I second Diana M in the great customer service.  They have a free shuttle service to and from the airport and also a free shuttle service to the Mall of America.  They were able to accommodate us even though we arrived 4 hours before regular check-in without any extra charges!  Even though we checked out, they held onto our luggage so we could continue exploring around MOA for another four hours until it was time for our flight.

The restaurant there is great - during the weekends, they have a brunch buffet for only $9.50 which was fabulous - juices, tea, coffee, cereal, french toast, belgian waffles, made to order omelettes, bacon, sausage, biscuits with sausage gravy - mm!

And they have a business center with free internet and free printing - PERFECT for those who need to print out their boarding pass.  I would definitely come back here again!

like most Courtyard Hotels, the lobby has been updated BUT the rooms have not.

Great service and cleanliness.  The staff here was great.  We arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate us right away without making any fuss about it.  The housekeeping staff was excellent and provided us with extra towels without having us ask for them.  I'm sure they saw we were 5 peeps in one room.

I am taking one star off though for the amount of chlorine they put in their hot tub.  I thought I was sitting in hot bleach!

Nice hotel, but I still hate the Courtyard beds. The extra thick sheet the use as a comforter is a poor excuse for a comforter. The beds are okay, but come on!  I want a nice big comforter. The lobby in is Patel has been updated and is very modern and nice. The rooms are standard Courtyard rooms. Comfy, but oohing to write home about. Good location near the Mall of America.

First of all, just about the most comfortable bed I ever slept in! The bed was SO soft and so were the sheets. It was like I was sleeping on clouds. Other than that, the room was a decent size with a king size bed, couch, TV and desk with free wi-fi; suitable and accommodating for a night. I liked that they had a heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi... gorgeous and serene. No one cared that I walked down to the lobby from the third floor with my bathing suit on. Yeah, I worked it.

This was my first time staying in a Courtyard by Marriott...but it will not be the last! This was great! The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, everything. Very, very happy with it all and I will definitely be staying here when we are in the area, and looking for other Courtyard by Marriott hotels when traveling. Wonderful stay and convenient location. We were in St. Paul in 10-15 minutes.

Another Marriott brand hotel to call my home away from home for a few days.

Ramon at the front desk is beyond great.

This hotel fit the bill for me bc it was so close to where I needed to be.

Free shuttle to and from the airport
Free shuttle to and from MOA
Both run every hour but you can request special pick up times to the airport if needed.

    Free WiFi

Oh and this Courtyard has room service! The on site restaurant Jake's delivers right to your room. And pretty late I may add. Food (Mac & Cheese and Caesar Salad) were quite tasty.

Plus, which is a huge plus for me, the bed was super comfy. I slept like a gem.

It's a good hotel for a decent budget. Sheets are clean and smell fresh, but duvet has a little dirt on it. Very organized and easy to get around. Bathroom is very clean and sparkley. Towels are hard though. Must use a heavy duty detergent. Overall a nice hotel near a lot of things like the mall of America and a Walmart.

If you can, get a King Suite, makes it feel more like being at home!! The property was as clean and welcoming as you can get. The bartender made us feel like we were his only customers. We stayed in a King Suite and it felt like we had our own apartment. The location is perfect, with close access to the 494 strip and the MOA.

We chose this hotel while traveling through on our vacation. They did not have any rooms with a king bed, so we upgraded to a suite. The suite has a jacuzzi tub; that's really the only difference. What disappointed me was the fact that this room did not have a fridge, which is a big deal when you're traveling cross country with a toddler. The staff was very helpful and recommended a pizza place that delivered as well as bringing a crib to our room for our son. The location is ideal - only miles away from the airport and mall of America - and right off of a freeway. The only thing that would keep me from staying here again is the fact that there was not a fridge. Another thing that I found strange was that there is only one trash can in the hotel room. My advice would be to bring extra trash bags if you produce lots of trash. ***UPDATE*** apparently, the only breakfast they have you have to pay for. For the amount of money we paid for a room, I'm less than pleased. We've stayed at cheaper hotels and gotten better amenities. This will be the last time I stay at a Marriott. Very disappointed.

Pretty standard and solid representation of this Marriott brand. Close and convenient to the MSP airport and close to restaurants and the mall of America if that's your thing. Clean property and warm friendly staff. I come here a fair amount and they seem to remember who I am which is a nice touch.

Restaurant food is good but the space needs a remodel and looks dated. Nice bar lounge area with some good local brews.

Pretty decent Courtyard Marriot Hotel.  Very warm, clean and nice staff.  The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable!  King size bed was perfect and made me feel at home.  Decent bathroom and accommodations. Sad I couldn't make it to the gym but glad that it was available if needed.

Loved Jake's restaurant breakfast buffet, can't complain about the ready to make omelets, pancakes and waffles!  Great customer service at Jake's as well!

As silver elite members, we also got a free goodie bag with free bottled water and chocolate! That was nice of them!

Close to the airport and would stay here again!

Decent hotel in a perfect spot. Very friendly and attentive staff, clean and presentable main lobby/entrance with a sleek looking bar area.  The hotel is very close to the Mall of America but in my eyes still far enough away too. The hotel offers a free shuttle service at the top of every hour to the MOA as well as the airport which is nice.

This is another Marriott that doesn't include/serve breakfast but I didn't mind for the great rate we got. The rooms are large and comfortable. I saw another reviewer compare them to the size of an apartment (king room) which I could see. Although the shower/toilet room seems a little older it's still very large and clean. My only complaint about the room is the bed....... It's as hard as a rock. I wake up with back pain everyday that I don't normally get at home.

Overall this is a great hotel in a great location for a great price. I would come back but hopefully before then they will upgrade the mattresses. The staff is very friendly and eager to offer any suggestion you could ask. They even have underground parking as an option which must be utilized more during the winter as I hear they have some nasty winters.

Nice place - stayed here while passing through from Chicago to Sioux Falls, and was pleasantly surprised by the conditions. Room was clean, comfortable temperature (adjustable with an AC unit, which seemed to respond appropriately to our changes), wifi worked well. Shower/bathroom was also great - water pressure decent, water heated up quickly, everything clean, etc. Price was also right at $75 for the night.

The one minus was that the parking lot was packed when we arrived. As in not a single open spot - we had to park a little further away. To be fair, we were arriving past midnight, and it's not the hotel's fault, but it was a slight inconvenience. I did see signs advertising their underground parking, but we didn't bother to inquire about it since we were pretty tired and ready to just check into our room. So potentially there is enough parking for everyone if you take that into account.

Anyway, I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area again.
