Wow! This place was amazing! The room was very clean and quiet which was nice. There was a free buffet and free wifi which was a nice perk, and the staff was very responsive to our needs. What was most amazing is that they shipped our coats back to us when we forgot them. :) I will definitely use them again.

Stayed here last year and forgot to make a review :I.

Great hotel! Very nice and clean. Hotel was set up nicely when we arrived. Rooms come with a TV, mini fridge and a microwave. Was very impressed with the bathrooms, compared to other hotels they were very nice! Complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Has a great big pool area! Great for the kids and the family. VERY close to the Mall of America (not even a block away) and has a free shuttle bus to take you there and back.

Not a bad hotel option. Close to the Mall of America. Clean room. Fridge, microwave. Free breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffle machine, yoghurt, cereal, carbs of various sizes and flavors, apples and bananas. Pool is huge and best described as a kids water park. Small workout room. Cardio machines and a few universal type machines. @ 20 min to the airport.

It was ok but I won't be back anytime soon.  We stayed here because it was close to the Mall of America.

An outstanding hotel for the price.  Great location to stay while visiting/shopping at the Mall of America. Free WiFi,  indoor pool and spa, free breakfast,  large flat screen TV with working HDMI connection.  Gave military discount, like most Best Western hotels do. No complaints.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Granted, I have not stayed in a hotel in quite some time. I don't doubt that its clean, even the remote was in clean bag.

The beds are incredibly comfortable. Firm but soft, its perfect. Nicely decorated. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, I-home alarm clock, 42 inch flat screen, full sized iron and ironing board.

Location is perfect for mall of America shopping. It is across the street. Also has a shuttle if you don't want to walk. However, if you don't want to walk across a road, don't go to the mall...you have to walk a lot there. I am here for business and my office is in the parking lot, so I love it.

Staff has been friendly. They have a great indoor pool area. Things kids would love. Large hot tub. Free breakfast, waffles, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cereal, pastries, bagels, yogurt...lots of stuff.

Just stay here, I can't imagine anyone having a bad stay here.

Only negative...hall traffic can be heard if passerbys are loud.

I'd vote 3 stars but "a-ok" sounded to generous... The hotel itself is swell, loved how close it was to the mall- worth the money on Priceline. HOWEVER, the front desk staff is unorganized & rude as heck. Took forever to check in AND out, I mean seriously, 20 minutes, why should it take so long when it's just two people in line!? 3 people up front but magically it takes this long! When we arrived right at check-in time room wasn't even ready, THEY are the reason why ill never come back. The drivers are actaully really sweet gentlemen, loved them- they are really informative and engaging. :)

This a really solid hotel in the Minneapolis area. Close to the airport and the big-azz mall makes it a real convenient location.

The rooms are clean and in good shape. The staff is very friendly and helpful also. They put out a very good continental breakfast selection but be warned that it does fill up fast.

The very cool thing was the massive pool area! It really provided and excellent place for the kids to play and the adults to relax! When it is too darn cold to go outside (sit often does in MN).

This a solid place to stay when needing a family friendly place to stay to reason able rates.

I had a job interview in the area and booked a package deal through Priceline (air + hotel + rental car).  The hotel rate was reasonable.  The location is very close to the airport and literally across the street from Mall of America (you can't quite walk there though).  The indoor pool is great for kids, but no so friendly for adults.

Cons: I had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool.  This turned out to be awful.  The pool is open from 8am to 11pm.  I am not an early riser and I woke up to screaming kids in the pool at 8am.  I could also hear them till 11pm while trying to watch TV.  The first floor rooms have patios that open up to the pool area.  This means that families leave their sliding doors open and treat the pool area like their backyard.  There were unattended children in the hot tub and others running around.  I tried to swim in the larger pool and it felt very weird to be an adult swimming alone surrounded by mostly unattended children.  I left after 10 minutes so that other adults wouldn't perceive me as some type of creep.

I looked up the prices of the hotel restaurant and they are outrageous.  Most of the entrees I saw online were in the $20-30 range.  This did not look like a 4 start restaurant.  Besides there is a TGI Fridays and a few other places close to the hotel.  Last but not least, a maid tried to walk into my room at 8:30am.  I didn't hear her knock because I was sleeping.  Good thing I used the lock that prevents the door from being opened.

Pros: Decent price, free wi-fi, free shuttle service, microwave, large refrigerator, close to the airport, and close to the MoA.

I should have asked for a room not overlooking the pool.

Overall good experience at Best Western Plus Bloomington. We booked a poolside room for my daughter's birthday party sleep over. This was her favorite birthday party and all of her friends enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend it for a young child's birthday. The poolside rooms are truly a jump into the pool. All of the poolside rooms have brick patios which open into the pool court. This makes it easy going to/from the pool and hotel room. Best part was the complimentary shuttle to the Mall Of America.
**Yes, it was a CRAZY but absolutely fun birthday weekend for my daughter. The kids really enjoyed it!
Wi-Fi is spotty. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet was average.

This is actually a really nice Best Western.  The rooms are very up to date and clean as well as large.  We stayed in a two queen room and were very comfortable for our family of 4.  The continental breakfast has a nice selection.  You can't beat the proximity to the mall as it is right across the street.  There is a nice indoor pool/water park that is nice for smaller kids as well. The staff was helpful and the price is very good.  I will definitely stay here again when in that area.

Great water park, great rooms, and across the street from MOA. Free breakfast was ok, but it was free. If you get a poolside room it can get pretty noisy, but the patio areas are great for all ages.
