff.

Pretty expensive place, but it is clean and the rooms are big.

We had a double that included a sofa pull out bed, so you can sleep 6 if you really had to. The room comes with a full fridge, sink and microwave.

The bathroom is clean and the shower, although small has good water pressure.

The parking is not a problem, even though you only get one spot per room, there is street parking and if you arrive early in the morning you can grab a spot with no problem.

This is our new go to place for Ocean City.

Very clean hotel, walking distance to the beach.  Descent prices.

I was very pleased with our stay. It was a very nice hotel off the broadwalk in OCMD, we paid about a $100 dollars for a night. the beach was like a block away, the parking was covered, and the beds were very comfy. MY ONLY complaint was the people next door CHILDREN were SOOOOO noisy, But It was not the hotels problem, it was rude people

Pretty good hotel. Things that you could walk to from it was a fractured prune, dunkin donuts/baskin Robbins, Pinos pizza which delivers and is open til 4am, aveda salon, bookshelf ect, royal farm, exon gas station/the wine rack, fat daddy's, then a little further up was big peckers and house of pancakes and ribs; So not bad options, especially for breakfast. As for the hotel, it was nice. There was a game room with a ping pong table and also a pool with an outdoor deck. We stayed end of July during the week and I believe for 3 nights it was $500. The room we were in had 2 queen beds, a couch, bathroom, balcony, and a kitchen with just a sink, coffee maker and full sized fridge. Also, there was free wifi and it was very close to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay

Woke up to find my car with a Bonita Beach coffee mug thrown through the sun roof. Apparently other hotel stayers were throwing plates, pizza, and coffee mugs from their balcony. I was told by front desk that they didn't have any security on duty last night.

This place is crazy expensive - for no reason. 2 nights was $600.
It's in a great spot don't get me wrong, but the inside is not $300 a night worth. We got a double queen room and the maid only changed our towels and not the bedding. She didn't clean anything.
Plus- the beds were SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE!! the mattress was so thin. Hard to sleep! The one thing hotels should always have is a comfy bed and sheets! The sheets were rough.
The balcony's are over the parking lot so peoples towels would drop on cars. Staying at the Bonita is somewhat identical to staying in a red roof inn or a motel 8. Only reason I gave it two stars is because it's conveniently placed a short walk to ocean city attractions.

Hotel is pretty good. Second stay here and I have also stayed on the boardwalk as well. Those hotels have very small rooms and usually musky smells to them. This hotel was clean, no smells and a nice kitchenette. Full fridge, microwave, sink, and cabinets for storage. Utensils and plates as well.

The beach is a stones throw away and the hotel has a pool on the third floor and a deck to sit on. Wish there was a full ocean view though... Every room does have a balcony which is a plus.

    Overall I definitely recommend.

Our sheets had blood stains and my boyfriend woke up with bumps on his lower torso the next morning. We thought it was bed bugs but no it is CRABS!!
Looks can be deceiving that is for sure!

Great off season price of under $70 after taxes made it easy to like, but all of us in the two rooms we rented were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpful staff. The location was a convenience for doing anything you would like. I will definitely stay again and pay more as the season demands. The beach is about 100 steps from the hotel. The rooms were large with full fridges and all you need if your going to do a week.
